What flavor is Tigers Blood? Nobody knows, but it's a state favorite) and the optional but recommended cream topping (which is basically sweetened condensed milk, and it elevates everything). Plenty of gooey yummy cheese and toasted crispy bread I washed that down with a flight of very interesting beers. The one that took me by surprise is When Life Gives You Blueberries. I was surprised to see they have a nice selection of NA drinks. Chips and salsa were great (although smaller portion of chips than any other restaurant) and our main dishes were wonderful. Bourbon Street steak was recommended by our server and cooked to perfection!
