And for $20 - you can't beat that price. Pros: Lots of shellac options. Quick service. Good service! Shellac lamp contained with the desk. Cons: A-okay, but not amazing manicure. If I weren't leaving Houston in the near, near future, I'd be adding Crystal's to my rotation. I think I'd mix it in with more plush manicures (my favorite is at Plush, no joke) so that my nails get done more often, but I spent less money! Just a thought! read more

Went in for a eyebrow wax. She asked me if I want a thick or thin one. I told her thick but I ended up with a eyebrow thinner than a line. And she argued that this is not too thin and she just cleaned up my eyebrow. There are so many nail salons around. Why waste money on one that can't do a good job and can't take any critical feedback? I will never go back and suggest you to stay away from there. read more

Came here last weekend with my friend for a little pamper session. It was both of our first times to this particular location and second time for any salon visit. We found the location pretty easily as I've been to that shopping center before, and the sign is pretty easy to see. I came in for a shellac manicure and my friend wanted to do a mani-pedi. It was pretty busy afternoon since it was Saturday but the wait wasn't too long. Though I did feel kind of rushed to pick the color I wanted, the choices were endless! I ended up picked 074 (I think) - picture will be posted. The color looks a little purple or blue depending on what the background is, like the blue/black or gold/white dress lol. I like it a lot though! The shellac was a total of 5 layers including bottom and top coat. Everything was done pretty quickly, probably 15 minutes. After my manicure was done, my friend was about 1/3 of way into his pedicure. The owner was nice enough to bring me a chair to sit by the friend while he was getting his pedicure. For the pedi- they did a massage, hot rock massage, and warm towel wrap, buff the nails and erased the dead skin from the feet. It was a lot of stuff for the basic pedi which is pretty cool. He ended up just leaving after the pedi because waiting for a manicure would've taken some time so we just left. Shellac was $20 and the basic pedi was $25. I think some people posted the pic of the menu. Overall the experience was good. I'll probably return when the time comes to "treat yoself" again . read more

Got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure during my lunch hour and was extremely happy with this nail salon! They were quick, which was wonderful since I was short on time - they were able to do both services and have me out the door in 40 minutes. I did book a couple hours ahead so I think that helped too. For such a speedy job my nails turned out so great!My shellac looks seamless and my toes are perfect. The salon itself is unassuming but they are very clean, plastic bag lined tubs and sterilized tools show that they take sanitation seriously. I can't stress enough how meticulous the nail technicians were while getting me out of there in my allotted time. Will definitely be back for another manicure - especially since shellac was only $20. read more

