I would say hit or miss at best! The employees seem to be young and energetic (not necessarily the most detail focused) men when I have gone in but for the price, I don't want to eat a cold veggie burger ever again. My friend ordered today and had to re- place all her toppings since they were just piled all on the same section of the burger. The milkshakes / malts are the highlight as they are always delish but I wish there was more consistency in their meals. Seemed like she didn't get a lot of fries compared to how it used to be a full box. Used to be a fav spot for me and my parents and now I forget it even exists because FOR REAL one cold veggie burger and I will never order again. There is no excuse for an undercooked veggie burger you can literally overcook it bcuz its just veggies. I go to Culver's and get more food for less (I like the pretzel bites yum) even though it's a further drive and never had an issue with food temperature. Delicious flavor packed burgers!! We ordered delivery through Door Dash. I ordered the Jalapeno King + avocado with Cajun Large Box of Fries and my son got the Veggie Burger + bbq sauce, tomato, avocado, and lettuce with sweet potato Large Box of Fries! They are very customizable, including a veggie burger option. Would consider it a step up over Five Guys. Quite expensive though, looking at almost twenty dollars for lunch with downtown tax. This is situated in an easy to get to, Central location. Parking was a little challenging as a lot is quite small, but there are plenty of spots nearby. My Burger is a generous donor to school fundraisers, and so Ive been eating here once a month with a BOGO coupon, and even at twice the price, this is a great fast-ish food place. Oh my gosh, these burgers literally melt in your mouth! They're nice and airy and just soft. I had the Cajun burger and I didn't realize it came with guac, so I didn't need to sauce it up anymore. They offer you Sriracha Mayo and I think garlic Mayo. Both are pretty good, not overbearing or strong at all. I will say though, the burger meat itself isn't special in that it didn't have a unique flavor, it was pretty dull and relied on the toppings, which is fine, but still I personally like the patty to have flavor as well. The fries were pretty good and they didn't skip on the seasoning, actually was a little heavy handed. Random side note, the sweet tea at the foundation is really sweet so I watered it down, but it wasn't terrible. Not the best, but also not terrible. The cashier was really helpful. It was our first time here so he offered a "tour of the menu" and he was really chill, so shoutout, sorry I didn't check what your name was, but you were really cool and helpful! First time coming here. Ambience was clean. I liked the different colored shake machines on the wall! Food was delish. I had a California with avocado, while my friends had turn vegetarian and vegan options. My Burger kind of reminded me of a Smashburger. I do not have a ton to say here, but I bring my family here every week for a meal. Why? The prices are decent, a burger and fries is a little under $10. The burgers are very good. Are they epic, best ever? No. Are they very good and consistently good, absolutely. The fries are great as well. I am a fan of the Cajun seasoning option. Recently, they screwed up my order. I called up and they said just come on back and we will remake it. No bs at all. I went back 2 hours later (had to put the kids to bed), they remade my burger, no questions and all was good. A friend of mine ate at my burger five years ago close the University of Minnesota and he bragged about it. I wanted to eat here for years but it never happened the last weekend. I came here at 9 PM and I was surprised that they have the impossible burger and my friend I'll order the regular burger double cheese and we both had fries Regular fries and sweet potato fries. They were not salty and we found that the fries were just fried in a fresh oil like you would do in your own home. I wasn't hungry but I couldn't stop eating. The place was clean inside and they have a sitting in the back that looked really cool with happy colors and they have a large parking in the back which I didn't see initially. The food was spectacular. To start, Elvis K at the Stadium Village location is amazing. 10/10 customer satisfaction with the dude. Was my first time here and I had no idea what to order with allergies and Elvis helped me with figuring out what I could eat and saved me from possible food poisoning. Give the man a medal he could have saved my life. Now for the food, I thought it was VERY tasty, 10/10 would highly recommend. The featured burger this month is the Chipotle Beach Club. It has avocado, bacon, chipotle mayo, lettuce, and tomato! I added Swiss cheese. It's so flavorful and a fantastic combination. The fries are cooked to perfection and are exactly what you want from a fry, not soggy and nicely crisp. They also have so many sauces that are absolutely delicious. This was very satisfactory. I had a strong hankering for a good burger, so I was really glad this place came along. I ordered a spicy Cajun bacon cheeseburger thing. The Cajun spices were almost, but not quite, overwhelming. I was into it, although if you're more interested in flavors other than those Cajun spices I'd recommend a different burger. My friend got a double California burger, and he loved it. The meat on both our burgers was fresh and tasty, and my friend was particularly pleased with the amount of meat he got with his double. Good fries; nicely cooked and good flavor. Portion