I only ordered with a week's notice because I dropped the ball for my husband's birthday and they did an amazing job. I asked for the specific quote. We came up with the cake flavor & frosting. Other than that I gave the owner free range of Adam Sandler themed. I was so surprised with the design & I couldn't have been happier. The cake was absolutely delicious as well! Cannot recommend this business enough! read more

Lovee's made an excellent birthday cake for us. Vanilla with fresh coconut icing. It was delicious and I will order here again.

Lovees has wonderful cakes. Except to pay a lot. I ordered a wedding cake for 6 to 8 people. The first time I ever bought one I paid $25.00. Last Friday I paid $40.00. However, there were 5 years when I bought the first one. The last cake I bought from a woman, put a decoration of a high heel for my sister and paid $30:00. Lovees has the nicest person that works there. She is the one that makes her delicious cakes, cupcakes. Cake on a stick. They are all great. read more

Heard this place just moved to Layton and I should give it a try. AMAZING! The family who owns this place were kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was adorable. I hope that everyone gets the chance to try out the spectacular treats at Lovee's Cakes! read more

Horrible service we picked up a wedding cake and was told it does not be refrigerated and would travel just fine... we got to the venue an hour away and both ther middle and top tiers fell into the bottom tier... the cake had been secured on ther travel...we called to asked what can be done no apologies just told that we signed that we received it no matter the condition which is unacceptable now we have to fix the cake on our own... do not get a wedding cake here! read more

Lovee the cupcakes! Wide variety, creativity and flavors! Have tried ordering a small birthday cake....was a little disappointed in the result, but realize that may have been resultant from rushed interview and maybe I didn't provide enough details. However, the awesome owners are on top of customer service and made it right....which goes a long way. Highly recommend. Looking forward to trying a custom cake again read more

Tried this a few times. Most of the flavors are overly sweet and way too strong, but the Biscoff Cupcake is totally amazing!!! Too bad it's not part of their typical menu. Two Dollar Tuesday's are the best time to go...not sure they are worth regular price. read more

Absolutely yummy and awesome looking to eat. We got a "happy feet" theme cake for our 5 year olds bday & she loved it. The penguin was made out of rice crispy. Very amazing. Give Debbie a call she's so wonderful and doesn't rush. Cakes and snacks are amazing. read more

Ordered a cake for my sons bday and the cake was fresh, delicious and the customer service was wonderful!!!

I had Lovee's cater my dessert-only wedding reception a week ago and her cupcakes were a hit! All of my guests loved them. They had a lot of flavors to choose from; we went with wedding cake, Oreo, peanut butter and chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, funfetti, and tiramisu. They were the best cupcakes I've ever had. The frosting isn't overly sweet and the cake is moist and spongy. Debbie was attentive and friendly during the consult. She was patient while we sampled her cupcakes and decided on flavors, and suggested flavors based on our favorite cake flavors. She delivered 250 cupcakes on the day of my reception and was on time and each cupcake looked perfect. Lovee's will be my go to for cakes from now on! read more

Stopped here to get cupcakes for my coworkers birthday lunch today! Everyone loved their cupcakes - in fact 2 of my coworkers said it was the best cupcake they ever had (they had the butterfinger and pineapple cupcakes). The cake was moist and I found the frosting light and airy. I plan to stop again for a sweet fix! read more

Recommend the Wedding Cake, Banana, Butterfinger; but honestly I've never tried one I didn't like. Bursting with flavor, moist, delicious, great presentation; overall perfect! read more

We ordered a cake for my daughter's 7 birthday and had to cancel because we could not make it out to Utah because of weather. We called her the day after we paid and said we can't make it because of the weather and she said she already made the cake. We weren't suppose to pick up the cake until Friday and she said she already made a cake on Wednesday and couldn't refund. I called and left her a message Wednesday night asking for a call back and she never called back I had to send her a text Friday tell her I expect a call back by Saturday. She called back on Saturday and was rude and would not talk with out talking over me. No where on the invoice does it say that there's no refunds. I said if you made the cake then send me a picture of it and she said that the cake wasn't never finished even though that's why she said she would not refund the money. So she lied to me. read more

Just finished a wedding cake consultation with Lovee's, and boy am I impressed! Her prices are seriously so good and that cake... HEAVENLY! One of the best chocolate cakes I have had in a long time. Debbie, the owner, so kind and attentive to all of my random cake requests. She was very personable and I felt like I had known her for years! She is what every small business owner should be. I will definitely use Lovee's again and again! read more

We ordered 3 large sheet cakes for our wedding and Lovee's did not disappoint. The cakes served all of our guests and we still had plenty left over. My personal favorite flavor, as well as a lot of my other guests favorite, was strawberries and champagne and OMG it's so good. Honestly one of the best cakes I have ever had. Also, we ordered her wedding cake flavor, and my sister in law (who is a VERY picky eater) said that is was the best cake she has ever had. Our last flavor was dulce de leche, which was my husbands favorite, and it was very good, but pretty sweet so we can only really eat one small piece per sitting. All in all, the cakes were great, and I am recommending Lovee's to all my engaged friends. Also, the prices are really good, so if you are young and getting married, definitely check her out! read more

So glad to have found Lovee's Cakes! Debbie is absolutely fabulous. My husband loved his Oakland Raider themed birthday cake. Our experience was 5 star all the way, great customer service and professionalism. Short notice when I placed the order but the cake was delicious and a big hit. Highly recommend. read more

Cupcakes are as delicious as they are beautiful!! Amazingly friendly service by Paul & Debbie - my family was in town for the holidays and I wanted to get cupcakes for my nephew's birthday. We arrived 5 minutes after closing, but they happily unlocked their doors and "rolled out the red carpet"! Though they had already put everything away, they pulled back out all their cakes and we each selected 2 cupcakes each (triple choc, double choc, Oreo, raspberry cheesecake, orange creamsicle, caramel cheesecake, red velvet - some flavors were doubled-up). We also got some cake pops, biggest one we've ever seen and also very good. Though we don't live in UT, we will definitely come back if ever in the area. read more

This bakery is awesome! The owner is very friendly and creative with her cakes and cupcakes. They are always delicious and decently priced especially for the quality you receive. Our family has had birthday cupcakes and a graduation cake made by Lovees and both were a hit. If you're looking for quality cupcakes and cakes, this is the place! read more

Came in today for cupcakes with the kids. Cupcakes were yummy. They are denser than a lot of other cakes which I really liked but that makes them filling. They had a good variety of cupcakes in store and lots of unique flavors to specialty order. The owners daughter helped us and she was so nice. One of those people who you can just tell is a great person. Definitely would come back for more. read more

Such an amazing, cute bakery. The owner was so nice and helpful when we came in to purchase a dozen cupcakes. Each cupcake was so fun and flavorful, moist and very delicious. She also had cake pops and cake bars for purchase. We will definitely be returning for future treats! read more

I went in to talk to the owner about a cake. On the website and Facebook page, it says open until 6 Tues-Fri, so I went in around 4. Apparently, the coffee shop where this bakery is located is open during those hours, but the owner isn't there after 2. It would've been nice to know that before I went there. So, I called the phone number on the business card they gave me at the coffee shop and left a voicemail. This was a week ago and she hasn't returned my call. It looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more
