The fact that I only need a code for entry to the building and not for an elevator is a plus. The fact that there's two elevators not just one is a plus. The fact that there is multiple carts to use not just three is a big plus. And also I found that the people that are using this facility are very helpful to others who are in need of assistance very friendly. Which is something that I did not receive at Storage Depot. Also for those who are new some units are available to get a one month free which is a big help for those of us who are challenged financially you have to check with them. You do have to purchase a special lock which is kind of a letdown but I understand that every facility has their own rules. I hope to be a customer for a while.

There has always been someone on the property doing business hours. Tammy, the property manager, is excellent to deal with. My family has used this storage facility in the past and always had good things and to say about them. Very clean property and very well maintained. I called up (YES, a real person answered the phone...and they were on the premises, not a call center). and they had some units available. For security reasons, I like the fact the gates aren't available to enter 24 hours a day. Gate hours are 6am - 8pm daily. Keeps the bad guys out from roaming the property in the middle of the night. They were $100 less for a 10x20 than the other storage places. If any one asks for a unit in valley center....I would tell them just to go here.

Got a storage space to help when we're working on the house. This is conveniently located close to…read moremy house, and it's near Home Depot and Walmart, if you need storage containers or supplies for your project. In and out process is easy, and they have carts to make loading & unloading easier. I purposely got an inside unit, so that I wouldn't have to worry about potential dirt blowing in. The employees are super helpful, letting me know all the specifics and pricing. I was able to get a lock there, so I didn't have to go buy one somewhere else. You can access your unit until 9pm every day, except they're closed on Christmas day so no access. So plan ahead with your gifts, lol.
