But theres no restroom Acsess for more then a year now . To be paying a great amount ,there is a lot of things that have been going wrong with flooding , carts etc and not willing to work with u as a customer , especially being a loyal customer .But main concern was always being harassed . No one should have to feel like this when they go to there unit . It's unacceptable. I hope they fix this soon because many customers are vacating there units now . :(

CARLOS is very understanding and helpful, and with his long life and prestigious career in the Marine Corps made the process that much more comfortable. I hope to utilize them again when I come back years from now.

Robbery happened over 3 days in early March. Over $8,000. worth of my belongings. A precious set of 10 porcelain plate settings & all the mugs, bowls, serving dishes, etc. These dishes were very precious to me as my husband over 4 years had bought them for me as gifts. If anyone knows about this robbery or the dishes, I am offering a reward for info. The plates are aqua/turquoise and other items in set were cream with daisy, butterfly and tulip on them. 4 electric tools of my husband and some yard lights were also stolen. Thief was someone who had access and time to explore my unit and not even worry about someone seeing them or my showing up and catching them. All dishes were in approx. 12 different boxes, taped shut, not showing what was inside and had to be opened to find the dishes. I stand behind every word as the truth. DT

Originally I'd retained the services of another mover based in Menifee who was going to charge me a flat fee of $900. After reading a review of Bald Eagle Movers and seeing that it was based in Fallbrook, I decided to call them since I prefer giving my $ to businesses in my local community. Bald Eagle Movers (a/k/a Bob) quoted me $600 so it was a no brainer to cancel the services of the 1st mover and hire Bob. According to Bob he's been in the moving business for 30+ yrs, knows all of Fallbrook including the area I was relocating to and the exact time it would take him to move me with one helper...3 hrs. They loaded up the casita I was leaving in record time...exactly as predicted. Cool. However, when we got to my new casita, he refused to drive the moving van up the steep driveway. It was all kinds of hassle and took over 7 hrs to unload my belongings. Why would someone so experienced bring a gigantic moving van to transport belongings from a 1 bedroom casita? Why would someone so experienced not know ahead of time (Google maps?) the steepness of the driveway and use a smaller van? Bob and Eric did work incredibly hard the entire 7 hrs it just shouldn't have taken that long. At the end of the 7 hrs Bob attempted to charge me $50 more per hour than originally quoted. Honestly I felt bullied trying discuss the situation including the fact that my couch and mattress both arrived filthy - he said they were "already dirty"...yes my couch is not perfect (I have a dog) but it wasn't filthy and the mattress was pristine. There is nothing that is more wrong than a business man who can't take responsibility for miscalculations and instead gaslights the customer. I agree with Rebecca S that Bob is sexist and gets very defensive and rude when he's not being appreciated or compensated they way he thinks he should be. I will be posting pics of the couch and mattress.

I was watching as one of their employees dropped and broke our paper shredder that would not work after that. They also broke a leg off of my coffee table, scratched an antique dresser top the entire length of the dresser, broke the top off of a stool and scratched multiple pieces of furniture. They were contacted and sent pictures and their response was to send a check for $105. They were contacted many times and this is still not resolved. All the guys were so nice and actually did a good job other than the one who caused the damage and then tried to act like he didn't know what had happened after I witnessed it. Don't trust them to stand behind their work! I really liked most of the employees but the company not standing behind their customer after they knew there was a major problem is not right. I have attached pictures.

I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! But after using them for our recent move and storage I'm a believer. The Jennifers are amazing! There wasn't any issue, question, problem they couldn't handle. They made our move soooooooo easy! Great rates. Had availability of the small sized storage units I was looking for. Jennifer was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us some tips including what NOT to store. Note to out of town movers: I am moving stuff out of another storage facility so CubeSmart was the right option for me. Whereas, someone moving from out of town with a semi truck full of stuff might want to check out ExtraSpace Storage a couple blocks away since CubeSmart will not be able to accommodate a truck of that magnitude. read more

I been storing my stuff for years and this is the worse place ever to store anything I would not recommend anyone to store anything there they increase so much on there rates it's ridiculous and when the postal service is late on there end with the mail they charge you a arm and a leg worse place ever. Even though I informed management right away they didn't fix the drywall nor did they call an exterminator. I was forced to buy mice traps and mice deterrent boxes. The results were disgusting, lots of mice were caught on the sticky traps. The negligence of this property is just beyond words. They shouldn't have rented the units to me in the condition they are. The drywall is falling apart providing an entry point, the units weren't even cleaned properly although they claimed they cleaned them, the facility is infested with mice and poorly maintained. On top of that they double the rates every 3 months for what?? The units are falling apart, dilapidated, dark and dingy; it's a very old facility with very little upgrades. I would strongly advise against storing anything at this facility because I can't stress enough that the entire facility is infested with mice which is a health hazard; mice carry hantavirus and the plague. I am assuming that all my belongings are going to be damaged due to this. This is god awful for anyone to go through. There isn't anything positive I can say here. I spent thousands moving my stuff into this storage facility.

Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding!
