Amazing ice cream and delicious cookie dough, topped off by awesome service and very welcoming employee... Reagan was on top of it! Will be back next time in Cinci

The staff was helpful when we asked about what to get. I only bought the vanilla ice cream and cookie dough. Together they were absolutely delicious. We sat inside while eating and talking for a bit before walking more around the area. Definitely a great spot to stop for a quick treat!

This place is my kryptonite. I can't seem to resist Pendleton's sweet temptations. I've always been a fan of Blizzard-esque treats, BUT throw a scoop of brownie batter dough on top and it's a whole new ballgame. This is my favorite dessert place in town.

This was the perfect dessert stop! The decor was so cute, and the girl working was so patient and helpful when deciding what we wanted. This place has it all: edible cookie dough, ice cream, sundaes, and an interesting mix of espresso and ice cream as well. Lots of flavors and options to customize what you want. I got the Nutella Ice cream, and it was mixed to perfection.

This place is super cute and the ice cream AND cookie dough are both really tasty! The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the service isn't great. I'm not from the area and have never been to a place like this but when I asked questions about options and flavors, they weren't really helpful and actually seemed like I was inconveniencing them. For such a niche place, the staff should be trained on expecting people to come there who haven't been there before.

Great little parlor to visit if you're in the area, just know that it will be busy since Ziegler Park is nearby. I love the vibe of the place and the service is very quick. Definitely a lot of things to keep your kids occupied as you eat your ice cream.

In terms of novelty, fun-treat desserts in Cinci, it doesn't get better than Pendleton Parlor! Plan a visit to Pendleton for some delicious dinner and be ready to stop at the Parlor after. They have lots of build-your-own ice cream options. We got an espresso and brownie-mixed vanilla soft serve. BUT, even more uniquely, I tried their EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH! This is the kind of overpriced, novelty dessert you see in a big city like NYC, but alas, you can get it here in Cincinnati for $4!!! It was such a treat. It's super rich, so I couldn't even finish one "scoop" and brought it home to enjoy over a few days. Can't wait to go back and support again!

This is one of those places that offers cookie dough scooped as a dessert, but also ice cream. More importantly, you can order both together. From what the other customers in the shop were told, their cookie dough is actually vegan because they use "margarine and egg substitutes". This is good for some people's dietary restrictions, but I wasn't entirely thrilled simply because most things labeled as margarine are processed and unhealthy. Maybe they use some higher quality products than I surmise, but either way, it's dessert, and I'm guessing most people aren't particular about these things. And I certainly ate it. Ordering a scoop of solid cookie dough over a cup of soft serve was a good way to go. As I've found from trying cookie dough before, it'll dry your mouth out. The rapidly melting soft serve provided a nice contrast in textures and help the whole mixture go down. On top of that, my Nutella swirl cream and the chocolate chip cookie dough were pretty delicious. They had more solid ice cream as well, and sorbet. It was a good variety and the place certainly had an interesting vibe inside. Even if it didn't make my upper echelon of desserts, it was good.

I have only ever gotten one thing from here and that had been the Java Whip. It's so good I have gone back to back days in winter.

Service was average--a couple of young people working got the job done; nothing really of note (good or bad). My boyfriend is from the area and has raved about the black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream here for as long as I've known him... and he was right to do so! This ice cream is about as close to perfection as I've ever had (in terms of ice cream). There are big fudgey chocolate chunks throughout and the consistency is super creamy; definitely don't skip this flavor! We also tried a "nectar soda," which to me, seemed like vanilla ice cream with cream soda--it was non-memorable. Graeter's will be a part of every future trip to Cincinnati for this girl--I can't wait to try more flavors!

It's nice that the story is on the back of the menus, so locals and guest alike can get a sense of the amazing history! This location could have any quality of food and I would still enjoy a visit because the ambience and decor is so fun and cute! The outside façade of the restaurant as well as the branding have been recently updated, but the inside is straight out of the 1950s. All of the pink, chrome, soda fountain vibes are so fun. And it's such a treat to visit such a vintage spot in 2026! One of Cincinnati's true gems. The ice cream is consistently delicious! It doesn't compete with the other Cincinnati family brand in my opinion, but the diversity of the menu keeps me coming back. I got a pineapple mint ice cream soda, which was surprisingly refreshing and a really good balance of fruity and creamy. My husband got a sundae, which we felt was a little small compared to some of the other menu items - our friends got malts and had a whole other cup of malt available in the stainless steel cup that came on the side. I couldn't help but notice the portion size of that was inconsistent with some of the other items, and I made a plan to split a mall next time for a great value! The service is top-notch and there are very few places you can go to be waited on for an ice cream experience. Don't miss it!
