Tried the new ice cream spot last night and was not disappointed! There are a LOT of options for toppings that you can mix and match, or get a premade option. We got sundaes and they were the perfect size - not too small and not so big we couldn't finish them. I want to go back soon and try the bubble waffle cone! Service was very friendly. We had to wait in line for maybe 15 minutes, but it is a small establishment. The only drawback was that there is so place to sit near the location. We ended up eating in the car, which wasn't bad, but I didn't realize it was just a winder place until we got there. Still great and will go back!

I love ice cream and was super excited to finally try this place out because of all the fun cones and toppings but personally I wasn't impressed. The cookie cone my friend ordered was hard and tasted more like cardboard, my brother had the brownie cheesecake sundae which also wasn't good in my opinion, and I had the dirt n' worms and felt like I had a bowl of chocolate sauce. I originally planned on trying vanilla icecream on a pretzel cone with peanut butter sauce, but when I got to the window to order there was a sign about not putting sauce on the cones because it's messy which had me stressed about completely ordering something else and I didn't want to hold up the long line. It's a cute area and cool concept but for $20 I won't be coming back for subpar icecream when there's other local icecream shops nearby that are better quality and more affordable.

-- Local business - Window front with outdoor picnic tables - Some unique ice cream flavors that' change daily - Lots of topping options Overall the ice cream is good, but not any better than what is offered at other local creamy whips. The draw for me is some of their unique flavors and toppings. Red Sesame is across the street so want to plan a dinner there and dessert at the Whetsel Whip.

Super long line but very good and fresh cone

The ice cream tasted just like kings island and the cone was fresh and soft. The line was very long but you can order from two different locations.

We had some really yummy seasonal soft serve for a great price! Will definitely be back.

Great local soft serve place! I got a small vanilla cup with hot fudge and Reese's cups and it was perfect. Kids were happy with their orders too!

Ice cream is my favorite food. This ice cream is good, but what really sets this place apart are the unique toppings and cones.

You'd think as a millenial I'd be a semi-trendy person. News flash, people: I am not. One of the…read morenewer ice cream trends is flash freezing ice cream with different candies and nuts and rolling it up. I was not necessarily on this train but I was intrigued. What's the texture like? Is the taste different? There were so many questions I needed answered. Yolo Rollo is located in one of the center stalls inside Kenwood Towne Center. I ditched Auntie Anne's (big mistake because Annie is the real MVP) in lieu of trying Yolo. The concept is simple enough. Pick your flavor, one mix-in, and one topping. The downfall is that it's $6. That seems to be excessive for what you get. I decided to go for it anyhow. I chose vanilla with Oreo mix in and a brownie on top. The time it takes to create the ice cream is longer than one would think. They take the cream flavor of choice and spread it out, waiting for it to freeze up. They then add your mix in and roll it together. At the end, they add your topping and sauce of choice. The final product looks like much more than it actually is. You get multiple "rolls" of ice cream with your mix in, and a healthy portion of your topping to garnish. The flavor of the actual ice cream is awful. It tastes like what happens when you accidentally leave the lid off your ice cream before putting it back in the freezer (aka freezer burn). The mix in flavor is non-existent and the sauce (I chose caramel) that they put on top is scant. The brownies that I chose tasted like the artificial crap you find in sketchy convenience stores off the highway. I wasn't expecting a gourmet dessert, but I at least wanted something that didn't make me feel like I had just bathed in chemicals. I finished approximately six bites of my ice cream concoction before I gave up. At first I gave Yolo 3 stars because I thought it was strictly a family owned operation and I like to give locally ran businesses the benefit of the doubt. I then found out that Yolos are locally owned franchises and my guilt faded immediately. The next time I'm at the mall and want a sweet treat I'll reach for a cinnamon sugar pretzel. #yolo

Rhino's Frozen Yogurt is hands-down one of the best frozen yogurt spots around, and yes... it's inside a gas station. Plot twist of the year. The frozen yogurt itself is fantastic--smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. There are tons of options, from classic favorites to fun, unexpected flavors, and then there's the topping bar... which is borderline overwhelming in the best way possible. More than 100 toppings. Candy, cookies, fruit, sauces, crunchies--you name it. Decision fatigue is real, but worth it. What makes it even better is the sheer absurdity of the setting. One minute you're pumping gas or grabbing a drink, the next you're building a frozen yogurt masterpiece like you're in a boutique dessert shop. It's confusing. It's delightful. It's genius. If you've ever wanted top-tier frozen yogurt in the most unexpected location possible, this is your place. Come for the gas... stay for the yogurt... leave wondering why all gas stations haven't figured this out yet.

I don't think of Lockland as having many places to visit, but there really is a great view here of the bridge and old Stearns factory and I'm glad that this place is bringing more people out to the area. I'm currently dairy-free so I was pleasantly surprised by all the options, including Italian ice and dole whip. I got the seasonal dole whip flavor, lime, in a waffle cone...upgrading to the homemade waffle cone was worth it! Delicious. My family got a scoop of hand dipped ice cream and a sundae, and enjoyed them. We all thought the prices were pretty reasonable, especially compared to other ice cream spots in the area. The small scoop is $3.75, so I feel it's affordable to bring my kid out for ice cream versus somewhere else where it's six dollars a scoop. The menu is extensive, the staff is friendly, and the charm is unique. This is a must try!

I went around 11 AM when the place wasn't busy, so there was no reason for my bowl to look like it lost a fight. The peanut butter? More like peanut water. The chia seeds? Scattered like confetti at a party I wasn't invited to. The taste didn't help either.
