Cookies are very good. They are also very filling but expensive at 4.60 each. The selection changes every week. The store employees are not friendly. I asked why I was charged a service fee and they had no idea. The manager came over and said they are passing the fee along for using credit cards. I told him they are being dishonest and need to post that; otherwise I would have paid cash. They said everyone is doing it. I told them small businesses sometimes do but they always tell you in advance. They must have a lot of business because there was 5-10 employees at 6PM. I looked on their website and you can't make a complaint. Also can't get crumbl points after the fact. I forgot that I signed up months ago for their free cookie day, but wasn't going in a blizzard. I also had a McNicholas coupon from a sportscard for a free cookie. After I paid I said it seemed high and they said it is right. I said do you charge $7 a cookie? The person said I don't know how much one is. Do you work there? I found out they will only give you a free chocolate chip cookie. Ok when I asked how many cookies and I said I was buying 3 and I am using a free coupon why did you not say anything and why did you give me 4 single boxes when other people are getting 4 cookies in 1 big box. I also had to ask for a bag. The person just threw 4 single boxes on the counter to me. I can see you are a franchise from looking at the site, but 1 store experience can create a negative opinion of your entire chain. The website says for Customer concerns contact the store. I also posted something on the facebook page. We'll see if they respond. In the picture you will see 1 Chocolate chip, 1 key lime, 1 blueberry muffin and 1 Cinnamon. They had some other stupid name. I asked for a Cinnamon and the person didn't know what I was talking about. I pointed to it. C'mon you only have 6 order items. Not hard! After trying them with my son and wife. Cinnamon (5/5), Key Lime (1/5) doesn't taste 1 bit of lime, Blueberry Muffin (2/5), Chocolate Chip (3/5). Net result not worth almost $5 a cookie. $1 less per cookie is more reasonable!

The wrong toppings for fried ice cream.

I've had 2 bad experiences here and that's enough for me to not go back. The first was an undercooked cookie that was near soup on the inside. That happened during opening week so I let it slide. Today I picked up the Fried Ice Cream cookie and what a disappointment that was. They used what appears to be leftover nilla wafers and cornflakes crumbs from previous cookies. It looked nothing like the one on display.

Caramel apple, peanut butter, mint, oatmeal cream, chocolate chip & chocolate chocolate chip.

We ordered a half dozen. The cookies are huge and they look good. However, the flavor is mediocre at best. They are so thick, they are raw in the center. The buttercream is sickeningly sweet. They are definitely overpriced. I wouldn't get them again.

Very expensive and the cookies are not really worth it. The part I like is the staff was really nice and the wait time is pretty quick.

First, it's…read morelocated in a really lovely part of Pendleton near a part of Broadway that's permanently closed for pedestrians and outdoor dining, so the ambiance is really nice. The inside of the shop is interesting, with knickknacks and things to look at in every corner- kids would love it for this reason! I immediately noticed that there were no prices on the menu... there were cups displayed on the counter with small/medium/large pricing but it wasn't clear what these cups were for- it looked like shakes. It was very off-putting for me to not know the prices of what I'm ordering, especially with more specialty items like cookie dough or coffee/ice cream creations where I can't predict a standard price. Second, there was only one dairy-free option... a cookies and cream ice cream. While it was tasty, it was my only option and that never feels great to order something because you have to. It also didn't have a description or any info available so I was left wondering what made it nondairy... almond? Coconut? Oil? Of course at a creamy whip type place I'm not going to expect the entire menu to accommodate me, but it's nice when there are at least a couple other options- especially with coffee, it would be easy to have a nondairy milk available or a sorbet/dole whip since they already carry many flavors. I tried a tiny bite of my husband's edible cookie dough and it was delicious! Seemed really sweet though- he could barely finish his side by side because it was so sugary--a good problem to have :)) I think I would go back if I had friends with me or happened to be in the area for Blink or the pool or something, but otherwise I would probably choose somewhere else where I have more options s and I know what I'm going to spend.
