5/5 Stars Crumbl Cookies is definitely one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving something sweet! The cookies are always so soft, fresh, and full of flavor. I love how they change their menu every week because there's always something new and exciting to try. The presentation is always amazing, and you can tell they put effort into making each cookie look just as good as it tastes. The staff are always friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick, even when they're busy. The cookies can be a little pricey, but the quality and portion sizes make them worth it. Overall, I definitely recommend Crumbl to anyone who loves desserts or just wants a little treat. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Ohhhhhh I'm so disappointed. I've always loved Crumbl, and specifically this location. Today we ordered a 6 pack for curbside pick up. We pulled in, and let them know we were curbside. My boyfriend walked in and let them know we had arrived as well. They told him "We will make that right now!" We proceeded to wait 55 minutes, almost an ENTIRE hour for our cookies. I had a phone call so I waited. I went in, and was told "oh your order has been cleared. We will start working on it." No apologies, no empathy, NOTHING. An hour for their mistake, and nothing was done to apologize or even remotely rectify the situation. We watched multiple people go in and receive their orders no problem. I also witnessed an employee standing toward the front of the room just dancing and singing. Not working or being helpful at all. This location needs some serious help before it goes under. read more

Okay I genuinely am not a fan of Crumbl because I've had this happen multiple times, and the expectation of the pastry just never meets what social media says. Especially at this location. We decided to try ONE of the new flavors of the week because it's so nostalgic to have little debbie's pastries out and so after not having ordered anything from there in a long time, we decided to order this and this is how it was given to us....looks like someone didn't even try to make it look appetizing. Based off the pictures and the reviews from social media, definitely disappointed. Takes away from, what I think personally, is what crumbl is about other than the taste which is presentation of the pastry. read more

The cookies always look exactly like the advertisement and the crew that works is usually so friendly.

Cookies taste great! I do wish they had as many employees as they used to, sometimes the wait can be long.

This was my first time ever ordering from Crumbl. Someone was doing my daughter a favor, so I decided to take them some cookies to show my appreciation. I placed a carry out order on my phone and picked them up on my way to the appointment. When I pulled up, I clicked the "I'm here" button and then waited inside. There was a couple at the counter ordering cookies, so I walked over to the pick up area and waited. Once they had been helped and left, someone called my name and then walked over with a box. They opened it up and showed me the cookies. I thanked them, they closed the box, and then they silently walked away. Definitely didn't get the warm fuzzies, but I did get the cookies I ordered. I can't speak to the flavor, but they looked fantastic and were definitely giftable. The recipient was very excited when I handed her the box of cookies. I would order cookies from here again. read more

I don't have anything bad to say about crumbl! Every time we go we get the cookie that we want and they are always beautifully decorated. Even with a long line we get our cookies quick. I wish they would have a place for you to sit and enjoy your cookie. I feel like they used to have seating when they first opened, but then they got rid of it. read more

August 5th was our 41st wedding anniversary. Our son, who lives in another state, had a half dozen cookies delivered to us. We were thrilled! It's the first time any of our children have ever acknowledged our anniversary! Our son knew our favorites and ordered a mint chocolate chip, 2 German chocolate, a milk chocolate chip, iced sugar cookie & another cookie that was filled. It looked like a sugar cookie, but I'm not sure what the filling was. We were so excited to try all the cookies, so we sliced a couple up with our pizza slicer and dug in! I tried the German chocolate, which is my favorite kind of cake, and I make a pretty darn good German chocolate cake, so I thought I'd be amazed! It was dry and very cold. The chocolate topping was too much and too strong. The German chocolate icing should be the star and instead, was lacking in amount and flavor. Im disappointed to say the least. We tried a sliver of each flavor, but none tasted fresh or delicious..except the milk chocolate chip. Its the only one we liked. I don't have a receipt, but I wish I did! I'd have returned them! Worst service ever I wasn't allowed to get a free cookie because I hadn't spent $60 in there in the past and I don't have the app for over a year and I wasn't a silvers member is what the manager said as well as she attitude I was not impressed! I must admit, when I first walked in, I was thrown off by the experience. Instead of being greeted, I saw three employees in the back working in baking and packaging cookies. As I digested the experiences, I realized that all ordering of cookies is digital and a tablet ordering system was replacing a human cashier. I'm totally into automation, but this threw me off a bit at first. Ordering in the tablet was easy and quick. Once I put my order in, I had my boxes of cookies in a few minutes and I was out there door. The cookies here are huge and delicious. Love the taste, texture and flavors. I also enjoy that the selection is limited and the options are fairly traditional. I can get overwhelmed with options, so it is nice when there are less. Had the in store experience been a little warmer (like a friendly hello), and a bit of signage to help direct customers to the digital ordering, this would have been a 4 or 5 star rating. The lack of customer interactions is leaving me with a 3-star impression on this location. read more

