Dear iStorage Tenant, I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the insurance policy on file for your storage unit at 4456 North Brasewood Blvd is currently expired. To ensure continuous coverage, we kindly request you to provide us with a new PDF copy of the declarations page for your insurance within the next 24 hours. If we do not receive this documentation, an automatic insurance application will take place, resulting in an additional $12 premium charge. The coverage limit will be set at $2,000. Furthermore, please be aware that if the updated insurance information is not received within 48 hours, access to your unit and the storage facility gate will be restricted until the necessary documentation is provided. You can submit the required insurance documentation by sending the PDF to 8114@nsabrands.com. Alternatively, you may bring a hard copy to our office. Please note that only PDF submissions can be processed to ensure accurate record-keeping. You might notice they cannot even spell the street they are located on. What I loved was that their price was in the middle of all the ones that I called, but most importantly came with twice as many workers & they did not charge for packing up the boxes I did not get to! As of February 2026, H-town movers provided 4 movers for $155/hr , with a $120 one time fee that covered the truck & travel. That is all i was charged! (They have a minimum of 2 hrs, but anything after that, they only charge at 15 minute intervals). I provided the boxes, tape, and paper-- you can get their packaging packet, but I found all of my stuff cheaper & they used the kitchen towels, wash rags etc that i left out for them also! However, they do provide unlimited plastic wrap & moving blankets to wrap up all furniture. They were very careful packing up all my fragile items (large dresser mirrors, China plates, mugs etc). I was very relieved with their detail to that . They were extremely efficient (did not purposely "dilly dally" to rack up hours) and had a great attitude the entire time! I could hear them singing or telling jokes to each other, which helped relieve a little bit of my stress by creating such a pleasant atmosphere. They were also extremely kind with our toddler running around. I did not have to micromanage them at all. The only thing I did have to remind now and then was if a certain section was going in storage or to our new moving location. They did not charge for making 2 stops. At the first stop, they would ask where we wanted the box or furniture item, and they happily brought it to whichever location. They do not charge for stairs, which is nice. They were also extremely efficient in packing up the storage unit where we had a ton of space left over! i would highly recommend this company & their movers and I would definitely use them in the future! Having more hands on board at a very reasonable price helped get everything done in one day and in a shorter time span than I had anticipated!

Complete idiot and should not be responsible for handling notaries. I mean a complete idiot she was not a lawyer or a representative who created the document and was only responsible for ensuring that I was the person signing the documents. She had no understanding of my document and it was not her business. I mean a complete incompetent representative and inconvenience to me. ***The reason for her refusal mind you is because my document said under the state of California it's perjury if documents are forged so she wanted to scratch out California and write in Texas and I was trying to explain to the incompetent employee the document is between me and California she can't write over that and would not make my document legal.
