Crystal's Kitchen is by far our favorite Thai restaurant ever! The food is incredible - we've tried numerous dishes, from stir fry noodles, to fried rice, the sushi, their soups. We have never been disappointed. They're so hospitable and kind when you sit in and take out never takes more than 20-30 minutes even on super busy weekends. Oh my GOD, Crystal's was AMAZING. We stopped for lunch when in the area for work, and it was later on a weekday (2pmish) and the place was PACKED. Which was unexpected since you're in a random strip mall type area! We were starving so we ordered enough food for 4 people: - combo dumplings - scallion pancake - Malaysian fried rice for the table - pad Thai - pad see ew AMAZING. We pretty much devoured everything off the plates!! I didn't expect everything to be as GOOD as it was. Super authentic, and the people were SO pleasant and friendly! I went in looking for good Ramen, which is hard to find South of Boston. I had the Japanese Ramen dish which was tasty but I was not as good as I hoped it would be. I have heard many great things about Crystal's, but this was not earth shattering. Maybe they have too many things on the menu? I will go back and try other dishes and see if the Ramen dish was just a miss because the place was packed and they must be doing something right! read more

Stopped in here with my toddler son to dine-in (risky business these days). The staff was so sweet and attentive! I've heard from several people this was the best place in the area and I would have to agree! Literally the best Thai food EVER. The Vietnamese fresh rolls are so good! The soups are also very good always hot try the Tum Yum soup! Pad Thai is awesome , love the pineapple fried rice! We get take out from here very frequently and the food is amazing. Sushi is some of the best around. Nice size and super tasty! This past weekend we went there and stayed to eat. The service was impeccable. My 18 month old daughter got sick and was throwing up. Deborah came over and took care of everything. She cleaned it all up without a second thought and kept checking in on us. She really was superwoman! Such a kind lady. She was even playing with and telling jokes to my older daughter. If I could award 10 stars I would. This is the best Asian restaurant I have ever been to, and I have eaten at too many Asian restaurants to count. Some favorites are drunken noodles, Hong Kong stir fried noodles with beef, and the best won ton soup ever(you must order this). I come here when I'm in the area, which sadly isn't too often, but am never disappointed. Not only is the food delicious and authentic ("hot"means "hot"), but the service is friendly and attentive. Had really high hopes for this place. I had been looking at the reviews for this place for a while now and I wanted to try it out, so yesterday after work I came here with a friend. Most depressing thing I've ever done. For one, I was already starving as is, as soon as we walked in, we got the stare of death. I'm a black girl, he's a white guy. But to continue with the story. We waited to be sat and when we finally were, after 7 mins of being frowned upon, we get a corner back seat. Lol the irony. Anyway, our waitress comes over and asked if we would like anything to start, my friends like "please give us a min". We figure out what we want, close our menus but the waitress doesn't come back for another 10-15 mins. Mind you, there's maybe 6 other tables, the place wasn't packed at all. 2 tables were actually getting up to leave. So we're just sitting there patiently waiting for our waitress. She finally comes back, we order a shrimp tampura, as a starter and I order mango juice and he gets a water with the mango stir and I get the yellow curry. The waitress reads us our order and says ok, runs to the back and grabs the smallest glass of mango juice I've ever seen (Please view pic). You know how you reached such a high level of anger, you don't even look mad, you just smile? That's literally what happened. But the show goes on, and I am just loving the service at this point. Lady takes 30 mins to come out with, get this. fried shrimp. Granted, that's what shrimp tampura is, but we specifically asked for sushi roll. It's cool though, my friend ate it. It's crazy that it took 30 mins to come out with fried shrimp, I could've done that at home in less than 15 mins without all the deep fry equipment. So we're like, strike two. Hope you're following along because it just gets better. so my friends food comes out and I'm like, great! But that was it, his food came out. So I'm like, this can't possibly be happening. I'm already hungry, the waitress gave me a infant sized drink and now this. She finally shows up with the yellow curry 20 mins later. My friend was well into his 15th bite mind