Be Aware People ! This unit practices selective rental slots. I paid in full on 10/20/25 for my slot $228. 16 from my checking account in the office. Blanca ran my debit card then said it declined my card. I sat in front of her and called my institution and they verified my account had made payment of the amount . Now, as of 10/23/25 this facility refuse to allow my move in, but has my funds in their possession. This is subtle racism with a smile. Be aware people in this area. You are the targets slated for non-rental even when they have your money. These people are liars and vessels implanted to oppress a certain population. read more

I have had a unit here for almost two years I don't frequent my unit, but went in on Monday May 25 only to find a HUGE DEAD RAT with feces and urine all over my things Managemnt said someone would call me ASAP as of today I have not received one phone call. This is the worst business. I left my items in storage, and I was missing 1 box and my couch was molded and ruined in there care. The have zero customer service skills. Half the time when I went to pay my bill in store they were closed when the should have been open. And all tho this was years ago this happened to me I get angry every time I drive past it. Our family had used this storage facility for close to 10 years. When we finally closed out our locker, 2 weeks early, they refused to reimburse us for the 2 weeks. I am thoroughly disgusted. Is this this the industry standard to keep the customer money at all costs? What a scandalous business practice. Why bother cleaning the locker out. The attendant Ivan wasn't too bright. So far, I've had a very positive experience with this cube smart location. The management has been very helpful and accommodating. The reservation and move in process was very easy. The location is extremely convenient for me, and the hours you can access your unit are 6 am to 10 pm, which is nice! There are also 5 different ways to pay your rent each month, so they make it easy to do things your way. As a first time storage unit renter, I wasn't expecting extra costs of insurance, which I wish would have been advertised a little more, but I'm sure that's standard for all companies. The minimum they require is $12 a month for $2000 of coverage, so it's really not too bad. So far, I have had 0 problems with my unit and have no complaints! read more

Ivan is rude. Very sarcastic and inhospitable. The storage as a whole is old and run down. Condensation on the ceiling. Smells like mildew. I had a reserved unit and opted to go elsewhere. I would suggest you do the same. read more
