Every employee that I've come into contact with has been courteous, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. They always call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival since the scheduling is a wide timeframe. The workers always wear footies over their shoes while inside the home, which is an added bonus since most workers don't do that. This company has been around for a long time and has perfected their service. The prices are higher than others, but the value is commensurate.

Recently we had a bathroom fan/light/heater ceiling unit go out. We called and got an appointment from Campbell within a few days. Dalton and Jarrod came out and quickly determined the unit was not repairable. They ordered the proper new unit and a short few days later, returned with the proper unit and replaced it expeditiously in a couple of hours. Dalton and Jarrod were super friendly, job focused, and asked relevant questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed. They answered all of our questions about the new unit and cleaned up after the replacement beautifully. The cost was very reasonable and I would trust these guys for future work/repairs. Tyler came to help with a stopped up drain in my 85 year old farm house, that turned into a much…read morebigger job upon realizing that the drain was not routed into the septic. Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. I would not, however, rate the company as high, due their lack of concern for his safety.

He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He explained the new parts and told me what to expect from them. He is definitely our new plumber and he will be the one we recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
