Always greeted when I enter this location. The service is friendly and the cakes, pies and cookies are the best. The cakes are my favorites though. The store is well lit and smells like a bakery. Good vibes always. read more

They have the new dirty sodas here. I am not sure they really trained the employees how to make them. It was mediocre. They did not put enough of the different flavors into the soda to make it taste like anything other than the base and the coconut cream was just grocery store bought coffee creamer. I have had dirty soda at parties where I mix it, and it comes out tasting better. There are so many dirty soda options right now, I do not think I would come back to Crumbl to get one. They are also so expensive that it is not worth the price. There is a place in Howell that is a small business and has a huge list of flavors, I will just go back there. read more

Food: love the cookies! Service: Bad! Employee (a young man) actually yelled at me (I'm an old lady) when I tried to explain how DoorDash wasn't really working for Crumbl deliveries (not Crumble's fault but did this guy have to YELL at me?!) Ambiance: meh...the employees act like you're the idiot if you don't know how to use their system. CONCLUSION: hey, no matter how good your product is, you can't treat your customers like crap. I'm never going back PLUS I'm spreading the word: stay away. read more

Cookies were tiny for $8.50 you only get 3, wasn't that great I have had better cookies from bakeries, one of the workers was blowing his nose working there and then sneezing walking near the bakers. I have to give them credit though it was quick even though you have to order through an iPad. read more

Fresh yummy cookies with the app it's easy to order them without the long wait in a line . The worker did forget to open the box to show the cookies which I believe is a thing they are supposed to do since other locations do it but it's ok I opened it up myself before I left to make sure it's the right cookies. They looked delicious and all I need now is some hot chocolate or something yummy to drink with one of these cookies and share the others with the family read more

The cookie was good. Not a $4 cookie, but good. But my issue was with the customer service. This visit was my 1st time there. It would have been nice to be greeted, welcomed, AND to be told that all ordering has to be done through the kiosks. So we just stood there a long time not knowing what to do (we didn't notice the kiosks), and no one gave instructions, nor even acknowledged us being there. That treatment is hard to swallow when you (Crumbl) expect to get $4 per cookie from my wallet. read more

The cookies are amazing. If I place an order online, it's usually ready when I get there to pick it up. If it isn't ready, the wait is very short. The staff is always friendly and polite. read more

Great service to go along with the amazing cookies. Cookies ready at time they were ordered, and clean store!

Favorite place to visit must come and get a cookie invite your friends and family out for a good time

Crumbl is always a fun treat! The cookies are big, soft, and full of flavor -- definitely made for sharing (or not, no judgment). The rotating weekly flavors keep things interesting, and the presentation is top-notch. Some flavors can be very sweet, so a little goes a long way, but overall it's a great place to grab something special. The pink box makes it feel like a gift every time! read more

Love this place! Delicious snacks, fun vibes, and excellent service every single time.

I had never been to a Crunbl before. There were 3 workers and no customers besides me. It was clean and bright. I was greeted, and told the specialty flavors were sold out. But nobody explained how to order. I wasted a lot of time waiting, thinking they'd ask for my order. I wasn't told there was an app, or rewards or that I needed to use a kiosk to choose my items. I figured it out, obviously. read more

When Crumbl cookies arrived, I was all in! Even though they are very sweet and pricey, it was a nice concept. I do have friends that love the cookies and I was purchasing on this day for a friend's birthday. I ordered a day ahead and the order was not ready. Customer service was less than mid, and I saw them tossing the cookies into the box. It caused some cookies to actually crumble! There were a lot of people working, but a line of 5 customers were waiting, no one came to help them. The cookies, well.....overrated!!! Not overly flavorful with any real depth of flavors. Sweet would be the best way to describe. Without good customer service and the cookies being unimpressive and very costly, I don't see returning to, at least, this location. The prices makes this purchase a kind of luxury and it is isn't good enough to make that investment. Not a good experience! read more

