Huge cookies (advertised as 1/4 lb by weight) that are on the very pricey side. 4 ran me $14. I stayed with a tried and true sampling and brought two chocolate chip and two sugar cookies back to the office for our group to cut up and try. I felt like they were a little underdone for my tastes (the high moisture also contributes to their heaviness). The store was clean with a welcoming staff. You should stop by and try their selection to see what you think. read more

Friendly staff, great selection of fresh cookies. Only comment is the online listing did not match to what was offered in person. When I think about reviews, and my favorite businesses and I have a hard time when I couldn't find my favorite, so I'm adding them here. Chocolate Chipped Bakery and I go way back to when they started as a small business at the weekly Farmington Farmers market. My family and I were instantly hooked. Their cookies are huge, to say the least, but even more- they are delicious! I always said no one would beat my mom's chocolate chip cookies and they are the best I've ever had, but don't tell my Mom! You can tell instantly that they use quality ingredients and spend time perfecting each flavor and combination. The cookies are chewy and never over the top with the sweetness. In a world of Crumbl gimmicks, they rely on their taste to speak for them. Chocolate chip is their ace, but they have many other regulars like peanut butter chip, M&M, vanilla sugar, and even more changing flavors at the holidays! Plus gluten free cookies!!!! You can catch them at many Farmer's markets (see their Facebook page) and now that they have grown they have a new facility in Wixom so you can order online on their Etsy page! The owners are as sweet as their cookies and it's been nice to see them succeed and grow. They respond quickly and timely to their messages and have helped us coordinate orders for things like my son's birthday. I can't say enough, you just MUST try them. read more

Stopped at this store on kind of a whim, just wanting something sweet. This place was fabulous! The employees were incredibly friendly and willing to talk about the cookies. Bought just one cookie (a salted toffee something). I didn't care what it was called, it just looked wonderful, and tasted even better! I will definitely be back! I have seen these on-line and was dying to try them. They basically look like the real fruit but it's pastry with mousse and the fruit on the inside. Other bakeries do this too I think it's like a fun trend. I got both and brought them home to Ohio. My partner and I cut them in half and tried them. They were both good. Each tasted like their respective fruit. I think the mango was slightly better. But I'd get both again. They are light. You'd might not think so but they are. You can eat one and it's not sickening sweet and heavy. The opposite light with a touch of the fruit sweet. Really good! Now I am curious how other bakeries do it too.

Simply the best cookies money can buy! Chocolate Chip Bakery sells its cookies at many public venues and you can even order them online and delivered. The cookies are a great addition to an upcoming holiday party --or you could be selfish and devour them all for yourself! I highly suggest you give them a try!! read more

It's hard to pay $3.50 for a donut here, even it's bigger than the $1.5 ones from Kroger, I know it's not a corporate business but heritage bakery used to be fantastic. Now, it seems like it's missing something. Also, pazcki orders were outrageously priced this year compared to other years for this bakery. I can't remember what it was priced at, but I called around to other bakeries in Livonia for pazcki day and they were significantly less expensive than heritage.

This location has been around at least a couple of decades and I have been a patron on and off for most of that time. I am happy that there is such a bakery in the area and it is very solid! The one theme that seems to extend throughout the years, they are not overly friendly. Some associates don't offer samples and the last time I was there, I greeted the associate without any return acknowledgment. This isn't the first time. Who knows the reason, but for it would be nice to have the feeling of being welcomed.
