We haven't been to Applebee's in several years. We had a gift card so went to check it out. Expectations were low based on last visit (at a different location) years ago. Very pleasantly surprised! Other than the cleanliness (including our table when sat) not being 5 stars...it's was a great experience. Our server was kind, knew the menu, and was efficient. I was surprised to see they have a nice selection of NA drinks. Chips and salsa were great (although smaller portion of chips than any other restaurant) and our main dishes were wonderful. Bourbon Street steak was recommended by our server and cooked to perfection! read more

Hit and miss honestly on the 8oz steak. I don't understand what changes in daily operation but I can go back to back and it will be amazing one day and the next overcooked/undercooked. Service is always good. Atmosphere is chill. read more

The food.. don't waste your money. Molly was our server, was kind but hardly checked on us, so I also had to ask others for help. The kitchen repeatedly got our order wrong, my mom sent her steak and her ENTIRE plate back, in total a 31 dollar order for a steak meal an appetizer, and they took $6 off the order.. when she didn't eat anything on her plate after they repeatedly messed it up. Eventually telling them to just take the food and not remake it, she just wanted to finish her drink and appetizer. She just kept cutting her steak that was made extremely dry, not even juice on the plate. (Was meant to be a rare steak). They clearly need better cooks, or management. The manager for the day was a young man with glasses. Please start paying attention to the cooks maybe, or fully reimburse the meals that aren't being eaten at all. That's the least you could've done. read more

While the manager was on a well deserved vacation, rest assured our waiter Nate who has blessed us before with his great ability to serve Applebees customers did another caring job. I want to applaud the chefs in the kitchen for the most delicious Cajun blackened salmon that I've ever enjoyed. The delicate taste and careful preparation made this an excellent fare to enjoy but the hit was how the broccoli was steamed so good, we have been in luck these past two visits! Bravo! read more

We shared a strawberry pineapple mojito and it was good, but a bit on the sweet side for my liking. I like Applebee's Grill and their menu. It's one of those chains that you go to when you're hungry, want some decent food, but don't want to risk trying a new place and being disappointed. Food was good. It was exactly what I expected from Applebee's. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and so did like 3 other people near me. It's one of their better selections. My husband got a sandwich with fries while my dad got a burger and fries. They had no complaints. I also ordered the blondie apple pie thing and that was delicious. They have a small but decent selection of drinks as well as a full bar. Overall food was great. Service was good. The waiter kept our drinks filled and was friendly but not overbearing. The staff all seemed cool. No issues. Good parking lot and clean bathrooms. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 as our food took a while. When you go to one of these places you expect consistency, good service, and food to not take forever. Not sure what the hold up was but our food took quite a long time to come out. Plus our beers and dessert took a while to come as well. Overall it was great and I'll definitely go back. read more

I'm a sucker for Applebee's, especially when I'm looking for a quick sit-down meal. There's a limited menu right now with your classic surf and turf as well as some adaptations! It's a lot of food for a very affordable price. I ended up getting the 12 oz ribeye which turned out to be a bit over cooked - it came out medium/medium well versus the medium rare that I ordered. It also was a bit bland, but nothing some salt and pepper couldn't fix. I would have given more stars. However, during the most recent trip that I took here one of the waitresses (not our own) would not stop hiccuping. I know it sounds weird, but she would purposely hiccup with her mouth wide open with no intention of hiding it. It honestly sounded like she was going to vomit at any given moment. I could hear it from across the restaurant. She was laughing and smiling about it - extremely unprofessional and frankly, unappetizing. Ash, our waitress, was awesome! Attentive, sweet, and made sure we got what we needed. I would likely come back again, but I would definitely remember if the hiccuping waitress served us. read more

