My husband and I ordered 2 buffalo tenders, onion rings, 2 scoops of custard, double burger, and fries. I was expecting the tenders to be saucy so it was a surprise. The flavor was not bad. Onions rings are 95% batter. The vanilla custard is super good. Double strawberry (flavor of the day) was a bit melted. There was only one cashier so it gets busy. They forgot one of my items so I did have to go back. After I ordered, realized that my meal was basically the kids meal so I could've saved $7. read more

I ordered the fish dinner. It should be called the fish STICK dinner because that's what it was, basically. The fish was two previously frozen, candy bar-sized breaded fish sticks that took 10 minutes to get to me. Obviously, they're frozen and dropped into hot oil upon order. They tasted fine but for a $15 total bill, the portion is too small. The fries and coleslaw were OK. The fish dinner is not worth the price, IMHO. read more

This location just opened and was very well staffed and clean. Both the drive through and inside are open but the sign said drive through only. The service/friendliness felt on par with Chic filet. The cheese curds from Wisconsin are wonderful and they have a different flavor of frozen custard each day similar to Whits. There is a grab and go freezer inside fully stocked with pints of other flavors also. I like the burgers and am interested to try some of the seafood options or roast beef sandwich. I was hungry yesterday after trekking through both Hobby Lobby and Ikea for hours! I've been wanting to try Culvers for a while, but every time I passed by, it was packed. I got lucky yesterday! I ordered a single Butter Burger, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato. I could've sworn the voice in the speaker said mayo, pickle, onion, mustard & ketchup...but my burger arrived sans mustard and ketchup. And with tomato. Ugh. But I was able to remove the tomato without leaving any of those little seeds and tomato gunk on my burger. Something miraculous happened at Culver's! I ate a burger with NO ketchup. I think the first time in my life. The pickle, onions & Mayo along with the buttered bun and the juicy beef was absolutely delicious! I will say that this was not the least expensive burger I ever had at a fast food joint. But easily the best. It was easy to see (and taste) that Culver's uses 100% real beef! And there is a new Culver's coming to my neck of the woods soon! A building on Monument Road near Regency is now being renovated. I'm so happy to see this. Obviously Regency is not what it used to be. But restaurants seem to do well in this area and Culver's comes on the heels on a few other new eateries in the Monument Road area, including Cantina Louie's. I can't wait to try the newest Culver's in town when it opens, and maybe some of that frozen custard too! read more

I loved the curd-burger! I highly recommend it. The lady was friendly and patient with my friends questions, as it was her first time. However, they still added onion to my burger, and didn't change the cheese, and left out several things from her burger.. people make mistakes and it was late. So it's nothing to not go back for.. it was still good and tasty for me. I devoured that cheese curd burger so fast, I forgot to get some good pics, I guess you will just have to try it out for yourself, and let me know what you thought! This visit was a drive through experience. Food was great! Ordered the Cod fillet, onion rings, cheese curds, sweet tea, and a mini concrete flavor of the day (cappuccino cookie crumble). It took a little longer to come out than expected, but everything was hot and fresh (of course other than the frozen dessert). The cod fillet sandwich was a perfect size and not too oily. The fish was excellent and the bread was so good. I also enjoyed both sides - and for a fast food joint, their onion rings were actually really good. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with sauce(?) but even without, they were crunchy and tasty. The cheese curds were a good size, the bag itself was a good portion (both mediums). Again no sauce but I could have missed it if they asked. The experience for waiting on my food in the drive through was very organized and efficient. They put a sticky note with a a number on the driver's side mirror so that t he far can be easily identified. There are plenty of roomy spots to park your car, clearly marked. Overall, I'm impressed with this fast food restaurant so far! All the employees were nice and respectful as well. read more

Grand opening.. why not! Drive thru was prompt, they give you a sticker to place on your rear view mirror and they have you pull up to wait while your food is made fresh.
