Of course, the warranty was expired (bought it used). After diagnosis, the transmission was found to be bad (extremely rare at any hour, let alone 58 hours). The Service Manager prepared me for the high cost of replacement but told me he would do everything he could to get Deere to warranty the issue. After a week or so, he called me with the good news that Deere agreed to warranty the transmission 100% saving me a ton of money!! Working with a small dealer like this was new to me and so worth it!! CCT, you guys have 100% of my business going forward (I also have a Deere tractor). I bought a weed whacker and aerator here. Both had problems. They fixed the weed whacker under warranty, and I had to weld a repair myself on aerator. I've bought two brand new John Deere tractors in the past 5 years and both times I went to Pape in Gresham. I was treated well and saved some money also.

A week later and truck not done, they didnt touch injectors And instead diagnosed a cooling issue. They said total wouldnt go over 1500 and bill is 1833.00. They 100% never tried to do the work I asked them to do. The guy rick told me to come get a check that he was refunding me, when my secretary arrived he said that he wanted me to show and yet this company wasted more of my resources and yet to have the injectors touched. Beware they dont use not one thought on taking care of you and your hard earned money.
