BEST STORAGE PLACE EVER!!!! As soon as you see this storage place pop up please use it. Stacy is…read morethe manager of NY mobile Self Storage and she is one of the most helpful ladies. From day 1 she broke everything down and explained how the storage system there would work. We used their storage for 6 months. Not once did we have a bad experience to make us feel like our stuff was not safe. The storage is set up by containers and whenever you need to take something out of storage all you need to do is call stacy and give her a heads up and your stuff will be ready by the next day for you to go grab whatever you need. We had to move in to our new apt by 01 April and usually places are quick to say that it will take forever to have our stuff moved out to try and get us to pay for an additional month. Not NY Self Storage...call about 3 or 4 days in advanced and it was ready to be moved out..How much better can it get? Well... The movers one in specific (Vlad) was super helpful. He saw my fiance had no help whatsoever to move all the stuff inside the apt because all her friends had not arrived yet. What did he do? He helped unpack the containers. He did not have to do that but he sure did. This is an amazing business and i can't see it closing anytime soon because of how professional and amazing the workers are. Thank you Stacy and Vlad. Susan and Kaili.

Not careful at all & damaged drywall to which the company said "that should be easy to fix"

Just finished up a job with these junk haulers in NJ and can give them two thumbs up for the work,…read moredone quickly and efficiently, plus an extra two hands' worth of thumbs for Roman and his team's go-with-the-flow attitude when faced with the hurdle of unexpected limited elevator access and cross-over with plumbers and Taskrabbits doing other work in the same spot. It wasn't an easy move! Their final price (based on # of trucks & helpers needed) was in line with what I've paid for other similar home-clearing jobs, too. He also was honest about what might / might not be able to be donated, which was refreshing. Interestingly, we were given their name by another NJ hauler that we've used in the past, and had an excellent experience with, but who didn't service this northern area. They must have a good rep in the junk-hauling community.

Thank God for these guys!…read more I had to move my items into storage a.s.a.p. As soon as I called them for a quote, they were beyond helpful. They were even able to refer me to a great storage company. I have to be honest. At first, I was frantic, but their staff were really professional. Apparently, they've dealt with many client in this type of emergency before because they were able to help calm me down LOL The moving crew they sent me were so friendly and easy to work with. I can't describe how grateful I am to everyone at this company. They helped me out on such short-notice and were able to make my emergency move hassle free. I'll definitely be using these guys again when I have to move out of storage, and I've been recommending them to everyone since my move. A+ Movers!

Let me write a realistic review about this company. 1. They…read morenegotiated a reasonable price. The guy who gave us the estimate seemed friendly (stoic but friendly enough). 2. After moving from one apartment to another at a distance of about 1 1/2 miles they wouldn't take things off the truck until I gave the movers a huge tip for the movers. There were three guys and they wanted $500.00. My wife was pregnant at the time and they had no problems hassling and bullying us about the tip. I almost called the police but decided to pay. 4. Unusually large amount of things were broken. If it was porcelain or ceramics (including family heirlooms) it was damaged. If it was wood it was dented. When we mentioned this to them they didn't give us the time of day. We couldn't of had a worse experience. Correction for some reason Yelp says my location is San Francisco Calif. Overall, I had a good experience with Mayflower (who used Molloy Bros. as their agent), and I'd be…read morelikely to use them if I needed movers again. Both the loading and unloading crews were very friendly and helpful. They showed up on time (in fact, the unloading crew was a little early) and did their jobs well. I also liked a lot of the features Mayflower had to offer (ex.- personalized website, instructional videos for packing), but some things could have been executed better. For ex., I had my original estimate done virtually, instead of having an adjuster come out to my home. This actually went very smoothly and worked quite well once it was underway. However, I had some difficulty scheduling the appointment in the first place. (One person told me I had an appointment for someone to come to my home; the next person told me no one was available, so we planned to do the estimate virtually; then the person who did my estimate seemed to have had my appointment recorded for a different time than I was told.) I also didn't get clear instructions/guidance re: how the virtual estimate would work (even when I called to ask) before it happened. This was perhaps the most puzzling (and annoying) thing about my experience: Mayflower assigned one person to be my "move coordinator." It seemed the point of this was so that there would be one person I could contact with any problems/questions, one point person I could always reach no matter what stage the move was in. I thought this was a great feature BUT over the course of my move, about *four different people* were identified to me, at one point or another, as my move coordinator. This partly defeated the purpose of having a move coordinator (I wasn't always sure who to call; I'd call one person and then get contacted by someone else, etc.). Some of my property also got damaged. A floor lamp got its base bent and my piano keyboard got a crack in its plastic casing. Several of my boxes were crushed and books were bent, though most things within the crushed boxes themselves were fine. I have a claim pending about the damaged lamp, so I don't know yet how that will turn out. But, overall, I'd say the movers did a pretty good job, given that it was a cross-country move.
