The place was packed and bustling, with live music in the front bar area and a more relaxed dining room in the back overlooking the water. Great atmosphere all around, and our waitress was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and on top of everything despite how busy it was. The menu was surprisingly affordable, with most entrées in the $30-$40 range. We started with the lobster bisque, which was delicious--rich, creamy, and loaded with chunks of lobster. I had the broiled seafood platter with scallops, shrimp, fish, rice, and broccoli. Everything was fresh and tasty. Friends raved about the scallop risotto, and the cod was another hit. The chicken parm was just okay, maybe a little dry, but hey, you're at a seafood restaurant! Between the waterfront views, lively atmosphere, excellent service, good food, and reasonable prices, On the Docks was a perfect way to wrap up a day on the North Fork. Definitely worth a stop!

It was the same beer called devolve. I liked the beer it was light with a nice fruity taste. Our bartender accommodated us by leaving the black bean one on a separate plate since one of us don't eat meat. Ambiance here is chill and laid back, there are several games you can play and there was live music you could hear playing from next door at Montauk Distilling Co. which was a nice touch.
