For start where you drop off your belonging and where you are told your belongings will be stored IS NOT WHERE IT WILL BE STORED. No one will inform you of the change and if some of your belongings will vanish or get destroyed in the process- WELL embrace yourself you will get a penny per kilo if NICK is in a good mood. Storage facilities are dirty, no temp control. Objects that can melt, will. Better to give your belongings away then storing with NICK. Luckily they no longer offer moving so no danger there. Keep researching storages so you find another option other then the disastrous flexible warehousing.

When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. It also has no heat or AC so anything you store could suffer from weather. And the carts are always missing.

I found another number, and left 3 messages. Eventually someone called my back saying the message had gone to his cell phone and he wasn't in the office. He said he would text me to get more info when he was. That was on Friday July 3rd. By the following Wednesday I had still heard nothing, so I called the number that he had called back on.
