I regularly get delivered between 2-6 bottles,and often the 24 packs are not delivered. Today I got 5 bottles and no 24 packs, despite what my acct says. This is ridiculous, and happens too often. 45min average hold time, then they swear the driver will be back to get them and it'll take days of them siting in the sun just to have them supposedly dumped. Their website was down for many days, no one was answering phones, no communication to customers, no response to the outage, and no care of concern for customers. The driver acted as he didn't know anything about it. Plus over the 4-6 months I've had this service, my driver has forgotten my add-ons each and every time. A horrible experience if you want or need any support from a real person. You can't even cancel, as we are moving, online. Super frustrating.

I complain to hubs who tells me that this company is notoriously difficult to work with and drags their feet terribly on water deliveries so he and his colleagues are without water regularly. I told her to cancel my account and to come pick up the two bottles that I never requested. We had been told in September that we would have to call to request more water when we were out and that there was no set schedule for us due to a lack of drivers in my area. We had not requested that any water be sent and we had no notification that he would be coming. We called again today (October 20) to ask when they would be picking up the water and the lady (G) was extremely rude to us and implied that we were lying when we stated that we never received a phone call about getting the unwanted water picked up. G could have misdialed my number and left a message on a wrong number. She was screaming at us that she knows that she left a message and then hung up on us. The water is currently sitting outside the front door since G stated that she didn't know when they'll be able to get someone out to pick it up. I have canceled my deliveries with them on October 19, 2023 since they apparently have horrible customer service practices!

She said our water must have heavy toxins or??? In it so I looked up the quality of water in our area bought a test kit and tested our water. It was normal. I asked for a refund and was told I could send the machine back they would service it and send it back to me ALL at my expense as the 30-day warrantee was expired. I asked for a refund. After many texts back and forth, her response was, I will no longer communicate with you, you are disrupting my healing.... I ended up purchasing filters for another $150. Which did not fix the issues. I have filed a complaint with the BBB with no response. We have nursed the machine along, but it finally totally died 3 months short of a year. I am very disappointed to say the least in the quality of the product, but mostly the unprofessionalism displayed by Amanda. I would never recommend this product, nor would I work with Amanda ever again. I will avoid her like the plague.
