We were headed back home after a long hot day of hiking. Decided to give Culver's a try. Let me say: they did not disappoint. We did the Drive Thru. Service was friendly while ordering and checkout. While Culver's is still fast food technically they're not your typical fast food restaurant. Every time I've come here whether it's the drive thru or inside the service is always exceptional and fast. Yet the orders are never messed up and always made fresh. Definitely puts other fast food chains to shame. read more

After Church with Jake we were a group of 8 all hungry and Culver's was close. We had burgers fried fish and malts. All were served quick and were all good. After some of us had ice cream and the red raspberry was particularly delicious! Feeding 8 hungry people was around a 90 bucks including several ice cream desserts. Good fast food here folks! Stick to the basics and you will be rewarded. read more

Workers were kind and efficient, but the food was so bland. Had to smother everything w/ mustard and vinegar. Fox News on the TV and Christian rock over the sound system let me know I am not their target market. Would have put up with it, however, to experience a great burger and fries. I'm a long time fan of Culver's in Georgetown but have had issues.... Tonight was the final straw! Placed my order then pulled up to window where I paid for my order of a chocolate milkshake along with 2 cups of frozen custard. After sitting at the payment window, even though there wasn't any vehicles in the waiting spaces and there were a line of customers behind me, for 3 minutes the staff asked me to move up to the 1st customer waiting area which I did (wondering why he hadn't asked me to do so before).... I then sat there for an additional 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of watching customer after customer behind me get there food and custard I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store where I asked why there seemed to be a problem? The lady who seemed to be the shift manager quickly said they had gotten behind on the frozen custard machine and I would be getting my order as soon as the machine could produce it. I went back to my car and sat there as every vehicle was cleared and departed! At the 15 minute mark I went back into the store and asked for my money back. To the manager's credit she did say they were going to refund my money and give me my order..... Sorry, you have lost a customer! I got the credit to my card and left without my order! I like this little strip of Georgetown as one can stop with a group and have a choice of Panera, Chick Fila, and my personal favorite Culver's. They provided efficient service where you know they aren't just taking your burger off the warmer. I enjoy the sandwich on sourdough bread but to be honest I love the frozen custard more than anything else. I grabbed a PB milkshake that starts as just a spoon item for the first 5 minutes but then turns into a perfect road driving shake the rest of the time. This is a good stop if you need food and are sick of fast food. read more

We just moved here from florida and stopped to eat. I was impressed by the manager raking leafs, this shows how much she wants to make her store look good. Also the guy who helped us was very patient and helpful. He also showed that he followed their hand washing policy. Thank you for the awesome experience and we will be back to eat soon. read more

Great food, a little expensive for what it is. Sometimes, I believe they fry the fries and everything in the same oil as the fist because everything has that left over taste. But overall, we almost always leave happy when we eat at culver's! Love the custard and the pot roast. read more

Just got home and discovered the staff shorted a M+S sandwich on a to go order. We had to make something else for that family member (real pain). No bbq sauce for the tenders that I asked for. The place wasn't busy or hectic. Will go there again but will be checking the bag. read more

Great food, high quality, and selection, not to mention the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Better than the typical fast food experience. The only thing Id change is the obnoxious religious music. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I did not belong here.
