Going to Crumbl cookies today was an amazing experience! They offered a nice variety of flavors and ordering was a breeze! I went with the Kentucky Butter and the Rocky Road cookies! Cute packaging and decorations inside! They brought our cookies to us within a minute and showed us each of them to assure they were correct! They were so warm and delicious. I'd recommend anyone to try this new place out! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great spot for a date or even for a group of friends! Nearby outdoor seating as well. The week we went their menu was : - Chocolate Chip - Biscoff White Chip - Cookies n Cream Milkshake - Peanut Butter - Orange Julius - Neopolitan We got their 6-Pack with all flavors except Orange Julius, so this review won't include that! Sorry if you were looking for a review including the Orange Julius. Chocolate Chip - 8/10 - I'm not a huge fan of chocolate chip, but this version of it was good! This was my sister's favorite as well as the only flavor our dad asked to try. Biscoff White Chip - 7/10 - I was really looking forward to this, especially as a lover of Biscoff and white chocolate, but the Biscoff flavor didn't quite pull all the way through. Not to say it isn't a good cookie! Cookies n Cream Milkshake - 9/10 - I've always loved anything Oreo flavored, so it's no surprise that I absolutely love this cookie! Im taking my time eating it now as I write this review. The cookie itself is such a great contrast to the flavor of the icing. Peanut Butter - 8/10 - I love peanut butter cookies, and this one is no different. A great peanut butter cookie, I just wish it was crispier around the edges. The service was fast given how busy and packed it was inside, we were at the very end of the line right inside the door when we came in, and we were out in 20 mins! Friendly staff and the store looked very clean! Crumbl Cookies makes a good cookie! Is it worth the price to go and try their new flavors every week? My guilty pleasure! I've only ordered through DoorDash by doing a 4 pack but they're so worth it! I love how they rotate flavors to keep it interesting. Their standby milk chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies are perfect. I like the way the dough is baked - like thick cookie dough consistency. I've had 3 orders of 4 so far and love it. Will be ordering more in the future and maybe get around to going to the store soon! read more

This was the second time I had cookies from Crumbl, first time was a gift from a friend. Those were delicious! I went inside the store on Tuesday to buy some for a gift and was disappointed to learn that the cookies (choc chip and fudge brownie) were hard as rocks and broken edges! I'm really impressed with how good these cookies are!! My husband & I tried them for the first time last night & we both loved them. I did a mobile curbside order & I only waited maybe 2 min & my order was out to me. The cookies are bigger then I thought they would be, makes it worth the money. :) We recommend them for a fun treat. We went, we tried, we weren't impressed. I don't understand the hype. Did we just order the wrong ones? I mean we tried four out of the five they offered and they just weren't anything special. Curbside pick up is amazing and a must considering how long the lines are and the are very long. The order was perfect and the cookies warm and comforting. Wow, these bookies were huge! 2 people can easily share a cookie. The cookies themselves were not good but not bad. They were disappointing since my 15 yo said they were "the most amazing cookies ever!!!" the girl decorating the cookies walked outside to give someone a drive up order. did not remove gloves. she then comes back in doesn't wash hands or change gloves. just continues making my order with the same glove she used to open the door with!! to top it off she was wiping her hands on her pants with the gloves on!! I ordered 4 semi sweet chocolate chip cookies but all of them tastes like the ginger snap cookie they are also selling this week. Are you cross contaminating cookies pans? You are ruining your product by doing this. I hate gingersnap! Gingersnap does not pair well with chocolate chip cookie. So now my chocolate chip cookies I paid a lot of money for are ruined. Second bad experience with this store. I had a classmate die in 8th grade from her cookie at subway because they cross contaminated sheet trays! This is the cutest little place with the pink boxes, aesthetic cookies, and little logo. We waited in line for 45 minutes (because the line was really that long no I'm impressed with how the workers handled the constant line) but both of us felt like the cookies are a little overhyped. I go to that area for my haircut in great clips or for tacos and always see this incredibly long line inside-outside Crumbl. So I decided to give it a try and wait in the line for more than 20 minutes for a cookie. It is definitely fun to see the cookies being made while you wait but I can not enjoy that multiple times without getting bored. The actual cookie part was not great either. Extremely small selection, you are forced to buy big cookies and they charge so much because they literally pour gallons of cream and sugar in it, enough to give you a diabetes and a heart choke at the same time. Not worth the hype, the wait or the price. read more

If you've ever wanted the experience of biting into a solid chunk of almond extract, Crumbl Cookies is the place. Combining the cult-like atmosphere of an Apple Bar with the flavor profile of your six-year-old daughter who has just made up her own cookie recipe, and can we try it, the whole Crumbl experience left me asking "Why?" Why would someone spend $4 a cookie where the dominating flavor is cyanide? I wanted to love these cookies the long lines I see where the customers are patiently waiting had me hyped. Whenever any providers bring me sweet treats to my job it's these cookies. I tried different flavors, Flavors I thought sounded good. Last one I tried was the peanut butter and jelly Truly disappointing. The texture was flavorless it was like eating play-dough. These are are some thick cookies that will have you full for the entire day. You don't need any lunch or dinner once you eat one. If you are dieting stay away from these cookies. They gotta be close to 1000 calories each lol. I'm shocked when I see people get more than one cookie.. but Because there are so many flavors I won't turn them down if someone offers me one lol because who turn down cookies but I know I won't ever stand in line to get any again and While I think the ones I tried were pretty disgusting I'll take a chance again maybe one day I'll get a good one I like! When I arrived at this location for the first time with my husband and seeing the line of people waiting for cookies and as we stood in line the line behind us continued to grow you would have thought that these cookies would be the best cookies in the whole city of Cincinnati. I've never seen a line for cookies like this before. We ordered the Cinnamon fry bread cookie and the caramel apple cookie. We saw the cookies once given to us in the box and they looked good. When we arrived home and cut them in half we saw how thick the cookies were and the center part looked very soft. Not like dry crumbly soft but wet and kinda mushy soft. I bit into it and the center of the cookie kind of melted but not in a good way. The cinnamon butter hadn't melted on it yet, this was just the cookie itself. Not a fan of mushy wet center of cookies. It's almost like it should have been cooked longer. I saw how they were making the cookies. They use a dough ball that looked to be at least three inches tall. Which I think resulted in very thick not completely cooked enough cookies. My husbands cookie was exactly the same. We ended up throwing out most of our two cookies. Cheryl's cookies company has soft cookies but they are more of a dry soft that does crumble. Also these cookies are pricy! It's basically $5.00 a cookie. Which for the price we were expecting really good cookies. We felt like we wasted our money. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. My favorite items have to be the sugared scone and the ham & Swiss biscuit. We also were seated within the Cafe this time, which I'm sure is due to me reserving our spot around Christmas. It's just the cutest place with its vintage tea cups and saucers. The location is nestled back in a historic looking building. It's just so cute. I really need to go back for cafe lunch sometime.
