Their service is the worst. Their communication is the worst. Their delivery is the worst. They are unreliable. Access to clean drinking water is a necessity for families. Crystal Springs bills you on time but delivers whenever they feel like it. The delivery schedule they provide is a "maybe" wrapped in a "hope" because maybe they'll deliver your water on schedule, and when they don't, you'll hope your family doesn't run out. Terrible service at this location! I have service with primo brand for a long time but this branch manager (Richland, WA) was very bossy and won't let driver deliver water to me. I have tried very hard to solve the issue but end up I have to terminate my service due to bossy manager. Be careful when choosing this water service at this location! You won't get service if branch manager is not agree your request. and he is not willing to negotiate your request. If I can rate 0, I will for sure doing it. read more

They have zero customer service. Can't get ahold of them. I rent a water cooler/heater with a coffee option that has never worked. Delivery person said he would bring me a newer model and never heard from him again. I need clean water so it is too frustrating!!! read more

Zero stars. They were supposed to be out to deliver 3 times last week. No one showed up. I have been on the phone passed around to a bunch of different people with no answers. Was promised delivery yesterday. And again no showed. Still no answers. 4 deliveries set up all no showed. No call. I Cancelled service completely because I can even get anyone to show up. read more

Delivery only on Tuesdays while I'm at work. In order to move, We delivered their rental dispenser to the lobby of their Battelle Blvd. Richland, WA office, after three weeks of calling them to pick it up before moving! The driver would not give us a receipt, he was in a hurry to go and lock up the lobby, he said the office person to take care of it the next working day. I took a pic of it in their lobby 3:49pm on November 5th, 2021. (Notice there is no email or local phone number posted for their information.) Yet we are still getting billing for the "rental" of the returned dispenser, April, May, and we will probably get one for June, 2022 too! This along with the half hour phone wait to talk with a person is infuriating. We are now the happy owners of the water ionizer alkaline water system with under counter spigot (Amazon) that is much better than our exasperating experience with Crystal Springs. read more

We signed up for this service through Costco about a year ago. We have had nothing but a positive experience with this service. The water is stellar as well as the service. Like clockwork our water is delivered every other Tuesday morning between 10:00-11:00. I also appreciate the recorded reminders to put my empties out on the porch. Happy customers here! read more

This company is ridiculous! I have to call every time to get water. They rarely deliver on schedule and I have asked 3 times to speak to the regional manager but that has yet to happen. When you call the customer service number you get someone over in Florida or Georgia. Very disappointed. I can't believe Costco is associated with them. read more

Over and over they won't deliver they say they did then charge me twice.. the absolute worst costumers service for plain old tap water.. I don't know how they stay in business??!
