I've never had any issues with my storage or stuffs in there. The best part is how consistent is the price. First of all I want to express how thankful I am for The Rock Movers…read more Being a full-service moving company, I needed someone to help me pack AND move due to a recent injury crippling me right before I was scheduled to move. Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.
