I've been to other locations, but this was my first experience at this location. The place is tiny! The staff are very nice. I ordered a turkey burger and it was a homemade patty that was delicious and the burger was huge! If you have just a normal appetite, you could definitely split this with someone and be very satisfied. The prices were the same as everywhere else so the food was very worth the price. They have a lot of stuff on their menu, like salads, burgers, pizza, other handhelds, and appetizers. I dream of Jonnas. I fantasize about the day that Jonnas may bless my tongue yet again. I don't think there is a single bad or risky item on the menu. I haven't had much, but I would trust Jonnas with my last meal before execution. The sliders, perfectly sized little meat sacks that will fill your stomach with the warmest grease in the best way. The pierogis...oh the pierogis. The first bite will have your mouth watering. The more you fill yourself up with the closer you fade into the memories of being embraced by your estranged aunts bosom. The warmth swallowing you up, yet you feel safe and seen. Such a unique feeling that only Jonnas seem to encapsulate. Every time I am in Michigan I always make it my mission to stop for a delicious meal at Jonnas. The prices are very fair and no matter what you get it will be worth every cent. I almost think I should be paying extra for all the delightful sensations that Jonnas brings out of me. Service is always good, but you may have to be patient. I would starve myself for a week if it meant I could have the chance to taste Jonnas in a month from now. Patience will get us through, but we must be strong. Located in a busy strip center,Jonna's offers traditional bar type appetizers,sandwiches and salads. Bar offers traditional drinks along with about 12 unique draft beer selections. The seating area is small and there are no tables bigger than 4 so hard for larger parties. Tried their chicken wings..you get 8 per order but they only offer 3 different sauces..nothing out of the ordinary. Comes with ranch or Bleu cheese and celery sticks. My wife is Gluten Free so she had Grilled Chicken Club. Good portion,big enough to share. Seemed like they have a loyal regular clientele. Prices are reasonable and service was very good. So weve been here previously. Had the cheeseburger in paradise pizza, it was outstanding the bartender was outstanding. The second time however, today I don't know what the deal was but the server who was a younger girl with dark hair was completely rude specifically to us for I don't know what reason. The place closes at midnight we came in at 8:30, so we weren't in before closing, there's no sign to say wait to be seated so we grabbed a seat, not sure maybe they were angry we grabbed a table? Needless to say our waitress has a completely rude attitude for no reason we can fathom and she ignored us until we left. Once we got in the car noticed she came right out and was happily serving other tables. Absolutely bizarre behavior before we even had a chance to order. The water was good I guess. Jonna's is a solid neighborhood spot to grab a bite and a cold drink. It is small but service is quick and friendly. There is a full service bar and lots of TV's on to watch the game. There were 3 adults and three kids in our party and most of the tables are high tops for four but they put a couple extra chairs around a low table for us. Second visit here for lunch. Another great experience. Candice was our server again and we were very lucky to get her. She is very pleasant and is a great example of customer service is first. Ask for her. You will be pleased. Food is still very good. We had the patty melt and the sliders. All good. We arrived just as they opened and within 30 minutes all the tables were full. Joanna's is our go to spot for dinner when we don't want to cook. Everything on the menu is really good. As far as apps go, we've tried the pierogies, potato skins, wings, mozzarella sticks, and famous bread. Like I said, we go here pretty often. The pierogies are our favorite. For entrees I've had the sliders, the hamburger pizza, the bacon cheeseburger, and Greek salad. My husband has bad the Reuben and chicken club. The french fries are always cooked right. The only thing to complain about when it comes to the food is that the sandwiches are greasy and the bun gets soggy if your waitress let's it sit. The service is the reason it's not a 5 star. You have to be your own advocate. When its busy, you might as well use a flare gun to get your waitress's attention. I've been coming to this place since they've been open and it has never been disappointing. By the time the doors are unlocked, to open up for the day. They're pretty much filled up. It's worth it though. Lots of choices of beer on tap wines mixed drinks seltzers you name it they have it. The staff is friendly and efficient and enjoyable to be around. The menu has a great variety of food. Also, some vegetarian and vegan options which is wonderful. A lot of places don't offer veggie burgers or some thing outside of meat products.
