We actually stop in here often at it's our local neighborhood I've cream shop. I always love looking forward to the seasonal ice cream flavors or I stuck with an old favorite. Either way, I always walk away happy. And the fact that you can sample 1 or two before to help you make your choice definitely helps. read more

Me and my honey came for a late night snack as this was the only ice cream shop that closed at 10 near us. The ice cream shop is small and cozy. I could tell that the worker was overwhelmed as she was the only one there taking care of over 6 people at a time. We waited 10 minutes before being greeted and I tried two ice creams to see what I wanted. I tried mango lemon and that was tasty more like a summer sorbet. I ended up going with their cookies and biscoff which was by far my favorite ice cream I have tried. The perfect combo for a vanilla ice cream. Ordered a pint and it was well worth it. My honey ordered a Dutch chocolate and he said that was really good. I'll defiantly be back during the day time. read more

Long time looker first time actually going in and buying and I'm so glad I finally got to try some of their icecream. It's some of the best I had nice and creamy and for a great price. The staff was friendly and the inside is pretty but simple at the same time. $8 for 3 scoops I can't be mad at it. I ordered brown butter Carmel, espresso cookie and cookie & biscoff. Will definitely get those 3 flavors again. read more

Recently came here to try some ice cream since I was in the area staying nearby. Overall, this place had a great variety of flavors. I did try their vegan cookies and cream and although the price was not bad at all their ice cream lacked a lot of flavor. The store was really clean and the staff was modest for the most part. Store was pretty dark too for some reason but overall, i'm assuming that it's pretty popular in the summer. Overall, I thought it was an average place to check out. read more

SOOO yummy! Definitely get the honey vanilla or the cookie ice cream! The service was quick and easy and the ice cream was tasty and creamy (: Very clean as well. Will definitely come again! read more

AMAZING! While not pictured, they had the best Mint Cookie ice cream I've had. The staff was knowledgeable and samples were always allowed. It was a nice, clean space that was very inviting. Definitely a must try if you're an ice cream head read more

Ice cream was so yummy! I had the limoncello (non dairy) and it was very refreshing. I love that they have original flavors like PB crunch or pistachio tahini. Another plus was that they had non dairy and vegan options, too. We were served quickly and the single cup was a hefty single. Yum!! read more

I had a buddy at work who kept on hounding me to try hello honey. He said, "it's the best ice cream in the Cincinnati. It blows Graeters away." Those are strong words to this lifelong Cincinnatian. I mean is it on Oprah's favorite things list? Has it been in business for 150 yrs? There is no way. I saw they had a store in Pleasant Ridge and decided to give it a try. The truth is Hello Honey is different as soon as you walk in the door. It has a fun edge to it. Cool artwork. Fun music. It's definitely not your grand parent's ice cream parlor. There is a vibe. The service is friendly, kind, and patient. They have to be patient with all the interesting flavor profiles of their ice creams. The ice cream descriptions sounded like they written by a sommelier/ poet. You could tell everything has been taken up a notch here. After several minutes of deciding (and sampling) i had the COOKIES & BISCOFF in a waffle cone, while my GF had the HONEY LAVENDER in a cup. OOOWEEEE! This ice cream was good! The ice was rich, creamy and the flavors were on a different level. I was really impressed. Brandon you were right. This ice cream is really really good. One watch out here is next level ice cream comes with next level pricing. This is date night ice cream. This is celebration ice cream. This is not let's take Timmy and the baseball team to the dairy whip, ice cream. It's expensive, the flavors might be a little too much for timmy, and the edgy music does come with occasional curse word or two. But as long as you are ok with those things you should give hello honey a try. Good- Friendliness Flavors Taste Vibe Clean Bad- Parking Price read more

went here with my boyfriend a couple months ago and had a great experience! the store was clean and the girl working was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how they had dairy free options. I got the cookies and cream dairy free, it was delicious! one suggestion would be to play some music though, it was strangely quiet! I would definitely love to come again and try some more desserts! read more

Nice local spot in Pleasant Ridge without the lines of Jeni's with great ice cream. They also have cake rolls (they have a name but I forget). Not your typical flavors but very delicious especially if you have an adventurous palate. Some tables and seating inside and also some chairs outside. Good place to grab ice cream and walk around the Pleasant Ridge shops. read more