I was in the Galleria​ area and scheduled a service through Groupon for a manicure and pedicure. I also had paid for this service through Groupon. From the moment I walked into​ this salon, it felt very unorganized. I assume they were having a busy evening, so I had to wait to get a pedicure/manicure. Although​ I had an appointment set up, I had to wait 30 minutes before my turn. They took me to the back of the salon where the pedicure area is set up to get my pedicure. I was not impressed with the nail technician​. I understand that it was a busy evening for the salon, however, I felt rushed for the pedicure. I saw the technician​ next to me working on another person's manicure and asked if she could work on my manicure as I was not satisfied the technician​ that did my pedicure. Anyways, my manicure was so much better than my pedicure. The manicure technician ended up taking her time and it looked so good! After ​​I was finished, I was going to leave and I was told that I had to pay. I told them I already paid for the services through Groupon and yet they made me pay again for the services. It hurt a little when she was cutting the cuticles and a tiny bit more when she used acetone to clean my nails. I didn't bleed. There were plastic bags lined on the tubs for the foot. DO NOT COME HERE ANYMORE. I used to come here all the time and my nails would come out FLAWLESS. But these past few times I've come here, I walked out with nails that were poorly painted, WAY TOO SHORT, bleeding cuticles, and overall just not what I came in wanting. Today I came in wanting a full set but was told that, for whatever reason, they couldn't do that. Since I was already there, I decided to just do shellac anyway. I felt like my technician was rushing and not caring about what she did with my nails. I did not have an enjoyable time at all. After I finished, I looked at my nails and there was still clear nail polish flakes around my nail that she neglected to fix. As I was paying, more people came in and asked for a full set and the technician said they would be able to do it. BUT WAIT, you couldn't give me a full set??? Needless to say, I will never go back here and encourage others to do the same. This establishment only seemed to care about the people who visit them on a regular basis and not about people who only sometimes go there. I can't imagine how they treat first timers. I'm just really disappointed in the service and now I'm stuck with a gel manicure that is rushed and not what I wanted. I forgot why I stopped coming but I was reminded. Lots of drama between the ladies who work there and they made me feel like I was a burden. I know my nails are very easy to do, I take great care of them. They ground off the top layer of my nails for no reason other than they didn't understand what I wanted even though I was overly clear. You can take one look at my nails and know I don't do fake nails. All I needed was a single tip and they tried to give me a full set. On top of that , I asked for shellac and what I got was gel. I have been coming here to get manicures done for more than a year now. There is yet a nail salon to impress me on price AND service. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The line may be a little tedious but I usually don't wait more than 20 mins at most and that's with a walk in. They do such a wonderful job and I am recommending this salon to EVERYONE who lives in Houston. $20 for gel manicure and $25 for pedicure. They do it so well I have taken a picture every time. Im just super annoyed. I asked for my nails a very specific way & he just disregarded my request. When you say "very square" that definitely doesn't mean to file them down to mini coffins on the side. Especially if they're as short as I get mine. On top of the fact that the hands don't match each other AT ALL. So many different shapes & they should be filed straight across on top but they're all angled, also sat for WAY too long. My great discovery for affordable and neat nail spa. I have done it in Eva nail spa, cc nails, regal nails but this is the best place. I tried ombré in shellac first time. Ombré shellac is $30. Powder ombré is $45. Shellac is cheap and yet get neat look. Mindy is my artist today. She was so so good, quick, understood what I want and neatly she did my nails. She paid very close attention to detail and did a great job. The seating/waiting area was a bit cramped and I waited about 15 minutes to be seen. However customers with appointments came in and were seem promptly, which was refreshing to see. Now I know to make an appointment for next time! I got acrylic nails done here and paid $70 because of the design even though I was told over the phone it would cost $40. They hit me with the bill after they were done and I didn't say anything about it. The weeks after, I felt that my nails were pressed on very hard and I was very scared that removing the nail would be difficult and painful. I finally got them removed a couple days ago because I have been so busy, and I was shocked at what they did to my nails. The lady who removed them (another nail salon) told me that whoever did my nails MESSED UP and FILED TOO MUCH. Now, my nails will have to recover for a very long time. There are painful dents in all 10 of my nails that show how much she filed. There is a clear difference between the new nail growing in and the thinned nail beneath the acrylics. My friend also got her nails done here and her nails are not like this after removal, so it was only the lady who did my nails that ruined them. She was careless and did not properly take care when applying the acrylics. I have attached before and after photos. I am posting a review now because I want it to be known that this is NOT OKAY. I've been a loyal customer for years. And today was the last straw. They got a new employee. I walked in today and was treated by her (I didn't get her name). She rushed through my full set. All the employees rush through everything. There's always a line of people waiting so their job is pretty rushed so they can move on to the next person. She messed up my full shit. The shape was completely crooked. The manager asked if I could come back in the afternoon so they can fix it. I made an appointment for 6pm. I walked in at 5:50. And waited until 6:20. The nail tech was the SAME one who messed it up earlier. WHY WOULD I WANT HER AGAIN????? The manager told me she couldn't let alone else do my nails because they're busy. I figured she couldn't mess them up more then they already are. The tech kept coming to me in between her painting someone else's nails. I got fed up. I spent more than 3 1/2 hours in that salon today and my manicure and pedicure came out horribly. They have 0 customer service. read more

There are some good nail techs in this salon BUT the service from the front desk Hanna is the worst!!!!! She is rude! There is no standard price list up so prices change when they want. Hanna doesn't keep the appointment times. She announces how much you leave for a tip out loud so everyone can hear.
