Very accommodating company. Called a nice lady and explained the problem with my Whirlpool washer. She said she would relay the message to her tech and he would call back. The tech returned my call very timely. We discussed the problem and the part I needed. He said he could order the part. Rather than order the part right away, he told me a possible solution. Following his instructions, I was able to remedy my problem without a new part. Would recommend this company as, they could have just ordered the part and not given me incite as to how to fix it. Affordable Appliance was recommended to me by a friend. The service person was quick, professional and was able to address the issue with my Maytag dryer. He had what he thought he would need, according to my description of the issue, and was able to take care of it right away. I contacted them with a request for a part. The technician got back to me promptly unfortunately I was unavailable. He called me two more times. Then I called them to cancel my request because I was able to fix it on my own. And he called back to confirm the cancellation. This kind of Customer service is amazing. Since I wasn't asking for anything big, I'm surprised they even answered my request at all. I look forward to using them in the future. Run from this company. We waited over a month for Affordable Appliance to come finish fixing our refrigerator but never fixed our dishwasher. What we were charged was more than what was quoted/ discussed and dishwasher was not fixed. The owner has very poor communication and people skills. I'm all about supporting small business but this company does not follow through with their job. read more

Affordable Appliance Service......... HA HA HA NOT After countless attempts to "fix" my appliance and worthless parts and service call charges that has costs me hundreds of dollars Michael has yet to follow-up with his mess. This company would rather sell you one of their new appliances rather than troubleshoot your repair correctly. Excuses, excuses, excuses............one after another, blaming the machine, blaming the service center, replacing this part, replacing that part. Finally topping it all off......creating a new problem and saying, " that can't happen". Promises of following up, months go by and yet no follow up. I would NOT recommend this incompetent individual or irresponsible company to anyone. Michael knows who I am and this post will remain until this issue is resolved or my money is refunded. read more

This company made a warranty repair on my washer and after the serviceman left I noticed a broken area on a plastic face plate. I called immediately and told them about it. This was several weeks ago. I finally got in touch with the owner today and now they say the repairman did not cause the damage but someone here at my home did. They want me to pay for a new piece. I would NOT pay the money to repair this when it was caused by them! Ours is a small community and this is not the way to foster good will. read more