Cookies are always so easy to order with looks like great options. I love using the app and having them delivered.

Crumbl is always good (the cookies). But this location is horrible. I won't ever go back. There must of been 8 to 10 employees there and I walked in placed my order and waited over 20 minutes to get 4 cookies. I the mean time probably 20 more people came in and ordered and were people up orders and no one was getting any cookies. read more

Walked in and there was one person waiting. He got his is less than 2min. No "Welcome!" or anything. There was someone preparing cookies that they walked outside. Still no help and I'm the only one there. (Mind you there's literally 4-5 girls right in front of me) I had to walk up and ask to place an order and the person who helped acted like they didn't even want to help. She took my order and I could see the girl in the back begin to box it (along with a box of minis for someone else). I do monthly photos of my baby with their cookies. We do however many cookies he is in months so we did 9 cookies since he's nine months. Any who every month I do curbside and every single time I get the best service and my cookies have always been picture perfect. Here's the cinch, Crumbl makes great cookies, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. A previous experience included not getting the right cookies that we ordered hours ahead of time. But this latest experience...tops the cake. I ordered curbside and my husband offered to pick them up. I tried hitting the "I'm here" button when he arrived, but was too far from the location. Ok, that's fine, I get it. So I called and let them know that my husband was there to pick up my order. The person asked for the description of my husband's car and then said they'd run them out. But they didn't. After waiting an additional 25 minutes (our toddler was in the car), my husband finally went into the store to wait another 10 to actually get the cookies. Are you kidding me? I just have to say, up your customer service, Crumbl. You won't be able to rely on just your product reputation forever. read more

Really pretty, expensive cookies in a pretty box that would be a nice hostess gift. The downside was that they were under cooked. Four of us tasted the four different flavors and found them to be, not soft, just undercooked. Maybe the workers were hurrying to get them out. I'd rather wait until they were fully done. I work with a lot of Crumbl locations throughout the state of Utah, and the Layton location is by far the best, largely because of Dawson and Rae and their impressive customer service and willing to go above and beyond! If you like things half finished, this is a great store for you. The cookies are good, it would just be better if you got what you expected. It's like ordering a pizza and ending up just getting a crust and sauce... no toppings or cheese. If you ordered a vanilla latte, would it bother you if all they gave you was a cup of hot milk? Maybe I'm being unreasonable. If this was the first time it happened, I'd just move on with my foamy glass of steamed cow water. It's not. It's like the I don't know what time... I suppose that makes it my fault for assuming things would change. Call me the foolish optimist. Delicious giant frosted cookies! Chain around this part of the country, not sure if they are outside of Utah, but coming from the east coast we did not have crumbl cookies. My favorite will always be the cookie with the peanut butter frosting! read more

We have ordered cookies from here a few times and have never had any problems with the delivery. Today however our cookies are a mess. The frosting is all over the top of the box, the chocolate chip cookie was stuck to what frosting was left on the birthday cake cookie, and my strawberry shortcake cookie was coming apart and the topping had smeared all across the top of the box and was no longer on the cookie.