Y'all don't understand the choke hold crumble cookies has on me so let's dive right in: Service: 10/10. Always fast, fresh, and friendly. Love that there's the mobile pick up to get things really going. This is the perfect pick me up. Perfect "sorry" gift. Fixes any life issue. Quality: honestly if the flavor sounds sketch, it probably is. So don't get it. I never go for the flavors that I think I wouldn't like. The chocolate chip and anything double chocolate is ALWAYS amazing. I can order a box of 4 and have it last me the week with it still tasting as good as day one. I'm just obsessed. Hype: worth it. Cookie size is huge and can be split into 4. I suggest switching up and trying then with a friend The concept is that each week, new flavors are added. Chocolate chip is always a reliable flavor that's made available. read more

First time in this location. We went after visiting Jurassic Quest as my little cookie freak wanted to taste their weekly flavors. Rotating specialty flavors every week is pretty cool. They do have staple flavors that are year round and they also create different cookies for holidays and special occasions! We placed our ordered and waited shortly. It was good to see them making through the thick glass while waiting. They have markers on the floor to keep people 6 ft apart. We splurged on a 4 pack box, Ordered : Turtle, Double Trouble, Milk Chocolate Chip and Churro. The cookies are huge, moist and filling. Turtle was rich and nutty. Double Trouble and Milk Chocolate Chip were good too. Churro had too much sugar. Parking was pretty easy being in a shopping center. We would definitely return for another taste! read more

Another chain that is consistently ok if you like their products and my kids LOVE Crumbl. It's definitely a thing. We stopped in after dinner around 9:30. My daughter got a 4 pack to go and I got my other kiddo a mini 6 pack. Some cookies were sold out but it was late so I get that. read more

Ever since I've visited the location in Ann Arbor I feel like Crumbl Cookies have been popping up everywhere! I've come to this location in Novi a few times and I've always had a smooth experience. If you've never visited any location, when you walk in you can place your order on one of their screens and one of the staff will call out your name once your order is ready. In addition to cookies they also have ice cream as well. They tend to have 6 different varieties everyday and they change them around frequently. Some of my faves are Key Lime Pie, Milk chocolate chip, classic sugar, Funfetti Milkshake and Golden Oreo + many more! They all taste great and fresh as well. Before you know it you'll have finished a box of 4! Whenever I come back I tend to use the app, order ahead and have them bring it out in the carry out parking spot. If you're ever In the area don't hesitate to stop by! read more

Good service on curbside and cookies were great. They were very prompt. Greased with a smile

Not A far walk. Made it before it started raining and getting really windy outside. Dulce de leche, pecan pie, Oreo cookie, chocolate chip. 4-pack box seemed like a good idea. The Oreo and the chocolate chip cookies were decent. Our staff shared the pecan pie and the dulche and enjoyed both. We order at the kiosk at the cashier. They have a display case for the cookies for the day at the counter. The order was out quite quickly. Cookie were still slightly warm too. Service is quick and easy. read more

Crumbl is my favorite cookie place, and I was curious to try the Novi location. I live across town but my parents live ten minutes from this location, and I was visiting them today, so I stopped by for curbside. I was surprised they were open today because on Facebook it says their grand opening is tomorrow (Friday, 9/17/21). I placed an order for curbside right before I arrived and only had to wait a few minutes before I had my cookies in hand! (Or, in box...) I ordered two of the blueberry cheesecake, which were delicious; one sherbet, which I also really liked; and a chocolate peanut butter, which was just okay. The other specialty cookie this week is the pumpkin chocolate chip, and I'm not a huge pumpkin fan, which is why I doubled down on the blueberry cheesecake. I hope this location does well, their cookies are always great! I normally go to the Rochester Hills location but I'm impatiently waiting for the Royal Oak one to open, as that's a little bit closer to me. read more

So good so good I love crumbl I love crumbl I love the German chocolate cake please put back on menu

I first learned that there would be a Novi location several weeks ago. At that time, I found it on Google but not in the Crumbl app, suggesting that there was potentially a new location opening up soon. Excited, I actually drove around Novi Town Center looking for it last week (incidentally, it is near Nothing Bundt Cake), which was when I noticed a sign announcing its opening day. Today! Yay! Welcome to Novi! I purposefully ate very little today in order to enjoy a bite of each of these high-calorie treats this evening. For the uninitiated, Crumbl rotates 4 different cookies per week and two mainstays (chocolate chip and sugar). Depending on the cookie flavor, they can be served warm or chilled. This week, they were: - Pumpkin Chocolate Chip - so soft, this pumpkin-spiced flavored cookie tasted like pumpkin bread or muffin - better than I expected - Sherbet - disappointing, because this sugar cookie crumbled easily and there was only a thin layer of lime sherbet frosting (I really like my frosting) - Blueberry Cheesecake - this graham cookie was augmented with the lush cheesecake frosting and yummy blueberry pie-like filling - Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip - the dark chocolate cookie nicely complemented the generous helping of peanut butter chips On opening day, the store was filled with staffers baking and decorating. And during the short time I was there, there were a number of customers picking up. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Unsurprisingly, I even saw two customers TikToking their experiences in their car. read more

