Had an issue with fraud on my card and since this bill was on auto pay, I forgot to update my card with them. Once they notified me that they had been trying to charge my card for months while still delivering water, they said they would be willing to waive some of the finance charges. However, once I went to pay my bill, they were all of a sudden not willing to help with late charges. On Thursday, October 19, I opened my front door to leave for work and saw a huge man just standing in my doorway, in my face as I was about to leave. I didn't see the water and he just stood there silently. I screamed and he still didn't say anything. I'm 70 years old and he could've killed me; I could feel my heart pounding. He just left and my daughter was on the phone the whole time and could hear me crying and my heart was still pounding. He never even apologized. My daughter said that she was going to call and she called to tell them what had happened since I was still shook up. I called later and the lady who answered the phone wasn't kind at all and had no compassion for what had just happened. I told her to cancel my account and to come pick up the two bottles that I never requested. We had been told in September that we would have to call to request more water when we were out and that there was no set schedule for us due to a lack of drivers in my area. We had not requested that any water be sent and we had no notification that he would be coming. We called again today (October 20) to ask when they would be picking up the water and the lady (G) was extremely rude to us and implied that we were lying when we stated that we never received a phone call about getting the unwanted water picked up. G could have misdialed my number and left a message on a wrong number. She was screaming at us that she knows that she left a message and then hung up on us. The water is currently sitting outside the front door since G stated that she didn't know when they'll be able to get someone out to pick it up. I have canceled my deliveries with them on October 19, 2023 since they apparently have horrible customer service practices! read more

Been doing business with this company for almost 5 years. I know they've been having issues with delivery these last few years, but I decided to fire them after continually getting excuse. Let me say this so you'll better understand where I'm coming from. I buy 12 bottles a month at a time and they only have to come out here one time every month, that's it! Called them up to see where my delivery was on Monday. The person I talked with said, "Let me ask Deb" I was able to hear her ask, and Deb said that the earliest would be Friday, in which I replied I wasn't happy about it, because I needed it now. Anyway, it's Friday, and I hadn't seen the delivery yet, so I called and Deb (the one who said Friday would be the earliest doesn't recall any of it. Then, she started giving me excuses after I told her to come pick up the bottles and machine, and I'll take my business somewhere else. No apology, nothing. I owned 3 businesses. If i lost a good customer, all because of lack of accountability, I'd be pissed. Unfortunately, finding good people ars hard to find, so you're stuck with sub-par. read more

I came home to find my daughter's basketball hoop damaged. When I checked my ring cameras, I saw this company truck, driving on the wrong side of the road, hit the hoop and caused it to fall over. It won't let me attach the video to this review :( The driver did not provide me with their contact information or their insurance information as required under Oregon law (ORS 811.700). In fact, they didn't make any effort contact me at all but thankfully I have ring cameras. I reached out to the company and attempted to resolve it with them to fix the damages but they responded that they are not liable because it's against city ordinance to have a basketball hoop on the sidewalk...this of course is not a defense for the crime of failing to provide your insurance information. I'm disappointed that this company does not take accountability for their actions and the damages they caused to a random citizen. While the damage is by no means extreme and it's not the end of the world, I am a single mother and a foster parent who works hard to provide my children and foster children with nice things. This was a gift for my daughter's birthday/Christmas. I am also pregnant and I am left to clean up the mess they created in the road from the sand that spilled everywhere. Service was good until this year. I used to get deliveries every 4 weeks last year and they kept to the schedule that they provided. This year, I never know when I will get a delivery, and I never know how much and which type of water I will receive. I am subscribed for Spring water but sometimes get filtered water. I leave out 8 empty bottles and get only 5 delivered so I don't know what is happening with my bottle deposits. I never get an invoice from the driver any more and calling the office is just many apologies but nothing changes. My last delivery for 2023 was on March 29th and now 6 weeks later the empties have been sitting out for 3 weeks. read more

It was good for the first 3-4 months then all of sudden they just stopped delivering. I was understanding when they called and said they were out of the spring water and had to send alternative but charged me the same price, then when it's been a week late on delivery I reach out and they apologize they're struggling to keep drivers in my area Portland Metro area, okay again, understandable the entire work force of the country is struggling so another week passes, nothing. I called again to ask if there's been any updates, nothing, it's coming soon, we hope. The last delivery I received was in February this is August and my water jugs are still sitting empty outside you can see the Sun wear on them they've been out for so long. I then get a bill order in my email. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! No communication. Charges when I don't have product. Terribly unprofessional. Poorly ran. We have this water delivery service for over a year now. Great service from our delivery driver and the main office. I love that the driver hands me a receipt directly from the computer. Last place the company never agreed with the number of bottles that the driver and I knew about. read more
