Called the morning of the reservation and was told they did not have any refer trucks. Searched a 300 mile radius. I spent the entire morning on the eve of a huge event that required this truck . In the end no one could help solve the issue and even was referred to a District Manager (Kyle ) whom I left a message for but never received a call back. I ended up getting a box truck and had to make alternative plans to refrigerate and transport food items for the event. Causing more work, labor, and delays for the event. When I returned the truck I asked how their system cannot alert them on the need for a specific truck when it is reserved. Apparently the system does alert them but multiple people dropped the ball. A lot of apologies which are appreciated but did could not give me an answer on how I could be more confident in the future. I will look for an alternative vendor in the future.
