Yum! Great relaxed spot for some good apps and a burger. We walked in after work and got happy hour as well as dinner. Service was good - food came out fast and server was attentive. We LOVED the mozz sticks and the dip appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their meals but the smash burger seemed to be the highlight!

Fork'd occupies the former Champps Location at Ridgedale and serves a wide variety of hearty bar food - smash burgers, sandwiches, salad and appetizers. I really enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich with its crunchy crust and sticky goodness while my wife liked the thai chicken salad - although it was HUGE and she couldn't finish it. The place is pretty spacious with lots of room between tables. They offer a full bar and have some inventive cocktails and "mocktails" too. Our server was friendly and helpful. My only nit was that water glasses weren't refilled. We visited on a quiet sunday evening. NOTE: they have 7 large TVs circling the dining space so its very reminiscent of Champps or a sports bar.

I kept driving this new restaurant and finally decided to check it out for dinner. The menu is pretty limited to sandwiches and burgers, but I took that to mean they would be good at those items. I got the Fork'd smash burger, which was good! My husband liked the C.A.B chicken sandwich and my kid enjoyed the chicken tender kids meal. The waffle fries were a big hit with everyone! I'd like to come back for their happy hour sometime and try some cocktails. I believe the HH is 2-5, everyday, which is great! One negative is I think they are a tad over priced. The sides are an up charge of $2-4, and they even charge extra for things like seasoned sour cream..

Fork'd was so good! The menu was filled with burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings and pizza! Quite the selection to choose from. They also have a full bar with an array of mixed drinks and both tap & bottled beers. The service was amazing, super friendly and helpful with making meal selections. Our waitress was friendly, checked in on us multiple times, and made us feel very welcomed. Even management check in with us to make sure everything was up to par. The mozzarella sticks were some of the best I've ever had, and the queso tasty as well. The smash burger was legit, so good! As was the patty melt, delicious bread and fried onions. The fish sandwich was top notch, the Sam Adams beer batter was amazing! Huge portions, I couldn't finish all my waffle fries, which tasted even better with the seasoned sour cream. There's plenty of seating, TVs to watch your favorite sports and a really nice atmosphere to the whole place. Clean and very family friendly. We will definitely be back to Fork'd and I highly recommend it!

    Great TVs for sports.

What a fun place. My wife and I have been there 3 times for lunch and looking forward to a fourth. We sit at the bar, as we always do, service was fantastic! Food had a different kick that you would expect that the kitchen has the flavor of the Baccio chef upstairs. If you are a Bloody Mary fan, try the Bloody flight. My personal and spicy favorite is the Green Machine! Try it! Green Bloodies are a home run! Every dish has an interesting twist. The normally boring tuna melt is taken to a next level of flavor. We split it. That is just one example. Parking is easy a benefit of being at Ridgedale. Highly recommend.

Finally, we have something very good in the old Champps location. Fork'd is a sister restaurant of Bacio and is right around the corner. Fork'd is much more casual where they offer great apps, sandwiches, and pizza. If you want more traditional Italian with the classics, head to Bacio. They have a great Happy Hour from 2-5 pm every day where they offer $2 off on wines by the glass and all Tap Beer. They also offer a selection of Specialty Cocktails. We have tried quite a few of the appetizers and pizza. Everything has been very good! We normally sit at the bar and the bartender's are fantastic! They haven't steered is wrong on anything they have recommended. Give Fork'd a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Our first time to this new restaurant in MNTKA. Got there on a Friday just before 5p and took advantage of happy hour offerings. The Mule was really a treat and if you like to sit at the bar (we do!) Julia is just the BEST! My wife had a skinny margarita and was what was expected. Julia suggested the Reuben roll app and it had a healthy portion of corn beef! Was very good. Followed up with popcorn shrimp which had a cornmeal crust and done just right. Exceeded most popcorn shrimp I have had. Did not need to move on but did to a very healthy patty melt! Double pattys and beef was delicious. Our experience at Fork'd was a very pleasant and delicious experience ! Plenty of parking in this restaurant in Ridgedale shopping complex. We arrived before 5p and was packed by 6p. Give it a try!

