I enjoyed the meal deal and added a raspberry shake as my drink. Ordering online was super easy and I like being able to customize the toppings I want on the burger read more

I have been very satisfied with the food I have ordered here! The burgers are the best out of all the fast food restaurants around here. I always order mine with fried onions. I love the chili and Strawberry Field Salad too. The entire staff are always amazing! Oh and the custard is so delicious! read more

I love Culver's and this location gets an extra shout out for helping me fill my cravings. I wanted a corndog a the employee recommended getting a kid's meal for a better deal. I then asked to redeem the free scoop coupon on the side of the bag & they gave me the scoop and left the coupon. It was a big win for me that day read more

Idk how you can say you don't like Culvers. Double butter burger is as good as it gets for fast food. Culvers cheese curds are unmatched and crinkle fries are good as well. Onion rings are a bit underwhelming. Followed by a custard. The parking lot here is a bit crazy but going inside can get easily served. read more

First, I love Culver's. It's the only fast food burger I crave, and their custard is delicious. The staff here is quick and friendly. I like the dining room too. The drive through takes some time and the parking lot is horribly set up haha, I often get stuck. Otherwise, it's up to par! read more

Culver's is an all time favorite, and it was a pleasant surprise to set foot at this Culver's in Golden Valley, my first visit today. I was surprised at how really busy place place is...the drive-through had cars wrapped around and the parking lot was packed! Well, it's so easy to see why...once you set foot in the establishment one is blown away at how wonderful the service is from the order counter to the service to your table....and the food is.... FANTASTIC! I got the Chicken Cashew Salad: which has grilled chicken breast, roasted cashews, cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese on a bed of mixed greens with plenty of ranch dressing so delicious! I love that they have unsweetened ice tea at the soda fountain too. I couldn't finish the meal..so I decided to take home, and the girl at the register not only offered me a lid and a bag...but extra ranch dressing. What's not to love? Thank you, Culvers Golden Valley! I can't wait to go back already! read more

Great burgers, crispy fries, and friendly service. Culver's always delivers fresh, tasty food fast!!

I ordered from here expecting fresh fries and a fresh burger but my burger was cold and my fries were old fries that were refried . That's so disappointing. I come from LA and I've received fresher food from a jack in the box in Compton than most Culver's in Minnesota . I'm yet to find a Culver's location that isn't refrying or packaging old burgers in with new orders. So so disappointing. read more

Received the food with a bite in it. And no pickles even though I ordered with pickles. Who who puts one strip of bacon on a baconator????

Service was excellent. Food great quality. Busy, busy, busy - but we got our order quickly. It will be my go-to Culver's when visiting Minneapolis. read more

I witnessed a manager taking a custard out of the trash and giving it to a customer she was upset with in the drive thru. I reported this to the head manager and he and the owner apparently didn't care enough to do anything about this disgusting behavior (according to employees who work there). If you look back at previous complaints at this restaurant, you can see a theme regarding an angry, unprofessional person and I believe it is the same person who I witnessed feeding a customer food from the trash. If this Culvers wants to protect and encourage this type of behavior from their managers, that's on them. But I find it absolutely reprehensible that they would tolerate feeding a customer food from the trash. This claim could easily be proven by viewing the camera footage, but they choose to protect this employee instead of the public. Shameful. I will not be back to this Culvers. read more

This place was absolutely nuts at 6pm on a Saturday. The drive thru wrapped twice around the parking lot. Seems like they have a mobile order option so I'd recommend that if you come around that time. Food is always good and hot and service is also as quick as it can be since they make things to order. Love getting the shrimp dinner. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! I'll start by saying we do not have a Culver's back home (Hawaii) so we were very excited to try this establishment. Food: 5/5 Tasty, juicy, big portions & extremely satisfying! Exceeded our expectations. The butter burgers are out of this world!!! They're known for their frozen custard. They have a plethora of flavors, toppings etc. and the kids meal includes a frozen custard. Amazing! Service: 5/5 Kind people, went above and beyond while rounding throughout the dining area asking if everything was okay and bussing our tables. Answered all our questions (we had many since we were first timers) & they were very patient. Ambiance: 5/5 Clean inside & out, large dining area with many tables & seating accommodations. This place gets busy & for a good reason. We left with full bellies, beyond content & incredibly pleased with our food and experience. Mahalo Culver's for exceeding our expectations!! read more