you, he actually waited for me 10 mins before eating his plate so I can get mine and he could eat with me. I couldn't believe how crappy they made me feel. As soon as the waitress brought my food out, I asked for the bill and we had her wrap the food to go and we left. I gave her a $10 tip. Worst experience of my life. I will never come back here unless I come with 15 more black people. I really would like to see how they handle that. Lol If you want good Thai food, without feeling discriminated against, suggest you go to chattabox. You've been warned. And I've already advised all 16k of my followers. First time having Crystals. Everything was wicked good. Green and Pinang curry, pik pow chicken and some apps. Everything was fresh full of flavor and really good size portions. The delivery guy could not have been more pleasant. He was polite called to let us know he was close and even complimented our new house. I would recommend trying crystals for sure. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is the miso soup . It has a sweet taste to it unlike the salty flavor I'm used too. The people there are so nice , the only reason this gets 3 stars is cause the past 2 years I've been coming in we get the same waiter and he's just plain RUDE , he gets mad when you ask for things like HELLO I'm sorry that I need napkins and Im nice to " excuse me.......when you get a chance ........thank you " . It's so sad cause he has been serving there for years as well , he used to be so nice and friendly and now he's just it's so bad that we choose to eat elsewhere just cause of this , which sucks because cristals has the best fresh rolls! the best pineapple rice , ALL the food is just so good! New England is a strange and magical place for me, a transplant from Southern California. Back in LA, if you want Thai food, you go to a Thai restaurant. If you want sushi, you go to a sushi place, Chinese from a Chinese place, pho from a pho spot, etc. You'd never, EVER expect to get decent food of any of those types from a place that serves a little bit of all of it!!! There's been a fair amount of culture shock for me here, so finding a place like Crystal's was a really pleasant inversion of my personal norms. This was easily the best That I've had since leaving LA, with Green Leaf in Weymouth running a fairly close second. We ordered take out from Crystal's on a Saturday night to feed about six adults, and everyone was really happy with their meals. Cost-wise, it was pretty reasonable as well! I am absolutely raving about this restaurant. I had no expectations coming in, as I was just on the hunt for a hot bowl of pho, however when I left I could not stop smiling and saying how impressed I was with the overall experience. The restaurant itself is small, cute, and welcoming, decorated with unique Asian fixtures and art. I was stunned by the customer service of not just my waiter, whom I honestly wanted to be friends with because he was so fun, but by everyone else working. At least 3 other people came by just to greet us and thank us for dining with them. The most jaw dropping part of this whole night was without a doubt the food. I got the house combo and pho soup, and there was not one bite that I wasn't in love with. Everything was cooked and fried to perfection, ridiculously flavorful, and left my mouth watering with satisfaction. The price was consistent with any other fine Asian cuisine as well. Crystal's Kitchen is a small yet cozy, clean and welcoming restaurant located in an intersection strip mall in West Bridgewater. I have now been here on two lunch break occasions and the staff is friendly and eager to help with any questions and assuring that you are satisfied with your meal. The food is only made with the freshest ingredients and seasoned perfectly. If you like bland food then this is not your place. Beverages: Thai Iced Tea- a classic! Malaysian Iced Coffee- The MOST amazing iced coffee experience I've ever had in my life.. and that's saying a lot coming from a self proclaimed coffee addict. This stuff is no joke. Intense coffee flavor balanced by sweetness, not sure what exactly it is, sweetened condensed milk? Who cares, I just know that I need more of this stuff in my life! Meals: (I might be going through a mango phase at the moment) Tom Ka Gai Soup- Best I've ever had, the chicken was tender, no dryness and the soup was perfectly seasoned, lots of lime and cilantro flavor. Crystals Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always freshly prepared. I'm partial to the Mango Chicken. It is delicious! When eating in, I always order a Thai Ice Tea. I'm surprised how many people never heard of this. It's non-alcoholic, and can sooth the spiciness of the food as you are eating it, enabling you to eat even more spicy food!
