Early morning, two days later, we stopped getting water in our house. Our cistern was very low as well so we contacted the company we've worked with when installing the well to check it out. They discovered Tumwater had dismantled the well pump during their test but failed to hook it back up. We never even considered that the Tumwater visit could be related to losing our water. Since Rockwell (the company we've worked with) was already there, we had them fix the pump. We'd already been without water nearly 8 hours. When we contacted Tumwater about covering the bill to have the pump reassembled and hooked up, they were very unapologetic and told us we should have called them first and that they would only give us $100 because we didn't (the bill was $340.00). We then contacted our real estate agent who attempted to work it with Tumwater, but experienced the same and was told they refuse to pay their competitor. No apologies for their worker failing to do the job right. No apologies for leaving us without water for a day. Ultimately our agent agreed to pay the bill and asked that Tumwater pay him instead. I think Tumwater's attitude was petty and unprofessional. After that experience, I would never use or recommend them.

I regularly get delivered between 2-6 bottles,and often the 24 packs are not delivered. Today I got 5 bottles and no 24 packs, despite what my acct says. This is ridiculous, and happens too often. 45min average hold time, then they swear the driver will be back to get them and it'll take days of them siting in the sun just to have them supposedly dumped. Going to try another service after being a customer for over 10 years.

They don't tell you initially that on your bill each month,…read morethey will charge you a deposit on every bottle, every time, rather than once at the beginning of your contract and when you cancel, so your bill is 70-80 dollars a month for just 5 bottles delivered. This time, I'm trying to reach customer service and have been on hold twice today for a total of over 45 minutes, no one answers the email, nor the FB chat. Last month, they went dark. Their website was down for many days, no one was answering phones, no communication to customers, no response to the outage, and no care of concern for customers. The driver acted as he didn't know anything about it. Plus over the 4-6 months I've had this service, my driver has forgotten my add-ons each and every time. A horrible experience if you want or need any support from a real person. You can't even cancel, as we are moving, online. Super frustrating.
