Sprinkle Berry Cakes - Design I wanted and came out pretty

I've tried several items from Sprinkle Berry Cakes, and everything has been absolutely delicious…read more The parfaits are so yummy, the cannolis are really good, and I ordered a French silk pie that was excellent. You can tell a lot of care goes into their desserts. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back and trying more!

Custom Birthday Cake - I ordered a vanilla cake with strawberry filling. The design came out nice and what I wanted. The vanilla cake was not dry but had no vanilla taste, the strawberry filling lacked strawberries (because the cake is pretty dense and the cream is thick it would have been nice with more strawberries, would have lightened up the cake, and wouldn't just taste so much cake and cream,) each layer probably had 3-4 chopped strawberries and was stuffed with mostly cream, the cream was also bland in taste. Pretty much a dense vanilla cake with thick cream filling and overly sweet frosting. I paid over $100 and was expecting more strawberries than what was given. :( Just a little disappointed in my birthday cake. But do love their other desserts. Chocoflan - Delicious! the flan and chocolate cake had perfect amount of sweetness Biscoff Cheesecake - Delicious! Love the tartness of the cheesecake, and not overly sweet Tres Leches Cake - Delicious! Not to sweet like other places Lemon Cupcake - Sweet frosting but the filling was good Strawberry Cupcake - Sweet frosting filling was ok and didn't have a lot of filling

Food Quality: 4/5 Service: 5/5…read moreCleanliness: 5/5 Value: 4/5 We stopped in for breakfast at Kneaders. My husband ordered the sausage butter croissant and was surprised it didn't come with egg - just sausage, cheese and the croissant. I even double-checked the menu to be sure and they do have both - an option with egg and one without. He gave it a 3/5 and said it would've been much better with egg. I went with the egg and cheese on a butter croissant. It was definitely on the greasy side but that's to be expected with a croissant. We shared a sweet roll, which was pretty good but the real win for me was the free samples. They were handing out bites of their baked goods - pumpkin chocolate chip, a white chocolate cookie of some sort and a mystery muffin - and I snagged a few for us. Overall, pretty good for a quick breakfast!

Does this look like a $12 club sandwich to anyone??? Quality is definitely slipping. It's supposed…read moreto at least have meat on it. Last time, I ordered a crack chicken sandwich. Not only wasn't it crack chicken with that wonderful creamy sauce, it was Turkey - with no sauce on it. Not even mayo. And it was on plain bread. I showed it to the girl at the counter, who took it in the back to show someone and came back and said, " Yes, that's crack chicken." When I pointed out it was, in fact, TURKEY, she turned to help another customer and ignored me. So, not only is quality slipping, but so is the service. And apparently, there's a chef who doesn't know his own menu and can't tell chicken from turkey.

I was giddy with joy when I walked into Franz outlet and that same scent took me right back. This store sells near-expiring bread, bagels, buns and other baked goods that may or may not start with the letter B. Everything is discounted-some quite a bit. It's a fantastic place to grab stuff for the family barbeque or picnic. For every five dollars you purchase, you get to choose an item from the "free" rack. I scored me some hotdog and hamburger buns that way. I also noticed that they sell bags of old bread for the birds. I appreciate that they don't want anything to go to waste, however bread is not good for birds or ducks. I wish they could find another way to put these discarded items to use.

You can't beat these prices! Everything is marked down significantly, but it is still very fresh. Bread, hot dog/hamburger buns, bagels, rolls, English muffins, donuts and lots of other sugary snack goodies. And when I say bread, I mean every bread under the sun, including the low carb and gluten free stuff. Tons of variety. And the cherry on top - after paying pennies on the dollar for all of your goodies, you are then allowed to choose items for free off of the racks by the door on your way out. The number of freebies are based off of how much you spend...but regardless, everybody gets a freebie. And free stuff always tastes better!
