So I have been here a few times and received decent service for the price, but not the best regular manicure or mani/pedi. The technicians are friendly enough but sometimes they like to do things their own ways no matter how I tell them my preference. I also always have a chip immediately after leaving the salon or even sometimes while still in the salon. While I like the price and convenience, I don't think I'll become a regular customer simply because my nails chip immediately. Cheap prices - but then you don't get a lasting job. It's probably different for a shellac/gel mani/pedi so if that's what you are going to get, then this place is still good. read more

This place used to be my favorite but over the year, it has gone downhill with its inconsistency. The workers here are overworked and most of the time half asleep while working. They also go cuticle crazy so I've gotten cut at least 3 times pretty badly here -- they were falling asleep while doing my nails. I made an appointment before I went just to be safe. Asked for Pearl after someone recommended her on here. She was really nice. Did a pretty good job. Probably took about 40 mins for shellac. Payed $20 plus tip. Would probably go back for shellac. Haven't tried the pedicure here but I like my place in Pearland a lot so I might do shellac here and pedicures there. I don't get my nails done often so those $60 shellac manis where you get a pillow and are offered mimosas and wine is cute, but I just cannot. Especially when I can get a shellac mani, a regular pedi and a tip for that same price at Crystal's! I've never gotten the same lady twice and have always had a good job done. I tried making an appointment once, but I don't think they take the appointment book too seriously. They didn't take my name or number down when I made it. Busy times are per usual: weekdays around lunchtime and after work, weekends starting just before lunchtime and probably the rest of the day. The entire place is pretty small. The wait area has candy nearby if you want a little treat. This place is a great find for a cheap and quick mani or pedi. read more

A girl supposed to do my nails asked me to go get myself a bottle of water from the refrigerator, and she leftI saw the cashier grabbed my bag and threw it to another chair without even telling me what she was going to do. Yes, there are many nail colors to choose from. But 50% of those colors on the samplers were faded away. Maybe I will go back again, but I will never try the cashier again. She kept complaining and had no patient when she applied nail polish onto my nails. I think she might be the owner of the salon, Crystal. I have been a regular here for 2 years. Even though the personnel changes every so often, everyone who works here produces high-quality work. They also have the largest selection of shelac/gel colors - definitely more than 50 options. A gel manicure is only $20! There's usually a long wait Friday-Sunday (even with an appointment), but it's worth it. read more

After a long search of good places to get pretty designs for my cute toes, I finally found one and the prices are very reasonable and My toes stay pretty each time. Pretty toes are easy though, what is tough is to find someone to put acryllics on your fingers WITHOUT ruining them forever. Minh is the guy there. I think he's the only guy, but not FULLY guy. hehe...if you know what i mean. ;o) Minh if you read this, you're still awesome!!! I can't have fake nails because of work but my boyfriend loves the way they look so once in a while when I know I have some time off, i will get my nails done. The first time I got them done, i was in a super rush and maybe almost rude to the guy becaues i told him i only had forty five minutes and at thirty minutes i was going nuts. I sat patiently while he worked as quickly as he could and as he was sanding off my nails to get ready for acryllic, i realized he was super gentle and was barely taking anything off, WHICH IS GREAT!!!! yes I'm asian, so i fall into that category of nail people too, I have done nails and if you didn't know, they do NOT have to shave off the whole entire layer, they just have to scuff it up to put the nails on. And why is this so important you ask??? WELL, if you're anything like me, you're not gonna keep coming back for refills and would like your normal nails to come back as soon as the fake nails fall off. Not having the whole top layer shaved off means your nails will look almost normal and healthy when it comes off and you don't have to worry about having super thin ugly nails that will crack everytime you touch something. So Minh gets four stars for being super sweet attentive and doing a fabulous job on sensitive nails. He's done my nails twice from scratch twice both times, super results. Plus he puts just enough so your fingers don't ache from the extra weight on your nails. They loose a star for my uneven brows!!! Emergency session since I usually only go to bella salon for my waxing and I did it for convenience. One even round of eyebrows did it for me. Only toes and fingers here!!! read more

Mandy never disappoints. She always does a great job on my shellac. It last a good 3 weeks, but I usually go about 2 because I get bored of the color. Prices are great. This is the perfect place is you want a cheap but well done mani/pedi. Their shellac is incredibly cheap, always looks good, and lasts at least two weeks. I'm sure it would last longer, but I'm just impatient with colors, haha. Everything here is done quickly, clean, and well. If you're looking for a really nice experience though, this isn't the place. They don't have any extra frills, so you definitely get what you pay for. However, if you want a job well done for a cheap price, this is your place! I love it. Will not be back. Yes it's inexpensive but it appears that they do not use proper cleaning and sterilization procedures. Got a regular pedicure, which apparently does not include lotion massaged onto your legs. I had to ask her to sterilize the clippers and tools before she used them on my fingers. None of the tools came from a sterilized pouch. Used emery boards and that spongy sanding thing, none remotely new. Wonder how many other people they were used on before me? My daughter commented that she wonders if she'll get some kind of infection. Also, despite the fact that I asked only to shape my nails, she filed them down short. Not happy with that. I had nails going in, none coming out. With so many other nail salons around that probably do a better job of cleanliness and pay attention to what you ask, I'll not be back. read more

Really when I tip the girls very well. Total $55.00 Mani, pedi 15.00 tip. I'm not a $2.00 dollar tipper. This is a service industry and some of these Vietnamese girls need to learn a little bit of American finesse when you are in a service industry you need to be kind to your customers just because your salon is full on Saturday and Sundays . I do understand that these women work on commission and that's why I always tip them well because they're not making hourly wage. As it turned out the young woman that did my nails SHE retouch them so the tips would no longer be white and it was a shellac , that we use so Mindy being very rude saying I chose a cheap polish she didn't know what she's talking about. so the review is going to look poorly bad due to Mindy and her nasty attitude toward the customer. ladies time to learn your lesson if you do a good job and treat the customer right they will come back. because not everything is based on price. IT ended up the young lady did redo my nails retouch them and I gave her a minimal tip $5.00 just for the effort but again some of The girls need to learn the nature of service. Great pedi for $25...hot stone massage too. The girls are a little tough to understand, but they had a HUGE selection of colors. I found my girl for pink and whites already (across the street), but I was in a rush and they were slammed, so I jetted across to Crystal's nails. You should probably wear shorts or something that rolls up more than skinny jeans. Truc did a great pedicure and she was so nice. Hien did my shellac mani and my eyebrow. Generally come here for shellac mani and never disappointed until today when I tried a pedicure. Horrible horrible horrible where I came home to take off the (4 coats) color polish, not including the base and top coats. The actual pedicure part was even worse- I basically paid pedicure prices to have my toes painted, and painted poorly. Also ended up properly scrubbing my own feet at home with a pumice stone after leaving. Overall, shellac mani is A+ here, waxing also ! Pedicure I will do business elsewhere. read more