My first Crumlb cookies. Wow, the peanut butter was so good; it was my Lunch. And the chocolate silk because it was chocolate silk. I'm a Lyft driver, and it was on my way, lol, for real. Yes, it was during a snowstorm, but the cookies helped my motivation. Novi, Michigan read more

I really really wanted to like these cookies. This place is very expensive - almost $15.00 for 4 cookies. The cookies were extremely over baked- hard as rocks. I mean like almost teeth cracking hard as rocks cookies. The frosting was soft, but the cookies seemed either over backed or old. Not sure which, but leaning towards over baked because it's busy there. I don't know why I bother coming here. We ordered two of the ginger bread , one lemon and one chocolate chip. Very very sad waste of money. read more

Novelty cookie options are cool each. This location was the one I visited before Livonia opened. I drove 25 minutes to get there. The best part is the preorder option in the app. You select a 10 minute window and then check-in that you're there. Poor: I got my cookies and they didn't put the sticker all the way on. The 6 pack packaging is cheap and flimsy. The cookies slide out if you accidentally tilt it or don't have a tab at all. My issue: there was a blonde hair in the box and on the tab. They don't wear hair nets. I called the location to take them back and replace them when I got home. No answer. I was not making that trip yo be turned away so I tossed the cookies. I tried the corporate text option no help or even follow up. I don't recommend Novi Crumbl at all. I'd rather make mine own before I go back there because they don't answer the phone and corporate clearly doesn't care about customers with no follow up. read more

First time visiting this spot. The service is a bit odd. You order on an iPad type device at the counter and then they hand you the cookie(s). It seemed like we were a bother to them the entire time though. Selection is a bit limited (I believe six choices), and it's a bit pricey at $5 per cookie, but they are big cookies each in it's own box. They are quite tasty too. They are making the cookies right in front of you in large vats - four people making cookies. That's a lot of cookies. Otherwise the decor is very simple. It's worth a try if this is your thing. read more

Consistent and delicious every time! I love the new cakes and cheesecake addition to the weekly options!

Enjoy the picture of the half eaten cookies hahaha but had to give them all a fair chance!! Snickerdoodle cupcake was by far the best cookie I've ever had in my life, the frosting wasn't too sweet and the texture of the cookie was absolutely divine and perfectly chewy (& this is after a 30 min car ride :P) The pineapple whip one was interesting and definitely did remind me of the classic Disneyland dole whip! not your traditional cookie but totally worth trying. The runner up was the galaxy brownie - so chocolatey and fudgy, i just needed a glass of milk with it the Kentucky butter cookie was also delicious but man the snickerdoodle cupcake just stole the show. read more

I had been to the Rochester location for a Yelp event. Imagine my surprise when a location opened only 15 minutes from my home. I had fallen in love with the red velvet white chocolate chip cookie and imagine my surprise to learn that the cookies offered rotate on a daily basis. Nooo. I need the inside track to the cookie offerings. I need that cookie again! Help!! But I digress. I haven't had a bad cookie here, but some are better than others. I will stop by periodically to play the "what cookie can I get today" game. read more

If you have had Crumbl Cookies before, you know. If you've not been here, stop reading this review immediately and go! Specials that week were cornbread cookie, churro cookie, Reese's peanut butter cookie and a chocolate no-bake cookie. We ordered the first three and absolutely loved them!! I don't even really like corn bread but their cooking was pretty darn good. But you're a cookie was better than most churros I have tried at a Mexican restaurant. And the peanut butter cookie - mmm, I could have eaten one every day. Yes, they are most expensive than a cookie you would buy at Walmart but you get what you pay for. A must try dessert! read more