The crispy chicken strips are the best I've ever tasted So crispy and no grease they had flavor and texture .... And what's not to love about the drinks? read more

Customer service from the checkout counter is horrible. The waitress rolled her eyes at me and made weird sounds at me when putting order. I don't know what was her problem, thought I was misunderstanding her so I didn't say anything, but later I even heard she yelled at the old lady who apparently couldn't hear very well. Also, I waited a few seconds for the cup but she didn't give it to me, so I thought the cup would come with my food and walked away. Then she "caught"' me and yelled "next time wait for your cup!". ??? You're the one who took the next customer and didn't say a thing when I was waiting. The old lady she yelled at is black, I'm Asian, so I think this white waitress is either racist or just dumb. I normally don't write bad reviews but they're really over the line this time. But all other waiters who bring people food seem really nice and happy. Bless them. Food is fresh too. Love their vanilla custard. read more

Best food! Great service. Cleanliness is always my first concern. This place is rated A plus.

Well, stopped there for lunch with a friend and tried the Mushroom & Swiss burger...again hoping it would be better than my last order back in 2022. It was not :( Same old problems with two flattened burgers, very greasy, the bun was flat and not really the healthiest bread stuff, the cheese was overly melted and greasy, mushroom looked dark and old, very salty. I should have told the manager but just didn't think iit was worth it since they did the same thing as last year's review I did. Won't go back! Too bad they don't care about their food like they should. Training? Really? read more

Love Culver's! Their food is delicious! Love the shrimp meal Love the butter burgers Fries and frozen custard Excellent service! Great ambiance! read more

The worst fast food service I've ever experienced not only did they screw up my order the first time, but they screwed up my order. The second time in the food wasn't even hot. The cheese was ice cold and they brought it to me the same way they brought it to me the first time Never eating here again or any Culver's for that fact. read more

This was our first visiting Culver's, we just wanted to try the frozen custard dessert.. so i picked the flavor of the day, which was coffee based, taste was good, nothing that screams exciting... and my husband picked the banana split... it was better compared to mine... but the banana they used was lil raw and was not helping the overall sundae, so we ended up trashing it... place was nice and clean.. not too crowded.. ample parking ! read more

Great service. Little too nice for my taste but I appreciate all the take out and pick up options. Not sure why so many negative reviews for this location. Team members worked effectively together to get my food out in just a few minutes and brought it directly to me instead of calling out my number. They offered a drink carrier since I had custard and a drink. Wasn't needed but appreciated. Joshua working at the front was very easy to talk to and clear with helping me get the correct order placed. Also complimented my nails which people don't normally do. Cleanest location I have seen with only caveat being no lids for the ketchup containers. Thanks for a great lunch! read more

What is going on with this Culver's and their terrible new ordering system? So annoying and unnecessarily complicated.

No..just do not eat here. There is a nail in my drink and my sister cko on Fries and it was really big no one help her and i help her cko it out read more

I love this place!!!!!! The staff has always been friendly and the food is delicious. I usually get the same thing but today I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good. I can't wait to come back read more

I ordered my food and they gave it to the wrong person. I asked for a refund and They had me waiting for a long time.

Culver's is better then any other fast food because Culver's butter burgers taste like real food it's just over all amazing. This exact Culver's always says "Welcome To Culver's" When you walk in. Their pretzel bites are a MUST have, they are so delicious I get them every single time I go. But service wise, service is fast but if you have a bigger family (4+) it might take a little longer but usually me and my dad go so it's about a 5 minute wait maybe longer if their busy. It's very clean and I always get a good vibe when I walk in. read more

Culver's is so flame. My go to order is a cheeseburger value basket with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ketchup and sub the drink with a chocolate ice cream concrete mixer with Reese's peanut butter cups and cookie dough. This order never fails, and it certainly hit today on this fine Sunday afternoon. read more

Worst run Culver's. Always busy drive through with weird access. Slow and if you wonder why go inside for a keystone cops show.

