Ordered take out when here for work via uber eats. Food arrived hot and good portion sizes. Pad Thai was spicy but not much flavor otherwise. I will say the portion was very big! Edamame was yummy. Good portion. Salty Spicy tuna roll was not good. I actually didn't eat it after first bit. It was warm and slimy. Overall I'd give this place a eh. I may try it again, but not sure. read more

Had a craving for Thai food and thought I'd try Sugarcane Thai. i was disappointed. The Pad Thai didn't taste like any pad Thai I've had before and the chicken was very dry. I wish we lived closer this place is so good! Good atmosphere. The waitstaff are so nice! Our server even recognized my boyfriend who used to frequent here for his lunch break a while ago. Worst food ever. Great portion No taste whatsoever, we asked for extra spicy and it looked so spicy when you taste it it had no taste and absolutely not spicy. The khao soi looks nothing like a khao soi there were no lime no fresh onions and no mustard green, it taste more like a Penang curry and nothing like a khao soi Garlic fried rice has not flavor at all t was just bland Massaman curry looks not like massaman and does not take like it The spring roll was soggy wet and oily and no chicken inside at all as advertised Will never order from there again read more

Masaman Curry and yellow curry with chicken are my faves!!! Pad Thai is not as good as the ones I'm used to eating back in Silicon Valley (Bay Area, CA) but I really haven't found a restaurant in Raynham and neighboring towns that makes good Pad Thai. Amazing. Their food is high quality, priced right, and so tasty. It also does not taste as processed as other Asian food we have had and we do not get that yucky feeling after. You have to try their sesame chicken, chicken teriyaki, and chicken katsu. The portions are great and we get a weekly craving for sugarcane now. My boyfriend is constantly asking to get take out from here. Easily the best Asian food in the area. A must try!! read more

Excellent food, very pleasant staff. Facility looked very clean. I would highly recommend except for crab Rangoon, a 6 piece portion , was very pricy for something smaller then a dime. They were bite size but priced for full size. Coconut soup was very, very tasty but could use something besides the added protein (maybe even some rice). We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the crispy chicken pad Thai, tofu mango curry and basil fried rice with shrimp. All dishes were flavorful and fresh. The portions were quite large for lunch and lower priced than dinner. Service was attentive. This is a hole- in-the- wall looking place in a strip mall designed for take-out but the inside was nicer than the outside. Decent place for a quick and affordable meal! read more

Giant portions ! I will be eating this crispy chicken pad Thai for three or four days ! I ended up having to cut the chicken on a seperate cover because there was absolutely no room to do so otherwise. I also got the shrimp tempura roll as well but I didn't love it. Not a fan. This is a Doordash review by the way. I have a different opinion of spiciness. Ordered the cashew chicken medium hot.....mild to medium at best! Heavy on the cheaper vegetables , skimpier on the more expensive protein option. Don't order the dumplings!!! They're testicle like nuggets that in no way resemble pork dumplings, steamed or fried! There are much better Thai options out there. Unfortunately, not locally for me. Not recommended! read more

The food and service is excellent. I miss a couple of the menu items that the previous owners had like the roti appetizer and mango fried rice with dried cranberries and cashews but the new owners are doing a phenomenal job and I highly recommend. Try the Northern Pad Thai for something sweet with heat. If you dine in, the presentation is very appealing and they play pleasant music which enhances the already peaceful atmosphere. I'll give this a solid 3.5 star for good Chinese food. I ordered the Korean kimchi and tidy soup. Nice and spicy with the tang of kimchi. I ordered the Korean Bulgogi beef dish. It was very good. Korean in name only. I was tempted to give 2 stars for the false advertising on the Korean... the dish was more like pepper steak. It was shredded carrots, onions and shredded beef. It was served with freshly steamed baby asparagus, broccoli and carrots. The veggies were all seasoned and lightly buttered. Would I come here again? Probably not, as there were other more highly rated Asian restaurants. I came here for Korean and got misled. They have a bar, if you want to drink. $19.96 for soup and an entree. read more

