First off I want to say that this place is awesome!!!! And this is my first review of anything ever and that's because of how happy I was when I left. I had made an appointment at Barclay's Hair Design for me to get my hair done and my mom to get a mani and a pedi done for her birthday for today and I made these appointments months ago. We walked in and they told us their nail tech was fired and no one was there to take care of my mother, but I could still get my hair done. I asked why they hadn't informed the scheduled clients of this so we could reschedule or whatever and the receptionists reply was "When we let her go, her schedule fell out of our system and most of her clients were family members anyways!" Being an ex Cosmetologist and independent contractor, that is just terrible business to NOT inform scheduled clients of what happened because I purposely took this day off from work along with my mother to get these services done. We were on a time constraint because my husband had to work later that day and he was at home with our kids until we were supposed to be done. Well my mother and I drove around and we drove by the Mill Creek Fred Meyer, which is where I'm at for training and I saw this place across the street a few weeks ago. So we decided to stop in to see if they had the time for what we needed. We walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile from Annie (the owner) and she said it would be a 5-10 min. wait. Man am I glad we decided to stay!!! They started my mother with her pedicure and I still wasn't quite sure what I wanted so it took me a minute. I went with their glitter full set and it turned out amazing and I am picky when it comes to my nails and Annie nailed it, literally!!! The salon is warm and they play relaxing music and it is VERY clean and they have crystal looking lighting fixtures to go with their name. When my nails were done, I had to leave to get my daughter so my husband could make it to work on time and my mother stayed since her pedi wasn't finished and they were completely fine with it so it made my visit even better and when I had returned with my daughter, Annie had time to paint her nails and my daughter is 3 and Annie was very patient with her. When my mothers and my daughters nails were done, Annie took a picture of our hands together. We didn't get the name of the gal who did my mothers pedi and mani and I wish we did so I could mention it on here because she did an amazing job for my mom!!! I absolutely LOVE this salon! I walked in one Friday after work hoping to squeeze in a shellac mani before hitting the gym and was blown away. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and inviting (AND fit me in right away going above and beyond!). You know how sometimes you'll go somewhere and the first time is awesome but the next couple go arounds don't quite meet up to par?! This place is not like that, every single time I've gone for a mani I've loved the finished product. Key pros to this salon: 1. clean and efficient 2. everyone is outgoing here and genuinely engage in good conversation throughout your appointment. 3. I've never had a set appointment, but have never had to wait for a service 4. SO MANY COLOR OPTIONS (I'm so indecisive but I love all the different options!) 5. affordable prices! :) They have definitely made a regular out of me, I'm about due! See you ladies soon!! read more

This place is AMAZING. I'm from out of town and my mom brought me here when I was visiting. They were able to schedule us when we asked and they knew just what we were there for when we arrived. My mom tried the new SNS nails and I just got the standard gel. The manicures were awesome with great massages. The best thing is that this all happened 4 WEEKS ago!!! I have never, ever had polish last me this long because I have horses and am always working rough with my hands at the barn. I'm planning on getting new polish where I live but only because my nails have grown out so much, they still have not chipped AT ALL!!! The best service I have ever received at a nail salon, will be tough to top. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area again. read more

I get so many compliments on my nails now that I've started going here! They have awesome color choices and do a great job with nail shaping. I have been doing SNS on my nails for years now and have tried a few different salons but now I won't go anywhere else!! Every time I go in they have something new to try! Glow in the dark, chrome, rainbow, mood changing colors, you name it! They've got it all! And not to mention all the staff has been wonderful. Always nice and very gentle. If you haven't tried Crystal Nails & Spa yet you need too! Very clean very friendly and very fast and efficient. My dear friend recommended this place to me almost 2 years ago... I can't wear acrylic nails and I wanted to find a place that did the dipping powered. Lamb is the one who does my nails and she is fast but very very good... she helps me pick just the right color and if I have a picture of something I like, Lamb can make it happen... This is my new go to place! I cant believe i've lived in mill creek most my life and i'm just finding Crystal Nails. They prefer for you to have an appointment but both times i've gone in they've been able to get me in no problem. I didn't catch the girls names that did my nails but they're all great! Nice clean salon and very very nice staff! About average pricing for a nail salon, but it's the best gel manicure and pedicure i've ever had. read more

All the 5 star reviews don't do this place justice. We got pedicures and it was so relaxing, the massage chairs and warm salt water are so inviting. They take they're time massaging your calves and feet. No attention to detail was spared, they were friendly and a very sterile environment. I live about an hour away and was treating a friend but I may have to make the journey here it is seriously worth it!! read more

If you are looking for safe place during covid-19, this is the right one. They clean the chair, tables for every customer, check your temperature, hand wash Constantly. I came as walk-in client for SNS. Lucky they have room for me. There are so many colors. I took 30' to choose a colors. just a color part :). Tina did a great job on my nails. My daughter told me about SNS so she researched a good nail spa and found Crystals. What a wonderful place! Everyone is so helpful and kind. They spent extra time on my daughter's nails. We showed them a picture of what she wanted and even though it was a complex design the tech free handed from the pic. What a work of art! So impressed! Love SNS. Fast, friendly, clean, and they do a great job every time. I also love that they always get new colors for me to try. I would recommend to stop by if your in the area.
