Not the best customer service, I've had worse. It's a hit or miss really...some days I get lucky with a nice lady and others it's usually terrible. The guys that come out and check meters are wonderful and give you tips on how to save $ on water. Besides that, I'd recommend this place to step it up a bit with customer service. read more

I don't usually write reviews but this place stood out to me based on the lack of humanity, manners, customer service/respect. I'm going there to pay my bill as a paying customer; you're a water company with your own building, and you deny my 4 year old daughter to use your restroom. You say you don't have one? What a joke! Rude customer service. The office manager doesn't take calls or concerns from customers and, HER boss is the board. I didn't look hard , but the names/numbers of the members of the Nob Hill Water Board were not on the bill. I didn't want to call Nob Hill water back to ask. And, they have us by the balls. read more