NEW RESTAURANT ALERT Minnetonka friends, get going! from the team behind the beloved Bacio, this new spot is already serving up all the right vibes: family-friendly, inviting, and just upscale enough to feel special. I got a sneak peek during their soft opening (aka too much fun + plenty of wine ) and tried a little bit of everything -- highlights for me were the popcorn shrimp app and the Santa Fe salad. every dish impressed and the staff already feels dialed-in, which is no small feat on night one. It's the perfect pregame for a movie or shopping trip at Ridgedale -- just casual enough, but you don't have to comprise the quality of your food. it's time for all of you foodies to get FORK'D and see the spot for yourself

When we visited we had a good time, we were seated fasted and didn't feel rushed at all into ordering we started with the cherry limeades and they were quite tasty so we ordered a few more. I wasn't a fan of the artichoke dip because it was too greasy and overpowered by the cheese and it wasn't very flavorful in my opinion. I liked the mozzarella sticks, and the Cesar salad a lot. The salad was fresh and crisp. The fork'd cheese panzza was also really good, I loved the garlic and that it was perfectly made. The service was friendly and the restaurant wasn't too loud or crowded when we visited.

Went out here with another couple for dinner. Bright, busy, and a little loud, was my initial response. The menu was a little limited, but every meal, every appetizer, -each and every one- was really, really good! We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks which were literally the best we've ever had (no wonder that dish has gotten so much press lately! ) I asked our server, Bobby, for his opinion on why to order between two salads, and man, was he spot on! The Thai chicken salad had a fantastic peanut dressing, and there were hints of mint, and crispy wonton strips. Highly recommend! But can we go back and talk about those mozzarella sticks?! The pull on those babies! The crust was not your run of the mill frozen then deep fried cheese stick... no sir. The crust was hand battered, crispy and so, so good! Described as comfort food, and they deliver. Their menu is a little limited, but the staff is great - shout out to Bobby for being amazing! - and the food is really, really good.

C.A.B. with an upgrade to waffle fries was enough to feed us both. - A white round plate holds a sandwich made with toasted bread, lettuce, tomato, and sliced meat, accompanied by a portion of waffle fries. Two small metal cups contain dipping sauces, one with a creamy white sauce garnished with herbs and the other with a potato salad or similar side. The plate is on a dark wooden table, with an empty white oval plate and a glass of beverage visible in the background.

Parking was right outside the door and plentiful. Th reception staff and our waitress were nice and helpful and even laughed at my joke. The poor acoustics made it possible to hear a cacophony of conversations but we were still able to understand each other. A very interesting menu that had few options for lactose-sensitive or intolerant diners. The seasoned fries came out warm but in less than a minute, our waitress returned with a plate of hot ones. The sandwich and fries were VERY tasty.

    Mozzarella sticks

We started off with the Mozzarella sticks, and they were incredible--super tender on the inside with a perfectly crunchy coating. Delicious! We also tried the Chips and Queso, which featured a savory coating and were so crunchy and fresh, especially paired with their homemade queso. For the main event, we all had Smash Burgers. Even with the variety we ordered, we all agreed they were equally well-made and seasoned to perfection, complete with those signature crispy edges. We added the waffle fries which came with a spicy sour cream. Here's what we tried: The Fork'd Burger: Simple and classic with secret sauce, American cheese, and pickles. The Mushroom Swiss: Loaded with steakhouse mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and a great horseradish mayo.

Plain cheeseburger with cheese. WTF!?!? With tip, a $30 burger. - A restaurant receipt from Fork'd in Minnetonka, MN, displays an order for a plain cheeseburger with bacon, cheddar, waffle fries, and extra sauce. The receipt includes the restaurant's address, phone number, order details, subtotal, sales tax, and total amount paid. The order was placed in the dining room, and the total cost was $26.97, paid with cash.

It tasted like straight sesame seed grounds and was very gritty. It didn't seem mixed well and was honestly hard to drink. The staff was friendly but also felt a bit distant at the same time. Service wasn't rude, but it didn't feel especially warm or welcoming either, almost like they didn't really want you to be there. I can say the girls' waffle fries were really good. The Reuben was just bad. It comes on white bread and the corned beef was sliced and stacked. The sauerkraut had been on the grill, which is nice, but there just wasn't enough. The corned beef was very dry and I was unable to cut through it with just a table knife. I asked for extra sauce to try to salvage a few bites but the sauce itself (their Smash sauce) is NOT good on a Reuben; it's very mayo-forward. I literally ate 1/4 of my sandwich and I had enough. The Cole slaw unfortunately was so lightly dressed it was like eating plain cabbage. Overall a pretty disappointing outing and we won't be back.
