Ohhhhhh I'm so disappointed. I've always loved Crumbl, and specifically this location. Today we ordered a 6 pack for curbside pick up. We pulled in, and let them know we were curbside. My boyfriend walked in and let them know we had arrived as well. They told him "We will make that right now!" We proceeded to wait 55 minutes, almost an ENTIRE hour for our cookies. I had a phone call so I waited. I went in, and was told "oh your order has been cleared. We will start working on it." No apologies, no empathy, NOTHING. An hour for their mistake, and nothing was done to apologize or even remotely rectify the situation. We watched multiple people go in and receive their orders no problem. I also witnessed an employee standing toward the front of the room just dancing and singing. Not working or being helpful at all. This location needs some serious help before it goes under. read more

This was my first time ever ordering from Crumbl. Someone was doing my daughter a favor, so I decided to take them some cookies to show my appreciation. I placed a carry out order on my phone and picked them up on my way to the appointment. When I pulled up, I clicked the "I'm here" button and then waited inside. There was a couple at the counter ordering cookies, so I walked over to the pick up area and waited. Once they had been helped and left, someone called my name and then walked over with a box. They opened it up and showed me the cookies. I thanked them, they closed the box, and then they silently walked away. Definitely didn't get the warm fuzzies, but I did get the cookies I ordered. I can't speak to the flavor, but they looked fantastic and were definitely giftable. The recipient was very excited when I handed her the box of cookies. I don't have anything bad to say about crumbl! Every time we go we get the cookie that we want and they are always beautifully decorated. Even with a long line we get our cookies quick. August 5th was our 41st wedding anniversary. Our son, who lives in another state, had a half dozen cookies delivered to us. We were thrilled! It's the first time any of our children have ever acknowledged our anniversary! Our son knew our favorites and ordered a mint chocolate chip, 2 German chocolate, a milk chocolate chip, iced sugar cookie & another cookie that was filled. It looked like a sugar cookie, but I'm not sure what the filling was. We were so excited to try all the cookies, so we sliced a couple up with our pizza slicer and dug in! I tried the German chocolate, which is my favorite kind of cake, and I make a pretty darn good German chocolate cake, so I thought I'd be amazed! It was dry and very cold. The chocolate topping was too much and too strong. The German chocolate icing should be the star and instead, was lacking in amount and flavor. Im disappointed to say the least. We tried a sliver of each flavor, but none tasted fresh or delicious..except the milk chocolate chip. Its the only one we liked. I don't have a receipt, but I wish I did! I'd have returned them! I must admit, when I first walked in, I was thrown off by the experience. Instead of being greeted, I saw three employees in the back working in baking and packaging cookies. As I digested the experiences, I realized that all ordering of cookies is digital and a tablet ordering system was replacing a human cashier. I'm totally into automation, but this threw me off a bit at first. Ordering in the tablet was easy and quick. Once I put my order in, I had my boxes of cookies in a few minutes and I was out there door. The cookies here are huge and delicious. Love the taste, texture and flavors. I also enjoy that the selection is limited and the options are fairly traditional. I can get overwhelmed with options, so it is nice when there are less. Had the in store experience been a little warmer (like a friendly hello), and a bit of signage to help direct customers to the digital ordering, this would have been a 4 or 5 star rating. The lack of customer interactions is leaving me with a 3-star impression on this location. read more

I do monthly photos of my baby with their cookies. We do however many cookies he is in months so we did 9 cookies since he's nine months. Any who every month I do curbside and every single time I get the best service and my cookies have always been picture perfect. Here's the cinch, Crumbl makes great cookies, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. A previous experience included not getting the right cookies that we ordered hours ahead of time. But this latest experience...tops the cake. I ordered curbside and my husband offered to pick them up. I tried hitting the "I'm here" button when he arrived, but was too far from the location. Ok, that's fine, I get it. So I called and let them know that my husband was there to pick up my order. The person asked for the description of my husband's car and then said they'd run them out. But they didn't. After waiting an additional 25 minutes (our toddler was in the car), my husband finally went into the store to wait another 10 to actually get the cookies. Are you kidding me? I just have to say, up your customer service, Crumbl. You won't be able to rely on just your product reputation forever. read more

Really pretty, expensive cookies in a pretty box that would be a nice hostess gift. The downside was that they were under cooked. Four of us tasted the four different flavors and found them to be, not soft, just undercooked. Maybe the workers were hurrying to get them out. I'd rather wait until they were fully done. If you like things half finished, this is a great store for you. The cookies are good, it would just be better if you got what you expected. We have ordered cookies from here a few times and have never had any problems with the delivery. Today however our cookies are a mess. The frosting is all over the top of the box, the chocolate chip cookie was stuck to what frosting was left on the birthday cake cookie, and my strawberry shortcake cookie was coming apart and the topping had smeared all across the top of the box and was no longer on the cookie. We ordered online at 6:30 and got to crumbl at 7 only to wait FIFTY MINUTES for our cookies to be ready. Literally could have baked our own cookies at home in a shorter amount of time. It was busy so I'll give them that, but the staff seemed to be out of sorts except for like 2 employees. DO NOT order online, you'll have far better luck walking in. Ive sent Crumbl cookies to many friends, clients, etc. Of the most recent 10 orders sent, they remembered to attach the message ONCE.
