For me I would rather have it arrive on my breakfast plate because I am one of those folks that likes to dip their toast in their over-easy egg yolks. Arriving before the rest of your breakfast if you hold onto it awaiting the rest of your breakfast you are using cold toast. Everything still tasted good. But I did leave hungry. I actually sat there for a moment thinking do I need to order something else but how would that look. I am not a huge eater -- and typically have a little bit of something left on my plate when I go out for breakfast but this time not so much.