Great experience at the soft opening! We beat the rush but very quickly the line was out the door and around the corner I was SO happy to see they had a Dairy Free and Gluten Free option at the PR location as last time I visited Walnut Hills they only had DF Icecream with Gluten in it which I unforutnely could not eat. And I was even more pleasantly surprised when it was actual Dairy Free Icecream and not a Sorbert! The Raspberry Vegan icecream was very flavorful and my partner got the Cookies & Cream icecream and had similar sentiment. I am excited to come back once they are finally open and have added in sound dampening items, and finalized the flow of traffic to make the total experience. Overall a very welcome and exciting add to Pleasant Ridge! read more

Hello Honey - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Cincinnati loves its Graeter's, but this place is the the real ice cream gem of the city. Fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor profiles without oversweetening. While the cookies and mint is my absolute go to, I'm never disappointed branching out to more creative flavors. They have some roll cakes sold by the slice, and these are ok, but if you go online you can order custom ice cream cakes and these are absolutely incredible. You are doing it wrong if your next birthday doesn't involve one of these. read more

A true diamond in the rough. Their flavors were unique and they had a large variety of options! Good enough for 2 scoops, sweet enough for a whole pint, this is the ice cream you take home at night. The ladies working were so sweet and helpful on picking out a flavor. A great place to sit and eat or walk around the cute streets with your to go ice cream. read more

Whoah...... Best ice cream I've ever had!! We sampled quite a few and I was torn between banana honeycomb and peach cobbler ... went with peach cobbler. The crust was so delish! Hubbie loved his apple crumble and daughter's mint Oreo was very good. It was worth every penny! read more

When my 3 year old daughter and I were craving some ice cream after our afternoon at a nearby park, I knew just the place I wanted to try! We stopped in Hello Honey and loved how cute it was inside & out. They decorated the windows with springtime drawings, and my daughter loved all the bugs & flowers on them. The woman working was friendly and quick; we received our ice cream right away. I ordered a scoop of brown butter caramel on a waffle cone and my daughter ordered a scoop of strawberry chip on a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles. I was super impressed with the quality & flavor of my ice cream, and the waffle cone was amazing. I don't know if I've ever had a fresh waffle cone before, but I do not want to go back to anything less! It was a great experience and a perfect spot for a mom/daughter date! read more

Cute place, we love the flavors, cookies and biscoff is by far my favorite. Their fresh waffle cones are incredible

Hello Honey is set up as any classic ice cream parlor. You order and pay at the counter. We love their unique flavor combinations and affordable prices! Today is their soft opening and it's clear they are still getting this location off it's feet. They are missing the sign outside and there is no wall decor up. But the important things are there- ice cream! Welcome to Pleasant Ridge! read more

First time in my life I've ever thrown away a scoop of ice cream! Awful. Overpriced. Goodbye Honey! Here's a tip - stick to the quality hometown favorites - Graeter's and Aglamesis. read more

Long story short, it was incredible. One of the big differences between good ice cream or cake and the regular kind is the sweetness. Too much sweetness will mask the flavor or the lack of flavor. But high quality dessert foods, such as what you get at Hello Honey, balances sweetness with actual flavor. It's utterly exquisite. read more

Hello Honey - We ordered a scoop of Honey Vanilla, Thai Tea, a cone with... I think Strawberry Sorbet, and a slice of the Taro cake. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

The ice cream was good overall! It was creamy and didn't melt too fast. I got the lavender flavor and a chocolate flavor as well. I was glad I got two different flavors because the lavender was a little overpowering after a while. They do have vegan and gluten free flavors which is nice. It's expensive, so I don't think it will be my go-to ice cream place, but I would go back and try it again! There's only street parking, or you can park in the lot across from Cafe Alma. read more

Chris was great!! Amazing service. Amazing flavors. So good. Forever customer right here!

Customer service is horrible let me tell you I went in there nobody at the front counter like why are the workers I sat there for 3 minutes nobody came and then I see two people coming out the bathrooms with vapes when I tell you I was so shocked they finally took my order and then the person could hear me for nothing over this loud speaker blasting inappropriate rap music I just really they can improve and when I asked to speak to a manager they said he wasn't here!? A manager should always be there at the store. The food was alright it could be better my ice cream was a bit melte read more

The ice cream is very good. I thought the staff was kind of rude and they really acted like they did not want to wait on us. That is a shame because I used to go to the one downtown and everybody was extremely friendly. This one is not as friendly and like I said they seem like they did not want to wait on us. I really hated that because I really enjoyed the ice cream. read more

I love their cake!!! My birthday is on the 15th and I'm planning on getting the blackforest cake.

I came in for delicious ice cream on Wednesday Evening on March 27th and I was greeted by a girl with a welcoming smile. She was very friendly and helped me choose the best ice cream. The Ice cream was delicious, and the service was just as sweet. 100/10. Would come again. read more
