The lighting in perfect, not to bright but not too dark either. There are a couple of soft seats and there is a large space upstairs that would be good for a party. The drinks- specializing in local and New York beer and wine. You can do a sampler of either one- $12 for beer and $15 for wine for your choice of any four. The majority of beer and wine are New York, but there are some basic large brands as well including Guinness and Bass (one owner is Irish) and some common wines from around the world.
