Oh my! I've heard so many people talk about Crumbl Cookies so I had to check out the new location in Canton. Especially on free cookie day which is today! And when I say fresh, I mean it just came out of the oven. So warm and soft in the middle. In fact, it was falling apart when I tried to eat it. Very delicious!! If it weren't for the price, Crumbl would get a 5 star rating from me! But at $4.40 for one cookie, I can't justify buying them. I'm glad Crumbl has hit Canton and I'm sure it will do well here! Decent location. The people here seemed nice. I only interacted with someone once I picked up the dessert, I ordered off the kiosk. We got the Dubai cheesecake. Pretty tasty. Enough to share with four people since I typically buy the desserts for a small taste for the family. The prices have gone up a lot since I started going, which does make it more difficult to purchase. I used to get the four or six pack, but since the new desserts have a premium upcharge, and things in general have gotten more expensive, I will occasionally one item we are really excited about. I wanted to share feedback about my recent experience at the Canton Crumbl location because it has become an ongoing issue. There is one employee, a tan-skinned man who is frequently behind the counter, who has consistently been rude to customers. He often has an attitude and comes across as though he is trying to rush people out instead of providing good customer service. During my most recent visit, he told customers that the store was not giving out any thin cookies, even though they were available. This is not the first time I have seen him disregard Crumbl's policies or make decisions that don't seem to align with the company's standards. It feels like he doesn't have the customer's best interests in mind and simply wants to turn people away. Because of repeated experiences with this employee, I honestly don't want to return to this location. Unfortunately, the customer service isn't the only issue. The quality of the cookies at the Canton store has also been consistently disappointing. They rarely taste fresh or as good as they do at other Crumbl locations. Whenever I visit another Crumbl, the cookies are excellent, so I know this isn't a problem with the brand itself--it's specific to this location. I'm sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy Crumbl and want the company to succeed. However, I believe this location is hurting the brand's reputation. I hope management takes a close look at both the customer service and quality control at this store, because the current experience does not reflect the high standards I've experienced at your other locations. read more

I really like the Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookie. The cookie comes out fresh, warm, and soft from the oven. One peanut butter cookie is $4.40. The box sets give you a slight discount per cookie. I've only bought a single cookie once in a while. It's a little expensive to visit regularly. read more

This was my second time in a Crumbl and a surprise visit. Both locations are 45 minutes to 1 hr away from home. I was in a strip mall for another reason and couldn't stop myself from getting some delicious cookies. They are very large and wanted to share with family members. I got Valentine's cookies with MMs, Chocolate covered strawberry, molten lava, and salted caramel. My favorite was the Chocolate covered strawberry, and I wish I would have got 1 more. Tried Crumbl a few days ago. The self service kiosk is easy enough to use and it didn't take long to get my order. They are on the pricey side, but very delicious. My issue came in with the handling of boxing my cookies and presenting them. The person putting the order together was in the back doing another messy task. Instead of changing gloves they used these gloves to handle the box and pack the cookies. No biggie except there was icing all over the box that then transferred to my car seat. Annoying. It won't prevent me from trying them again but it is apparent some training needs to take place. read more

Crumbl is one of those businesses whose product I've sampled on numerous occasions, yet never been to the actual place myself. They are known for their wonderfully decadent and creative cookies that change constantly (with few exceptions). I decided to drop by and get a box of 6 upon my wife's request. I think they only ever have 6 types of cookies at any given time, but they are always large. One criticism I have is that they don't have smaller sized cookies. This is a personal preference, but given how expensive they are it would be a welcome option. I do however love the ordering system that uses the monitors to choose what flavors you want and the number of cookies, then you simply pick them up when ready. The inside is quite pleasing to the eyes and thankfully it wasn't busy at all on my trip there. We really enjoyed the cookies (some more than others), but I will admit they are just way too over the top for me at times. read more

Didn't have all the cookies. Staff wasn't very nice at all and seemed like they didn't want to help. I tried to get my birthday cookie but the girl had no idea how to have me get it. So I didn't. She didn't ask anyone else even for help. Got 4 cookies and when we got home, which was about 5-10 minutes) the cookies seemed a bit melted and the edges of the box cut into the 2 cookies on each end. Never had that happen before. Crumbl is a really a hit or miss. The inconsistency is why I give it 3 stars. Overall average cookies, especially for the price. They sometime have flavors that are really good, but most of them are nothing special. The cookies with tons of frosting are not my favorite and usually way too sweet. read more

Visited this location to get my free Birthday cookie. Since it was a Saturday evening, they were out of 4 different cookies at the time I came in. Staff were so helpful though. They had a few cookies in reserve to fill orders at a later pick up time, and the guy helping me said he would be able to give me one of those. I wish there was a 3 1/2 because my cumulative experience here is neither a 3 nor a 4. Of the 5 cookies I've bought here, two have been undercooked--one to the point of being raw and inedible. They replaced it without question. The latest was the banana cream cookie, which I picked up today. The cookie itself wasn't done enough or the dough wasn't made right. It was heavy and looked and tasted like undercooked pie dough with some sugar. The pudding was nothing to write home about, and the banana they used was partly black/rotten, which you can see a little of in the picture. It was thrown together sloppily and I don't see the point in consuming the calories because it's not very good. On the bright side of today's experience, the coconut lime cookie is delish! Scrumptious! The combination of coconut and lime flavors works together beautifully. It's served chilled, so the cookie isn't as soft as those that are served warm. A drop of lime juice here and there on the cookie made it even better. This location seems to lack the consistency that the Livonia location has in turning out quality products regularly, but when they do, the sinfully caloric cookies are absolutely scrumptious and large enough that you can split them between family members or save half for dessert in tomorrow's lunch or dinner (or breakfast, who am I to judge?). read more

In our 6 count order, which was like 15.00 with tax, we got one cookie under to almost not baked, one missing it's marshmellow topping, and all the cookies were completely inconsistent in size. There were 13 people waiting for pick up when I walked in, and the staff wasn't motivated to move the line. The monitor that shows who was in the queue wasn't working, and the location didn't look clean. I waited at least 20 minutes after my order should have been ready. So Crumbl is weird insofar as you have to download an app to order, and when you go there, all the employees are just making cookies. There's no specific person assigned to greet you, answer your questions, anything at all. I placed an online order and just stood around until someone called my name, in a lobby full of order customers who were also standing around and looking bewildered. That being said, I still give 5 stars because these are my kind of cookies. I was dubious about trying it because of some negative reviews I saw on Tik Tok but no... these cookies are all soft with delicious icing. Every single one of the six I ordered were so yummy. My son is having a sleepover with 2 friends and they kept coming back for more cookies (so big, I cut them into quarters). Really pleasantly surprised.
