"You can scoot around" is like music to my ears! Every time I've been to Scooter's Coffee, they have been enthusiastic, friendly, and quick, which is exactly what you'd like to see in a drive-thru coffee chain. Compared to other big "chain" coffee shops, Scooters has a similarly sized menu, which different options for everybody. I tried a S'mores Cream Cold Brew and although it was a touch too sweet, it was such a treat! Next time I'l ask for less syrup. I also tried their Maple Waffle sandwich with sausage, and now I have to get it every time I stop there. I'ts. So. Good! It makes me feel like I'm a getting a grown up McDonalds breakfast sandwich, but in the very best way. read more

First time at this coffee house and was quite impressed. This is part of a national franchise chain based out of Nebraska that has been around 20 years and has finally reached metro Detroit where the Brighton store is the first in Michigan with more coming. The business model of this chain is basically a Barista quality drink tied to a drive through operation only. During this first visit I ordered a Cafe Latte and my son ordered a white mocha with extra shot. Both drinks were well made and tasty and service time was something on the order of 1 or 2 minutes max from time of order to getting our coffee where there was a car in front of us to boot! Very impressive performance for a quality made to order coffee operation. Of note, prices were on the higher side and I want to say in line with Starbucks where our bill came to $12 for the two drinks. So something to keep in mind when visiting so you are not surprised when you get to the order kiosk. Overall this is definately a place to check out especially if you are in a hurry and want a high quality coffee drink without having to leave your car or wait 10 minutes for your drink. I will definately be returning in the near future and am looking forward to the new Scooters that will be opening shortly in Commerce. read more

Making this a 5 star and updating! I've returned a couple of times. It has been easier to navigate the menu thanks to the amazing and patient staff. I find that if I pick a base and customize, my drink comes out perfectly each time. Their sweeteners seem pretty sweet so I stick with one syrup pump with my drinks. Service has been quick, friendly, and accurate. I love my SB but they are always packed and the parking lot over there is horrible. This place is in and out. Love it! read more

Scooters has the best coffee! The crew there is always friendly and smiling. I love the cinnamon rolls too. Best I've ever had!

Had some people pick-up a latte at Scooter's; they were back very quickly despite the long-line. The pumpkin spice latte was flavorful and strong (as it should be) and wasn't too sweet (flavored latte w/ sugar-free syrup). If I was driving through Brighton again and wanted coffee, I'll stop by Scooter's. read more

Ugh I love this place! Their nitro brew is great and so is their carmalicious ice coffee. My husband just loooves pronouncing it at the window (hates me for it) but so good! My son loves their smoothies also which was also delicious! Their waffle breakfast sandwich is awesome. My husband did get the spicy burrito and he was not a fan of that and wouldn't recommend it but not everything can be a winner right? They are just wonderful at Scooters. Friendly and patient and their food and drink is very tasty.

I would say I'm a coffee snob and their coffees are great. Customer service is amazing. But definitely not a fan of their food. I order a different food of their menu every time I visit hoping for something better but I feel like it gets worse. Cold, soggy, definitely not appetizing. read more

1st time visit. Horrible. Ordered the spicy sausage burrito. It is nothing like what is pictured on the menu. Burrito wrap was raw, the egg and sausage were a spoon full of slop and the burrito was about half the size shown. The sugar free latte spiked my blood sugar at 320. Never again. read more
