Chicken was surprisingly really good. Nice and seasoned. The batter was very good and enjoyed the texture. Prices were ok, and food was quick to get.

Happened to be walking downtown late night with my boys and ran into this spot. They're open super late and they have huge windows so you cant miss it. Walked in, got some chicken strips and they have a ton of different sauces to try. I purchased one and they threw in a few cause it was my first time there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was pretty big and plenty of seating. Chicken was hot and fresh, not my favorite breading but still really good. I will be going back.

I wouldn't say this was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've had, but it definitely wasn't one of the better ones. We walked in just before 10pm. There wasn't a line, so we read the menus while the cashier stared at us. It's not complicated - it's a sandwich or combo, but the way the menus were laid out took us awhile to figure out what we wanted. It would have been nice if the cashier explained what can come in the combo vs sides - or even offer help or state his favorites ok the menu. This place is seriously pricey for what you get. I got two sandwiches (no combo) and one side and it cost over $30. The bun was hard/dense and the hot sandwich had no spice. Overall, there's plenty of chicken in the city and between the impersonal transaction and mediocre food, I will not be back.

I always drive past this new restaurant whenever I head to work in downtown Minneapolis. I finally made it to try their food. I was surprised how big their menu is, but wasn't really hungry. I ordered the chicken and biscuits with tater tots. Choose a sauce for the sandwich. Service was great, walk up to the counter and order your meal. They will call out your number when it's ready. Restaurant is pretty big with a spacious dining area, also well lit too. I'll have to come back and try their wings.

Always up for supporting small businesses. It was late on a Saturday and we had to try the wings we got mango habanero were decent. I wish they had homemade dip. A little sketchy but that is to expected after midnight on. Saturday night,

So good. High quality strips for my fellow chicken finger aficionados. Mad Chicken is a national chain with locations largely on the east coast and Wisconsin. Well seasoned and tender. Lots of sauces to choose from. Waffle trees are arguably better than chick fil a!

Was in the area and needed late night dinner. Came across Mad Chicken which was open until 1:00am. Arrived around 10:30pm on 5/21/25. Note, street parking and be prepared to pay the meter. Walked in and there was a gentleman standing right behind the counter just observing us looking at the oversized bright overwhelming menu. Rather awkward experience. Ordered the mad fire sandwich and made it a combo. Also ordered jalapeño popper side. Total was like $23.... WOW! Unfortunately, the food just wasn't good. I definitely would NOT call that fire sauce good and/or... really no taste. Just lacked lots of flavor especially for how much it costed. Food was made fresh to order apparently, but I would disagree and say it was likely heated. Restaurant was bright from the lighting to the menu. There was a very colorful wall that looked neat. Overall, nothing great. I wouldn't return as there's much better places to get a chicken sandwich (and budget friendly).

Got #4 chicken sandwich. It was really good, didn't taste like Canes or Chik-fil-a. And it filled me up. I enjoyed it.

Really over priced it was ok quality but $4 for a 'combo' with no pop refills definitely won't be back.

***BANH MI HEADCHEESE GOAT***…read more This is the best Banh Mi sandwich I've ever had in my entire life for a cold cut with homemade real head cheese. I've always said that places that make Banh Mi without the head cheese & charge the same $8 prices and call it a cold cut these places need to be locked up and the key thrown away because that is not a real cold cut Banh Mi & you're getting ripped off. This place is totally worth every penny that you pay for their sandwiches. They also make vegan sandwiches. Their marinated tofu is actually really good. I really wish this place would make Boba drinks, especially something with like a coffee jelly because I'm always wanting a Vietnamese sandwich with a Boba drink. Luckily there's a couple down the street that I can go to to get this right after I pick up a sandwich from here. Minnesota is the only place that I've found that makes really good Banh Mi sandwiches. I honestly don't think any other state compares to the Vietnamese food here.

It is pretty casual; you can ordered at the counter and they assemble the sandwich right in front of you. For hot foods, they called out when your order is ready! Everything is ready quickly, so it would be a good spot if you only have a short break. If you have more time and you'd like to sit down, they have plenty of seating available! They serve banh mi, rice noodle bowls, egg rolls, and spring rolls. They have several vegetarian option. I got the veggie egg rolls and a large tofu banh mi which I split with a friend! The egg rolls had a good crisp. They're filled with carrots and bean thread primarily. They are definitely an oilier egg roll, but no one eats egg rolls to be healthy! They are tasty, and I would get them again! The tofu banh mi was good! The tofu had a good curry flavor, and they were generous with their fillings, which I really appreciated! The bread itself wasn't the crispiest, but it was a humid day so I could see that making it a little less crisp! It was still overall good, and I was really happy with the amount of mayo that went on the sandwich! I think you get good bang for your buck with the sandwiches here, so I would recommend it and go back!

The hostess was extremely unfriendly and seemed very unhappy. She played the game and greeted us, but never once made eye contact, said "welcome in", "thank you for coming in" or anything else that would make a customer feel like they were appreciated for coming in. From the time we walked in to the time she showed us to our table, I said "thank you so much" three times and not once was even acknowledged or replied back with a "you're welcome". She should really find something else to do if she's not going to be a "host". Serving people should be the greatest pleasure we have when engaging with those we don't know. Patrick on the other hand was truly awesome. Friendly, smiling, engaged in conversation prior to taking our order and just seemed happy to talk to us. We told him we were from Nevada and were only there because of a recommendation from a couple in an elevator! He thought that was just awesome. Food arrived and everything was really good. The hash browns were WAY overcooked, almost burnt, but that was the only negative thing to say about the food. It was otherwise delicious! I would strongly suggest this place for breakfast. The menu is really good, with a decent variety of good options to choose from. Cost wasn't bad, but not a deal either. If I was part of the management team, I'd have a serious conversation with the young lady who was hosting today (8/12/26. She's going to cost you return business if she doesn't learn how to be a host and be happy serving people.