size for my whole meal was just right. It's a clean and inviting dining area with nice design. Although it might look like you're in for cheap and speedy food, the prices are more comparable to family restaurants. My burger was $8.75, although it came with the fries. They give you a number sign for your table and bring your food out after 5-10 minutes. I will definitely return here, or to their new St Paul location. Came here to finally try the Impossible burger and I wasn't disappointed. It really does have a texture similar to a real patty. You can tell it's fake but it does a really good job at mimicking the real thing. The onion rings were perfectly thin and crisp, just like I like them. The buns were good too, nicely browned and buttery. I had a bite of my comrade's regular burger and that was really good as well. The fries were decent as well but nothing special. They had this garlic mayo we tried as well and that was the bomb! The service was good for us but not very friendly. Just went here for the first time and really enjoyed it! My partner always wants fast food and I don't like eating at the golden arches, so I suggested we try somewhere else for burgers this time. The food was really delicious at a low/mid price (about $10-15 for a burger with fries depending on upgrades). They also have lots of options between burger toppings and meat choice (even fish!) as well as offering shakes. Most of all I was really impressed with the staff! Specifically the guy that took our order, honestly gave us the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time! I didn't get his name but it was 6:30 and he had a cool tattoo on his neck and a grey shirt. He was so patient and kind and explained the menu to us. He even came over and asked how our food was. Came here for the first time on Wednesday after work with my boyfriend & I absolutely loved their burgers and fries; dont think I can go back to eating an original burger. I order the single California burger and added in some of my favorite works. They automatically come with fries but you can choose to upgrade it for about $1.50 or so more, which I did for Cajun fries (which was pretty darn delicious btw). However, if you're not much of a fries person, they will deduct $1 off your tab as well. On the other hand, my boyfriend ordered a double original and that was just as good as what I got. The meat was juicy and well cooked and seasoned. Buns were well toasted and not too oily. I love the spicy mayo sauce they have there. They also have mayo garlic sauce but it tasted a bit weird for my tastebuds. The service was quick and staffs were friendly. I have narrowed down my favorite fast food burger in the Twin Cities to either a My Burger cheeseburger or a Five Guys Little Cheeseburger. Today, it's the My Burger. Last week it was Five Guys. There are two things that give My Burger a leg up on 5G. Their onion rings, and the sweet pickles. I'd never thought to put a sweet pickle on a burger, but it is so much better than a regular dill pickle. Don't worry though, if that sounds gross you can still get regular dill pickles on your burger. I like the simple orange and white decor, the place is always clean, the servers nice and food comes out pretty fast, even when they are busy. The price is a little higher than what I guess you'd call "lower tier" fast food, a burger with an upgrade to onion rings is about $9. I usually get it to without a drink, so depending on what you get you're right around $10 a person for a meal. I think that's fair because it is a better quality of food than your average fast food burger place. read more

My Burger surprised me, quite pleasantly. First, my friends, I must acknowledge something. It's so, so, SO cool in here. On the walls, you'll see whimsical, colorful murals and retro shake makers. Above, there are big beams with names of local streets on them. It's bright, it's relatively spacious and it's not really what I was expecting at all. They have shirts that say "Does this bun make my patty look fat?" Whoever is responsible for their image/branding/social media, cue applause. Second, the service. It's done counter-to-table style where you order up front, they give you a number and then bring your food to you. The service was great and it was all in the little things. The guy at the counter was very friendly, the woman who brought out my food grabbed napkins for me when they brought my food even though it's self-service and the guy at the counter came out from behind the counter to ask me how my food was after I had taken a few bites. Granted, they were pretty slow since I came late afternoon, but it was like real sit-down service aside from ordering at a counter, so go ahead and tip them a buck or two. It's the nice thing to do. Third, the food. Obviously, it's a burger place so I went with a burger. They have other options too though, like a chicken burger, fish burger, turkey burger and a burger of the month. I ordered a pepperjack cheeseburger with no ketchup (because ew, ketchup). It comes with caramelized onions, sweet pickles and mustard/ketchup as a rule (different toppings with the California-style), so make sure to let them know if any of it doesn't jive with you. The single burgers aren't huge, but they come with a generous side of fries and I think my total was about $6-7. It was all tasty, but I'm not sure that my own burger alone would compel me to come back ASAP. The rest of the menu does though. I think I know what I'll order next time though: blue cheese and bacon burger with just caramelized onion. That's the way to do it.
