A week later it was good to go and I had it in time to till my garden before last fall. A few weeks ago, I took in a lawnmower that I hadn't used in over three years after it had blown a gasket or something of that nature; I won't lie here, I'm not the most mechanically inclined as it skipped a generation in my family. After a little fix and a tune up, I picked it up yesterday and it started up on the first pull. Sounds like the day it was born! My father told me about this place a couple of years ago after they had done some work for him with his chainsaws. I'm glad I went and will take all of my small motor equipment to them. Thanks again! I got back from a recent 7 month deployment in June and I needed to get the lawn mowed ASAP! I attempted to fire up my trusty ol' Toro, but it did not start. It had rained on it all winter. But is also could have been old gas. Perhaps a dirty carburetor? I tired to tinker at it myself, but I think I made it worse. I was forced to take it to the experts. After a quick Google search, pretty much the only small engine repair business in the Valley was Big Gene's. I drove my Toro up to Odell and droped it off. I had a great conversation with the female-half of the business. She really knew her stuff. I was expecting it to take at least week and would probably have to call them first for an update, but no! I got a call less than 24 hrs later saying it was ready and working great. Started right up with one pull. And let's just say they charged me next to nothing! They also had several items for sale like other lawn equipment and generators. I might check them out in the future for possibly a used Honda eu2200i. Thanks guys! You're awesome.

When we asked for a work order TJ was offended but at that point our tractor was unloaded and we felt obligate.We needed a water pump and arrived with a bottle of coolant. In the end, a month later, we got back a damaged tractor, no new water pump (a patched one) and a bill. I am not one to write a review but I feel it's necessary to warn others to beware. Poor communication, not professional and above all not trustworthy.
