Amen to the Crumbl Cookie Gods for coming through this time around! I missed the Dubai Chocolate Brownie last time when it was all hyped up on social media. Thankfully I caught it this time. I placed my order through the app and picked it up at their Tempe location. If you know where 333 is, it's basically a few steps away. I was worried my order might be given away (happened to a friend after she ordered) or that they would run out of ingredients to make them since that's what happened last time. I called omw there to make sure my order went through as the app was telling me they had an issue processing it. I was relieved when the lady said that they had my order. I pulled up to the curb right in front of the store and an employee came out to bring it to me curbside. That was nice since that small area in front is a valet spot for the 333 restaurant next door. My Dubai Chocolate Brownies are delish! J can't eat the whole thing in 1 sitting, lol. It's a LOT of chocolate so I cut it up into bite size cubes and freeze them. I then pop them out whenever the craving hits. The service was great, and I appreciated the friendly employees. I don't always go to Crumbl, but when I get an itch, I'll know to come here! I came here for the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake and I'm glad they had it in stock since I'd ordered online. The store is clean and the employee that day was friendly and helpful. The only downside of this location is that you can select curbside but there's literally nowhere to park curbside anymore since there's a new Valet right in front/next to the Crumbl store. Omg the cookies and cream brownie of the week is so good! I like how crumbl has a new line up each week and I like how it's not always just cookies. Tried Crumbl for the first time and I can definitely see the appeal. The rotating flavors and creative takes on classic desserts are a fun concept, and the presentation is a nice touch--each cookie looks like it belongs in a bakery display case. That said, I found the texture to be much more cake-like than cookie, which just isn't my personal preference. If you enjoy crumbly, thick, almost cupcake-style cookies, you'll probably love it. For me, it was a bit too much--especially with how overwhelmingly sweet some of the flavors are. After just a few bites, it felt like sugar overload. I enjoy dropping into this Crumbl location for a sweet treat. I usually order ahead through the mobile app and when I get there my order is ready to go. Though my interactions with the staff tend to be limited, they have always been friendly. Depending on time of day there are sometimes parking spots available right out front but otherwise there is a free garage for parking as well. Overall a pleasant experience every time! read more

If Gordon Ramsay ever ate a cookie here you would be able to hear his extreme cantankerous bellow from miles away shouting: "IT'S RAWWWW!!" Yep. Got served an undercooked cookie. The Orange Julius cookie I got was very pale looking, floppy and was so doughy tasting I knew instantly they hadn't cooked it for long enough but by the time I realized this I was already at home. I also wasn't a fan of the frosting. It was so sickeningly sweet. I also got a Neapolitan cookie which was better but compared to a raw and exceedingly sweet cookie there's nowhere to go but up. I appreciate the unique flavors but the execution leaves something to be desired. While the Neapolitan cookie was at least fully baked, I felt it had a strange taste to it from the chocolate part of the cookie. My total for 2 cookies was over $9 with tax. Not really worth it to me! The only redeeming grace was the friendly service. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. I didn't realize that actually opened in the West Coast first before making their way to the East Coast and rapidly expanding their chain. I know them for their cakes being light, airy and beautifully decorated. Most especially for the season or holiday. I recently tried their strawberry soft cake and it really retained the strawberry flavor. The texture was soft and most certainly airy while not being overly sweet. It made a great pair with coffee. Delicious! All items can be retrieved from the shelves and brought to the counter to check out with courteous staff.
