I want to clarify that I would give the technicians 5 stars as they were prompt, efficient, respectful & did a good job. However, the price Campbell charged for the service was outrageous. We used them due to no one else getting back to us. We should've waited but unfortunately this was an expensive lesson in not being patient. We were warned by others that Campbell is very expensive & should've heeded that warning. Next time we'll use someone else.

The next electric bill after they installed my new heat pump was $700, considering that one week was also on the emergency heating. My last electric bill was a little over $100.