My wife and I are glad we can return to indoor dining at our favorite Culvers in Golden Valley. Our go to menu item is the two piece Norwegian cod dinner. Honestly, the quality of their cod is superior to most any other place where we've eaten fish. It's very fresh, never fishy tasting, flaky white and delicious. If you're bothered by the batter it's fried in, just peel it away and consume the fish without the golden coating that so many of us love. Great tarter sauce, too. Creamy cold slaw and mash potatoes top the dinner off for me. read more

I always have mixed feelings on this place. I always hope to get speed, but since they cook things fresh it isn't super fast. That being said, I have started to prepare for this. The crew that brings your food out is so delightful. The food is always hot and fresh and super tasty. This location does park more cars and for longer than other culvers I have been to which is a bit disappointing, but at least here is a pot of cold (or bag of cheese curds) at the end of the wait. read more

It was overall an all around 3/5. Food: The onion rings were the best thing I had. The fries were a little over fried and they could be a little less thick. The double bacon burger had plenty of grease, but what it had in grease it lacked in taste. Most of the taste came from the cheese which was the best part of the burger. This burger would benefit from some more seasoning and a significantly better bun. I will say that they do get extra good marks for cooking everything fresh. Shake: This was a delight and better than any of the foot I had. I wish I could have a Culver's shake everyday. Price: This is a little on the high side compared to similar places, but I think the prices are fair when factored in that the food is cooked fresh. Speed: This could be improved, but again the food is cooked fresh so it is understandable it would take a little longer. Staff: Everyone was friendly, nice, and respectful. read more

GOOD ICE CREAM Their frozen custard is really quite good, and they normally have a daily special flavor. But the food is mediocre: greasy, and just the routine dishes. The service varies according to which person is behind the counter, but overall not bad. read more

Ok, I'm going to say something that will seem sacrilegious to my Californian friends. Culver's fast food chain has better juicier burgers than In-N-Out... Pretty damn good by fast food standards (although does not compare to some gourmet burger places I've been to). read more

Never had Culver's before, this chain might be a Midwest thing but the Reuben Sandwich was amazing

I absolutely love Culver's! It may be a fast food burger joint, but what really impresses me every time I go is the consistency. The food always comes out exactly as you would expect. Order accuracy seems to be a focus of theirs. Their root beer is amazing. Their call ahead drive through saves a ton of time. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! You can drive to the next location and back before you even get your food here, any time any day. This location is honestly the slowest location, and the workers are so rude, you can be the nicest human person ever and they will still be so disrespectful and rude, you can eat at 5 other restaurants before you get your food. I had the simplest order 2 things and atleast 7 other people were with their big meals after ordering even 10 mins after me. read more

I do not like this restaurant. I went about 10:15 am and ordered the fish special meal to go. The walleye fish was the only part of this meal that was good. The rest was not worth the money. The wait was not long, but while I stood there, two (2!) male employees whistled loudly directly at me. There were no other customers standing across from the registers. This was harassment. I have been treated with respect at other Culver's. read more

I'm so impressed with how this Culver's is handling COVID-19. Governor closed all restaurant dining rooms so restaurants could only do Drive-thru, take-out or delivery. Culver's does a very robust drive-thru during normal times but it got even busier. They adjusted well to the increase in business and Covid concerns- masks and gloves for workers, order #s given on single use Post-it notes (another awesome MN product), altered their parking lot to make delivery to your car more efficient. They still make your order fresh so it's hot and made to your liking. They've done a great job in moving cars through the line and getting orders out quickly all with a smile. Bravo!! Don't forget to order some frozen custard! It's delicious!! read more

I visit this Culvers 2-3x per week every week. I get the kids meal burger with everything on it, chocolate milk, and the custard if the day. By keeping the Frostie Tokens I am essentially getting 10% off (although I may trade in my tokens for a toy one of these times.) Because of my introversion I have only used the drive through, but every time the experience has been great. Truly a first class experience when it comes to human interaction. I may start only going 1-2 times per week, but that would be because my good friend has started calling me "butter burger," and the decrease would not be a reflection of their product or service. read more

I have been to this Culver's location 3 times now. The staff is polite and helpful and the food is very good (as always) The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. The parking has been recently built or repaved, which looks really good. read more
