Absolutely amazing customer service and great staff that work at this location. Only down fall is how the food comes back, always have to reconfigure my burger... not an issue when the food is good and customer service is even better.

I did take this off of safari but I don't care

Such a long wait for what is supposed to be "fast food." There are often lines at the cash register inside. Even though there are tons of employees, there is often only one working at the cash register. The drive thru wait is even longer. They have parking spots where you have to pull in to wait after you order. I like the butter burger and spicy chicken sandwich. The custard is pretty good too, but the flavor of the day has been lack luster. Instead of mixing the ingredients in, they just dump a little but on top of their normal vanilla or chocolate custard. Not impressive.

Always great quality and very nice staff. Their ingredients always seem fresh ( for fast food) just beware there is almost always a line for the drive through

I wanted to see what all the hype was about. This is basically the mid west's In and Out. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the food. I thought it was good. Good atmosphere. The dining room was clean. I'll definitely be back and bring the family.

Pure deliciousness in each savory bite. Chopped Steak.

Friday night, August 27, 2021 in Livingston county was a dining nightmare. Too long of a wait to dine at so many establishments ,anywhere, so my wife and I chose the Howell Culver's location. To our surprise there was not only a long line of cars for carry out but a long line of customers to dine inside. I fretted it would take too long but I was so wrong. Thank goodness we stayed. The cashier suddenly was alone and painstakingly helped each customer taking their order. His positive attitude and work ethic to do his best for each order was the beginning of a great experience for me. There was a small glitch in my order after I sat down so I returned to the cashier area to be greeted by Manager Jerimie. He patiently listened to my request and he immediately took care of my order. I somehow goofed in placing my order. Which was not Patrick's fault. Jeremie personally made sure my wife and I got the correct meal and to my surprise the chopped steak rather then my usual pulled pork dinner that I love. My meal was so delicious. With real mashed potatoes and gravy with a new side of Cole slaw, I could not believe how savory the chopped steak was. It was cooked to tasty perfection. The cooks did an outstanding job. My dining experience was so good because of the care of each employee. It reflected the night managers faith in his staff. I've reviewed many restaurants but this experience tonight was one of the best. Culver's should be proud of the Howell team. Everyone did an in credit job under the leadership not their manager Jeremie. You cannot go wrong dining here and enjoying their menu choices that they prepare and serve carefully and with pride. I hope the owner/ manager reads this review. The comment page of their survey is much too short. Tonight, I chatted with a new customer from Alaska. He was here fir only a few days but I shared my joy dining at the Howell location. He was a grateful customer who will experience the dining magic of this Culver's for the first time. I pray this team continues to work together. They are exceptional young workers who deserve this recognition for their hard work and care to provide Culver's customers with the best dining experience possible. I cannot wait to return again. I have worked Vinnie the restaurant business from Host, Cashier to Dish scrubber. I recognize the efforts and expectations that a manager and his crew must have to be exceptional. A manager who takes it upon himself to clear off and clean tables without delegating the job to sone one else. How team members help and support each other. I see the clear mission of this dining facility to do what's best for each customer. 5 out of 5 stars. Bravo!! Encore!

Is this place that bad to work at? All the people at the counter are in a terrible mood. Good thing they're having fun in the kitchen.

I have had a lot of both good and bad bubble tea over the past fifteen or so years of my life, and…read morestill the bubble tea at Bolicious managed to surprise me with how unenjoyable it was. There was a single employee working when we entered, which led to a slower than ideal experience, but she was kind and besides, I blame the pace more on the fact that she was alone. She appeared to be doing her job just fine. Unfortunately, her job is to mix mysterious "flavor powders" with bitter tea and pour that vile liquid over hard bubbles. We tried two flavors and both offered the same Bolicious assault of bitter and watery flavors. They also had the added effect of leaving my mouth dry which was surprising, but sort of on-brand with the rest of the experience. On top of this, two medium drinks came out to about $14, which seemed pretty expensive. Especially considering what you were paying for. The one positive I have to share is that the (suspiciously hard) bubbles were sweet and actually pretty enjoyable on their own. My wife didn't agree with me on the bubbles, so your experience may vary, but I at least got some enjoyment out of emptying out the liquids and making my way through the bubbles. I would love to see Bolicious turn this around as they're the only Bubble tea place around here. I don't think that's a small order, but maybe I just caught them on a bad day? I've only gone in once, so I won't write them off entirely, but for now I'll unfortunately be avoiding this establishment.

We ordered 3 teas-altogether was just over $20. Seems ridiculous for 3 drinks and the one size…read moreoffered. The mango-peach was very good with typical fruity bobas you would expect. I would give it 4 stars. The brown sugar with tapioca initially tasted "ok" but the more I sipped it the more it was overwhelmingly sweet and simply not a good flavor. The tapiocas seem rather hard also. I would give this tea 1 star. The last tea was the cookies n cream. While I would rate this one one star higher (2 total) (chocolate bobas) than the brown sugar tea, the flavor left much to be desired. Bottom line, I think you would be safe with a fruity tea but buyer beware on the others. Didn't try any waffles this visit. All said and done, better off to go to Tropical Smoothie if you have an urge to drop some coin on a speciality drink.
