When we walked in, we were not greeted and had to place our order through the kiosk. Not a problem, but typically there's always good service. After we placed our order, a customer asked how long the wait would be and an employee said there was only a wait because us, as customers, were ordering cookies. There were employees touching their faces, and pulling out their phones, then proceeded to touch and ice the cookies. Following that, an employee complained loud enough for the customers to hear, about how she had been there all day and was supposed to go home hours ago. Ordered online and was given the curbside option. there was no room next to the place to park safely so i parked down the street. walked up to the girl doing curbside and said i'm waiting for a cookie and stated my name. came inside to wait so she wouldn't have to walk out. after getting skipped by multiple people who barely ordered on the terminal in front i was curious. they placed my order on the side wasn't even asked if my order was missed had to walk up and ask for my cookies. even after i was handed my cookie was given a snarky comment after i asked that "i just saw you outside why couldn't you just hand me cookie" as i walked out in front of all the other customers just cuz she "didn't see my car". good cookie insanely rude service i can't believe that's even allowed never would treat someone like that in my life. read more

I will advise that this specific location in Tempe at night has a lot of traffic excluding Fridays and Saturday nights every other night is typically jam-packed and causes a lot of traffic to build up. I did curbside pick up since I have a toddler with me, one thing I would say is make sure your order is correct before driving off. I had ordered 3 chocolate chips and 1 hazelnut mudslide. Myself and three other people were physically sick after visiting this store, no coincidence we all ate some of their cookies. When I called the next day to inform them how I spent the entire night violently Ill, (as I'm throwing up all night) the cashier started off with the statement "I'm going to tell you what I tell everyone else, and that's that we won't do anything for you". Today I popped in to try their new lucky charms cookie, bc hello what a great flavor. I went in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Needless to say the place was empty. When I walked in, no one even said hello. There were three people working. After I stood for a minute a woman working the front came out and proceeded to gossip with another female employee about some kind of drama, still didn't acknowledge that a customer was waiting. When she was finally ready to take my order she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience huffing and puffing. Like girl , I'm ordering one cookie relax. She takes my payment and instead of just grabbing the cookie. She starts putting together two more orders (of the same cookie I ordered) Again no one else in the store, 4 employees & me waiting on one cookie. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Crumbl but I do not love when I see the employees drop the icing bag on the floor, pick it up, & use it again. That is completely and utterly disgusting. On top of that, none of the employees were wearing gloves.. not sure if this is an "okay" rule for the company but I would rather someone making my food right in front of me be wearing gloves, especially because the girl who picked up the icing bag wasn't & went right on along making more orders. This location is also not great, as there are only about 4 parking spots out front, with multiple neighboring businesses. If the cookies were not so good, I would not come here again. Crumbl was especially awesome because I made a cookie box request that wasn't exactly what they had available on the DoorDash app but they made it happen!