Sugar Cane Thai is a small family owned business that makes you feel like you're eating a home cooked meal. The menu has huge varieties to choose from and won't disappoint! The food was sooooooo flavorful and is delivered with great portions! The family is so personable and the chefs make rounds to greet their guests. OMG I wish I found this place sooner! Literally the container size is double what other places give you and it's packed to the lid! Everything was delicious, hot and worth every $!! Pineapple Fried Rice Dinner had no flavor. Drunken Noodles Dinner was good, I did a mild spice which I would definitely bump up to medium next time. And rangoon in then app section was very good. Light wanton wrapper, was not greasy. The dipping sauce was great. Wish the Rangoon just had a little more texture to it in the filling, but I would order again. read more

5+ stars. Trust me when I say GO! to Sugar Cane! The food is amazing. It's incredibly fresh. It's perfectly crafted, authentic and delicious. The meats are perfectly cooked and everything is so tender and juicy. The portions are generous and their passion for food is obvious in their attention to detail in the recipes. The new owners took over around Christmas 2020. This alone intrigues a person who really enjoys Thai food. Starting a restaurant during a pandemic can't be easy. (I think I'd rather try to staple jello to a tree.) The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and clean. The staff greets you warmly and are attentive throughout your meal. It's truly a family owned and operated establishment. When you're there they treat you like extended family. Once we found this gem and frequented a few times the owners knew our dining preferences and greeted us by name. It's such a simple gesture but so thoughtful. I'll mention here I have been loyal to a fault to "other" spots. And I still give them respect for the Infusion standards they set in Bwater, but after visiting Sugar Cane several times I realize the other spots have become complacent and strayed from to their roots. Sugar Cane has earned their standing as the new best of the rest. Please check it out. You will be very thankful you did. The only downside is they're now closed on Tuesdays. (Thankfully there's always leftovers.) Congrats Sugar Cane!!! read more

Some of these reviews were humorous. I especially like the anonymous dude with the one review, vegan rant. Perhaps those who violate the vegan religion should be publicly fogged? Anyway, back to food... Came with a work group of ten. Pretty large for this venue but I've enjoyed their food in the past. We started with an assortment of appetizers. The calamari was great. Hardly any breading and nicely done. Shumai was also a standout. For the main deal I went with the Gra Bow. Plenty of seafood and lightly spicy. If you like thinks kicked up, you'll need to ask them to add it. Overall a solid dish. I would say that the service could have been better. Our group emptied them of cold Chang with the first round and people were resorting to ice in their beer. Having one server try to get ten dishes out at once was also dissatisfying. . read more

During our travels to discover Bridgewater's gastronomic treasures... well, we found SugarCane. If all the items on the menu are as tasty as the Mango Fried Rice I had, then I foresee myself frequently visiting this place. The rice was not heavy and oily, the mango was fresh and I for the rest of the evening I wasn't regretting going for this usually-dense dish (even after a wonderful yoga class). Went there for lunch today and it was all very good! My boyfriend ordered two Thai iced teas and one to go. Also ordered steamed shumais, tom yum noodle soup, and bulgogi lunch box. The food is great and we like it better than chattabox next door. The wait staff were very helpful! Asked for chopsticks and she pulled it right out of her pocket! I ordered a beverage, took two sips, and immediately told the waitress that something was wrong with it. It honestly tasted as though someone had poured perfume into the drink instead of alcohol. I explained that I could not drink it and asked for something else instead. I did not finish the drink and then complain about it. I took two sips, immediately brought the problem to her attention, and returned it. When the check arrived, I noticed that I had been charged for both the undrinkable drink I returned and its replacement. When I politely pointed out that the first drink had not been removed, the reaction was astonishing. Neither person said anything. They simply stared at each other with blank looks and then somberly walked back to the register, as though I had done something wrong by asking them to correct the bill. I should not have had to defend why I should not be charged for a drink that I immediately returned because there was clearly something wrong with it. If the waitress failed to tell the bartender that the drink had been returned and replaced, that was not my responsibility. They eventually brought me a corrected bill. Despite the uncomfortable way the situation was handled, I still calculated my tip on the original total before the drink was removed because I was trying to be gracious. In retrospect, I wish I had not. A simple, "I'm sorry about that, let me fix it," would have ended the matter immediately. Instead, their demeanor made me feel as though I was being difficult or dishonest for raising a completely legitimate issue.