Horrible wait time,no napkins from greeter or silverware, waiter avoided us ,knew the food was taking to long,and waited on others. 40$ for that. Abnoxious and loud patrons in bar, no separation between the bar and table's, to minimize the sound and of course the bartender socializing with the group. Zesty chicken burger, BBQ brisket tacos, cedar maple glazed salmon with red skins and broccoli and I got the cedar plank salmon blackened with broccoli and garlicky green beans and a side salad. My sister-in-law enjoyed her brisket tacos, my hubby devoured his zesty chicken burger, he said it was decent but he was famished. My father-in-law ate up his glazed salmon and my blackened sandwich was pretty good and perfectly cooked. The garlicky part of the beans looked like a paste on it than minced into and cooked in oil. The broccoli was perfectly steamed and a bright green. The side salad wasn't bad, though a nice balsamic dressing would have been nice. I settled on the Italian and it looks like the cheap, sweet stuff that comes in a bottle, very generic in taste. Maddie was a super wonderful waitress and regularly checked up on us and staggered the food for my father-in-law's later arrival. She was on it and very thoughtful. 11/4: We were quickly greeted by Amanda. She was kind and got our appetizer order of mozzarella sti in when she got our waters. I ordered for my friend her usual of the chicken tender plate with fries, and then I got my usual of the big tex taco salad with beef, ranch on the side. Everything came out as expected, salad seemed a tiny bit smaller than normal but I wasn't as hungry today so it worked out. Amanda checked on us enough and was prompt to bring our bill when we finished up and then was stuck helping someone order and then grabbed another tables order real quick before she could grab our card to pay (since the ziosk was dead). Was a good experience. Update 11/17: Peter was solid. Got our drinks and was fun to talk to. Our pretzel appetizer came out quick, and our food wasn't too far behind. The dollarita (vodka cranberry) was really good, I had 3 of them. My friends chicken tender plate was loaded, and I mean loaded, with fresh fries, which was awesome but not usually how much she gets. Her chicken was crispy and delicious too. I just got a side salad with no onion. It came out as expected, kinda hard to mess it up. Peter was very attentive and we chatted for a bit as my friend and I paid. Appreciated the chat. The only negative of the visit is that we waited at the door while a server just stood there cleaning her section and some guy that must have just clocked out went to gather his belongings from under the booth. I get it's not her nor his problem but I find it rude when no one even acknowledges that we're there. go get the hostess! It's not difficult, or at least say "hey, we'll be right with you" or SOMETHING. then the hostess was misinformed on section changes and sat us saying Morgan would be taking care of us, no big deal but still stuff that bugs me. She also told the table behind me when they were sat that Morgan would be taking care of them too. That table sat for a solid 10 minutes before being greeted by the manager who was sitting talking work with who may be another manager. I'd like to think the hostess should be aware of any staff changes (servers going home, etc.) so that you don't sound dumb saying the wrong people are serving you. Usually they just say "your server will be right with you" anyway so just seemed odd. Great visit otherwise. Thanks Peter Update 1/1/20: Ginger is taking care of us, was swift to answer our questions on the dollarita of the month and got our waters. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and I got my normal salad and her normal chicken tender basket. Mozzarella sticks came out quick as they aren't too busy and were soo good. I wanted to treat my sister to a very nice meal for her birthday but that did nit happen. I gave our server my old receipt with a survey discount code for $10 off. She only gave me 10% off. I am glad I caught the mistake but it took 15 minutes to fix my payment she already put through at which time our food was cold because she handed us the food and went back in to try and fix. It was a very expensive meal for my sister's birthday which had to be all reheated once we got home. On top of that the steak was tough. For $43 for two meals it was a disaster. I have never had a follow up call to one of my surveys. I guess Applebees just doesn't care about their customers. read more

This is a fantastic location. They are always attentive, I always sit at the bar and have had great service and the food is always above average for Applebee's food. Today was the best for sure, seriously it is always great but today Sydney was the bartender. This is the first time she has waited on me, but it was clear she had many regulars. She did everything right, how do you want it, reviewed the options, offered up sales. She was quick she was prompt she asked all the right questions and she worked a busy bar like a pro. The server was excellent, the food was hot and cooked perfectly. The only thing preventing 5-star rating was that there was a very long wait to even get our appetizer. But, the server was very attentive and even the manager apologized for the delay and offered compensation for the inconvenience.
